Conclusions under chapter 1

In chapter 1 «Conceptual bases of research of monitoring of communications» are presented theoretical bases of concept "monitoring" in interdisciplinary aspect, the monitoring place in the interaction organisation between people is considered, the conceptual device of research is formulated, the parity of monitoring and adjacent communicative concepts is defined, the research technique is described.

On the basis of the spent analysis a number of conclusions is made.

1. The concept "monitoring" is actively used in such fields of knowledge as ecology, soil science, sociology, psychology, pedagogics etc. the Analysis of works of domestic and foreign researchers has allowed to receive the fullest representation about a problem condition in various areas of scientific knowledge and to draw a conclusion that among scientists there is no uniform approach to definition of the given concept. The first approach treats monitoring as supervision for the purpose of the analysis of any phenomenon or object; the second orders to monitoring of function of the control and management, assuming active intervention in an object or phenomenon condition. In the present research we adhere to the second approach, including monitoring by means of active influence on a course of the dialogue, capable to change a situation in case of conflict occurrence.

2. The analysis of the various scientific points of view has allowed to deduce working definition of the term the "monitoring", used within the limits of the present research. We treat it as difficult process of regulation of communicative behaviour, both own, and other participants interaktsii, including supervision, the control over a dialogue course, forecasting and the analysis of communicative events, and also management of conflicts.

3. In monitoring structure following groups of speech certificates have been allocated: 1) monitoring stages (an establishment of speech contact, it
Maintenance, structurization, summarising interaktsii, end of speech contact); 2) participation monitoring kommunikantov (attraction and attention demonstration, occurrence in discussion, supervision over discussion, filling of pauses, interruption of the participant of dialogue, realisation meny communicative roles, an exit from discussion); 3) subjects monitoring (theme input, its definition, specification, maintenance, theme protection, its change and end); 4) monitoring for the purpose of the control (a correcting, editing, understanding check, the control over socially-role relations, observance of norms of dialogue, quality of messages, statement volume, relevance of the message, conformity of messages to the declared theme).

4. The analysis of the terminology concerning the organisation of human interaction, has shown, that the term "monitoring" acts as umbellate in relation to concepts "control", "regulation" and "moderatsija". Terms "monitoring" and "mediatsija", in turn, designate communicative processes with the similar functions, the pursuing similar aims, but various from the point of view of ways of their achievement.

5. Complexity and mnogoaspektnost concepts "monitoring" have caused use of the various scientific methods including: supervision - for gathering of primary data at the initial stage and for their specification and an explanation at intermediate and final investigation phases; definitsionnyj the analysis - for working out of key concepts of the present work and the formulation of working definition of the term "monitoring"; konversatsionnyj the analysis - for monitoring research in a situation of real conversation; a discourse-analysis - for supervision over communicative actions of participants interaktsii and revealings of means with which help they achieve a task in view; a method introspektsii - for fuller understanding of specificity of the monitoring which is carried out by participants interaktsii on the basis of own experience.
