3.2 Account of organizational productivity aljansovogo interactions on the basis of an estimation of business model of university

For an illustration of the offered toolkit on an example of concrete university - VGUES, we will characterise in general its international activity. VGUES is one of leading universities of the Far East in the field of preparation of economic and engineering shots for service branches.

VGUES co-operates more than with 60 foreign universities from 14 countries of the world.

Except the basic educational programs at university a series of the international projects focused on preparation of experts in a business education with issue of diplomas about assignment of degrees of the bachelor and the master is realised. Cooperation within the limits of the international alliance includes, first of all, working out and realisation of the international educational programs of various level, and also other actions expressly or by implication concerning educational activity.

VGUES takes in the lead items in the field of a business education in the Far East that is confirmed with the award of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of quality which the university has received in 2009. Being one of the centres of formation of the international level in the field of business and service, the university develops programs of training for foreign students thanks to what increases prestige of a Russian education abroad.

Experience of international cooperation VGUES with the foreign organisations and universities is diverse and directed, first of all, on a strengthening of relations of university with foreign partners, granting to students, to teachers and employees of possibility to participate in joint programs and projects, and also to get acquainted with culture and traditions of other countries and the people.

The first steps on a way of the international cooperation and internationalisation of process of training VGUES has started to do with the end
1980th when the university program of teaching of Russian as foreign began to develop. To the middle of 1990th VGUES has acquired popularity on educational space ATR as large university and the serious business partner. During this period VGUES has established strong partner communications with a number of high schools of neighbouring states: Japan, Republic Korea, the Peoples Republic of China and the USA.

Internationalisation of formation, science and culture remains to one of priority directions of development of university. VGUES has more than 150 agreements with foreign high schools, the organisations and funds. VGUES enters into 1000 best business schools of the world that confirms fund EDUniversal rating. International association CEEMAN (Association of development of management in Central and the Eastern Europe) recognised VGUES as the absolute winner of competition in a nomination «Outstanding achievements in management of the organisation». C 2013 VGUES is a member of the Russian-Chinese Association of economic universities.

Now in VGUES the majority of them - on programs of higher education at the expense of means of the federal budget, and also under agreements with payment of cost of training studies about 400 foreign students. At university baccalaureate programs of double diplomas with universities of the USA and Republics of Korea in a direction "Management", and also China in a direction "Economy" (a profile «Marine economy») are realised.

Joint educational programs with the Alpine Center (Switzerland) and the International school of hotel management (PIHMS, New Zealand) in a direction "Tourism" successfully work.

The university has partner relations with many universities of the world. Owing to its geographical position the overwhelming majority belongs to the countries of Asian-Pacific region (the Appendix 4).

Further on the basis of the analysis of spheres of interaction with partners it is possible to answer a question, in frameworks of what business model VGUES co-operates with each university.

At university a series of the international projects focused on preparation of experts in a business education with issue of diplomas about assignment of degrees of the bachelor and the master is realised.

The majority of the foreign students trained at university on the basic educational programs, students make of provinces of the Peoples Republic of China where experts in the field of the Russian-Chinese economic relations and trade are claimed. Foreign students are trained basically in following directions of preparation: economy, management, linguistics, design. Indicators of international activity VGUES following the results of 201 5­2017 are presented in table 3.1.

Let's pass further to direct consideration of international activity VGUES. We will conduct an estimation of business model of university for VGUES in a context of its international activity. For these purposes we will spread out in more details international activity VGUES according to the typology of business models described in item 1 3 and 2.2. For this purpose we will characterise in a general view the international activity VGUES.

The Vladivostok state university of economy and service offers entrants the unique programs allowing students to combine «two in one»: training in Russia and abroad. Experts with the higher foreign formation are extremely claimed on a labour market, therefore «the Double diploma» is one of the most actual for today of directions of development of higher education. Similar programs allow our students to get the modern education of world level supported with diplomas at once of two educational institutions - VGUES and one of our foreign high schools-partners, and also to increase level of possession of foreign languages already on perfect other level.

Ordering of kinds of international activity VGUES within the limits of stratification of kinds of the international activity is shown in tab. 3.2.

Apparently from tab. 3.2, VGUES has partner relations with various universities ATR with which 55 international programs of various level act. Thus, the greatest international activity VGUES keeps within business models 1-3. It speaks more simple procedure of official registration of papers, and also absence of requests about knowledge of a foreign language, that for the Russian citizens is doubtless advantage. Moreover, the programs realised within the limits of business models 1-3, are more simple for their participants, on the one hand, and do not demand the big efforts from universities, with other.

From tab. 3.2 it is visible, that within the limits of first business model VGUES co-operates with 19th universities, within the limits of the second - with five, within the limits of the third - about 26th, within the limits of the fourth - with one and within the limits of the fifth - with four.

Let's accept for account following sizes of weightinesses of the international programs:

International aljansosposobnost university as of 01.07.2016 years it is equaled 7,25.

If to consider, that three international programs of the program (№№ 52,53 and 54) have been introduced by university in 2015 it is possible to calculate, that without these programs the indicator international aljansosposobnosti university in 2014 was equal 6,05. Proceeding from it, organizational productivity of university at the expense of introduction of programs №№ 52,53 and 54 is equal to a gain of an indicator international aljansosposobnosti: 7,25-6,05=1,2.
