Features of management of communications on the basis of construction of illogical model

In the conditions of postcrisis development by an essential condition there is a formation of a controlling mechanism by communications which will build efficient control staff. The theoretical analysis conducted in the previous chapter, has allowed to open mnogoaspektnost communications from the point of view of their realisation both in the organisation, and behind its limits.

One of ways of the permission of this problem is application of communications during management of staff, but now managers apply them only as additional elements that complicates their integration into managerial processes by staff. But actually and the comparative analysis has demonstrated it, communication interaction is shown not as an auxiliary element for the basic administrative activity, and as the major factor for uncertainty removal. Management of communications will give the chance to increase a management efficiency staff in establishments of average vocational training (further - SPO), including in modern conditions at the expense of growth of level of satisfaction of communication requirements.

Formation of a controlling mechanism by communications in establishments SPO is necessary for realising on the given principles:

- Establishment of communication fields of administrative influence;

- The system approach to management of communications;

-System engineering qualitative and quantity indicators of an estimation of communication interaction;

- Perfection of return communicational linkages;

- Noise elimination of communication perception.

For detalizirovanija the managerial process by communications organised on the above-stated principles, it is necessary to define most the major elements of object from the point of view of the comparative analysis conducted in the previous section that is a basis for designing of a conceptual controlling mechanism by communications.

Therefore it is initially necessary to analyse the existing mechanism of communication integration. The technological aspect of communication interaction which has essential effect on speed of broadcasting of information flows in managerial process has been presented. And directly influences qualitative level of communication interaction. The given aspect is one of the most progressive communication elements as used innovative technologies undergo essential transformations in connection with development of a technical component of the management.

In the most communication process communication streams are the central nucleus as they overcome set of stages in information broadcasting in which course managerial process can transform the structure and importance. The probability of broadcasting of not deformed, system and unusual information in the organisation and from an external environment gives reason for requirement of introduction of an information definition for system of communication interaction. The indicated segment allows to supply the organisation with streams of the internal and external information.

It is naturally necessary to note a public component of system of communication interaction as information of internal and external covers of the organisation remains as a whole low. Thus, the great value has rationality and sistemnost present organizational structure.
