Dissertational work is devoted research of English-speaking terminological system nuclear energetikikak base for the international dialogue in this area.

The urgency of research and significant role of English-speaking terminological system of atomic engineering for development and streamlining similar terminosistem on the basis of other languages are caused by following factors.

1. Actively developing international cooperation in the field of atomic engineering demands use by its participants clear and the general for all professional language as terminological dissociation substantially complicates communicative processes. In atomic engineering such language of the international dialogue traditionally is English language, on it are developed and for the first time supervising documents MAGATE, VAO the atomic power station, AJAE OESR are published, VJAA and other international organisations, texts of the international conventions and the agreements containing norms of international law, applied in nuclear branch are made and subscribe, contracts on building and support of operation of the atomic power station, the centres of a nuclear science and technologies, rendering of services in nuclear branch and so forth consist and realised In such situation English-speaking terms become international and enter into terminological dictionaries of other languages, being ordered on terminological fields according to requirements of quickly developing atomic engineering.

2. Necessity of studying of a problematics of formation of terminology of atomic engineering, its ordering and standardization, development tendencies is caused by communications specific targets in this sphere, and «any attempt to comprehend communications between people, to understand, that to it stirs and that promotes, is important and defensible, as dialogue is a pillar, a core, a basis of existence of the person» [Tomashevsky 1998: 9].

Methodological basis of work are O.S.Ahmanovoj's works, F.M. Berezina, R.A.Budagova, G.O.Vinokura, V.G.Gaka, A.S.Gerd, B.N.Golovina, G.V.Grineva, V.P.Danilenko, R.J.Kobrin, A.I.Krylov, V.M.Lejchika, J.N.Marchuka, A.A.Reformatsky, A.I.Smirnitsky, A.V.Superansky, V.A.Tatarinov, etc.

TSe l the given research - the analysis of processes and the basic laws of formation English-speaking terminosistemy atomic engineering, and also its structure, ordering and classification of English-speaking terms of atomic engineering as branches of knowledge and a field of activity of the person.

For achievement of this purpose it is necessary to solve following problems.

1. To allocate the case of English-speaking terms of atomic engineering on the basis of studying of available branch thematic dictionaries and glossaries.

2. To define terminological fields, microfields and nests English-speaking terminosistemy atomic engineering.

3. To reveal sources and ways of formation of English-speaking terms of atomic engineering.

4. To systematise atomic engineering terms according to spheres of their functioning, and also on the basis of mechanisms terminoobrazovanija.

The choice English-speaking terminosistemy atomic engineering as object of research speaks also the following.

1. The atomic engineering as special branch of knowledge and a field of activity has started to be formed rather recently - in the fifties HH century Use of energy of disintegration of an atomic nucleus - new technology, therefore at its application observance of a strict mode of safety which, with the account of scales of possible negative consequences is necessary, is provided as at national level (the separate states), and at level of the international organisations (MAGATE, VAO the atomic power station, AAE OESR, Euroatom, etc.). Communications at various levels of this sphere (especially at level of the international organisations) are provided mainly in English or with use of English-speaking loans.

2. The structure terminosistemy atomic engineering included terms of set of adjacent areas: physicists, chemistry, biology, the right, building business, mathematics and so forth, many of which have been initially borrowed from English language that demands studying of features of formation of this system.

3. The atomic engineering is now one of the most "international" fields of activity of the person. It is connected as with toughening of the international requirements to safety of nuclear installations after failures on the Chernobyl atomic power station in the USSR and atomic power station "Fukushima-Dajichi" in Japan, and with intention of the increasing quantity of the countries to develop national atomno-power programs. In our country, China, India, Republic Korea, the USA, Canada and Finland are developed and programs of intensive development of nuclear power are realised. The intentions to develop atomic engineering have declared also the countries which till now did not have the atomic power stations: Turkey, Belarus, Poland, Vietnam, Indonesia, Morocco and others [Borodin, etc. 2012: 14]. Accordingly, terminology of this quickly developing branch demands scientific judgement.

Research material is the file of lexical units in number of 5423 terms and terminosochetany, included in English-speaking
Dictionaries and glossaries on atomic engineering, including electronic, accessible on various information resources. The basic material of research - the terms containing in staticized MAGATE in 2007

(The publication 1290) «IAEASafetyGlossary» [IAEA 2007], and also in developed by the Moscow centre VAO of the atomic power station and the let out 1997 publishing house "РЕКОМ" in 1997 «the English-Russian jaderno-technical dictionary» [JATS], «the Terminological dictionary on emergencies in atomic engineering», the published Nuclear society of the USSR in 1990, the Angloyorussky dictionary of reductions and abbreviations «Atomic engineering in terms» under the editorship of B.A.Gabaraeva, etc. Glossary MAGATE is for today the unique publication containing interpretation officially confirmed and recognised as the international community of atomno-power terms, therefore its use as the basic material of research is represented quite justified.

Character of tasks in view causes use of following methods iss le dovanija the:sravnitelno-comparative analysis; lingvostatistichesky the analysis; the contextual analysis; the inductive analysis; the deductive analysis.

Reliability of research is provided with use of complementary methods, authoritativeness of the basic sources of English-speaking terms of atomic engineering ([IAEA 2007, JATS, AET, TSAS], etc.), an urgency of the information on English-speaking terminology and extensive volume of the used material, and also its approbation at scientific conferences and in practical activities of translators.

During a writing of work the author repeatedly consulted to leading experts in the field of atomic engineering in Russia - the assistant to General director MAGATE M.V.Chudakovym, the First deputy director of Moscow centre VAO of atomic power station A.M. Kirichenko,

Golovanovym, the main technologist of joint-stock company "Атомтехэкспорт", experts of Group of the international cooperation of joint-stock company «Concern Rosenergoatom»: N.J.Ivanovoj, S.A.Harlampievym, J.G.Rumjantsevoj to whom the competitor expresses the most sincere gratitude.

On protection following positions are taken out.

1. Terminosistema atomic engineering basically it is generated, though the majority of terms has come from adjacent areas of knowledge. Many terms which were settling down on periphery of other fields of knowledge, have occupied the central position in new sphere and, on the contrary, central - became peripheral. 2. Terminosistema atomic engineering possesses accurately expressed hierarchical structure in which designs of different levels can be allocated: a hyperfield - a macrofield - a microfield - terminognezdo - the term. The English terminological system of atomic engineering represents the system of the standardised designations based on interrelation of designated concepts, used in the course of the general communicative activity in the given branch.

4. From the point of view of word-formation atomno-power terms are formed, basically, next ways: 1) the semantic; 2) the morphological; 3) the syntactic; 4) abbreviatsiej.

Scientific noviznaraboty it is caused by that in it object of research became for the first time English-speaking terminosistema atomic engineering which was not investigated till now neither domestic, nor foreign scientists. Besides, in work classification of terms of atomic engineering by a principle of allocation of terminological fields is offered, and also the basic ways terminoobrazovanija in an investigated field of knowledge are analysed and allocated.

The theoretical importance of work consists that in it the basic problems developing terminosistem are investigated, beyond English language and atomic engineering in the general theory of language and the general theory of terminology; the contribution of the present research to the general theory terminografii, in particular, consists in ordering of terminology of atomic engineering and its fixing in the special dictionary.

The practical importance of work consists in possibility of use of its positions for working out of the uniform approach to studying developing terminosistem. Besides it, the practical importance is represented by a file of the English-speaking atomno-power terms systematised in the form of terminological fields, actual for terminological systems on the basis of other languages. Separate practical value is represented by the Russian-English dictionary of atomno-power terms developed by the author which can be used as in practical work of translators and experts-foreign affairs specialists, and at drawing up of manuals and in practical activities atomshchikov.

Substantiation of prolongation of service life of power units № 5 and 6 atomic power stations "Козлодуй" (Bulgaria), «Transfer of the Russian specifications and technical documentation for perfection of is standard-legal base in the field of regulation of atomic engineering of Turkish Republic» in 2014-2015г.г., «Transfer standard, normative and technical and engineering specifications for atomic power station" Ханхикиви "construction in Finland» in 2015-2017 of, carrying out of missions OSART (MAGATE) on the Rostov, Balakovsky and Smolensk atomic power station.

Results of research have found reflexion in 9 publications in total amount 3,1 items of l., including in three articles in the reviewed scientific magazines included in list VAK the Russian Federation. The personal contribution of the author makes 2,3 items of l.
