PR-discourse formation represents the process regulated by corporation which, representing itself as the subject and object of a PR-discourse, plays generating role in creation nediskursivnogo and diskursivnogo spaces and defines a mode of existence of the text and formation of statements.

It is caused by that the corporation acts in three ipostasjah: in - the first, is one of the basic forms of the organisation of activity of people in sotsiokulturnom space, secondly - kreatorom a PR-discourse which generates a discourse in its creative function, thirdly - the reviewer of a PR-discourse who also generates a discourse in its referential phase since diskursivnaja activity of the subject is directed on itself.

Thereby we ascertain, that the PR-discourse represents not spontaneous, but adjustable process in which basis set of norms and the rules named order of a discourse lays. The corporation subordinates to the purposes PR-discourse formation, defining conditions with which it is necessary to satisfy at creation, distribution and retseptsii statements.

In the first ipostasi as one of the basic forms of the organisation of activity of people the corporation represents system of the organisation of activity of the company in real sotsiokulturnom space.

The corporation operates actions of all members of the organisation: distributes professional duties of each member of corporation, carries out rigid enough control over their performance, defines norms and rules for each member of the organisation. In other words, the corporation, being special type of the social organisation, «unites the closed groups of people with the limited access, the maximum centralisation and authoritativeness of a management» [the Big Encyclopedia of Oil Gaza: URL]. Corporation functioning is possible only in the conditions of submission that is defined and supported by its hierarchical structure.

The hierarchical structure assumes an order of submission of the lowest levels the higher and monotsentrichesky management type, i.e. at the head of corporation there is a Chairman, or the President of the company who is the first person of the company. Here, for example, administrative structure of public joint-stock company «Federal network company of the Uniform power system» (PAO «FSK EUROPEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY»).

The supreme body of management of corporations is general meeting of shareholders. On annual General meeting of shareholders the Board of directors which carries out the general management of corporation activity is selected. From among members of Board of directors the Chairman of Board of directors is selected. The management of current activity is carried out by an individual executive office - the Chairman of Board of the Society and joint - Society Board. In other words, the hierarchical structure of corporation assumes an order of submission of the lowest levels the higher and monotsentrichesky management type.

Thus the corporation as special type of the social organisation of group of people exercises administration, first of all, and the control over actions of members of corporation for submission of interests of each member to interests of corporation and reception of the greatest benefit (profit). In this plan the corporation provides primary, real relations both in corporation, and out of it, defining the status of each member of corporation and assigning to it certain duties. The corporation carries out rigid enough control over performance of duties by each member of the organisation that is fixed in internal documents, in norms of corporate culture, i.e. in system of principles, values and the norms developed in the given company

Thus, in real sotsiokulturnom space the corporation possesses following signs:

• the Corporation has hierarchical structure which assumes an order of submission of the lowest levels the higher and monotsentrichesky management type, i.e. at the head of corporation there is a Chairman, or the President of the company.

• the Corporate organisation represents the closed system.

• In corporation communicative statuses which are defined by the place occupied with a member of given corporation in are accurately distributed
