As it has been shown in chapter 2 of the given research, information flows allow to interact komponen there holding as systems and, accordingly, the information model is imposed on organizational structure.
Therefore, first of all, it is necessary to understand accurately the transition purpose to divizionalnoj to structure of management on the basis of executed functions and creation of a battalion "Supply", to specify its functions and a problem, to understand an organizational unit place in holding system.
In holding of Open Society "ӫի" and creation of a battalion "Supply" the management has decided a problem of centralisation of purchases TMTS to deliver after the analysis of structure of purchases of the enterprises which are a part of holding.
