Management introduction by results in Russia has begun in 2004-2006 within the limits of the Concept of reforming of budgetary process, has received development at Concept realisation «Administrative reform in Russian FederaYOtsii in 2006-2008», approved by the order of the Government Russian FeYOderatsii № 1789-r from 25. 10. 2005

It is important to notice, that mechanisms and management tools by results in subjects of the Russian federation should be closely related with similar tools and the mechanisms used at federal level [104].
