Personnel strategy

(strategy of management by staff) — a specific set of main principles, rules and the purposes of work with the staff, the types of organizational strategy concretised with allowance for, organizational and personnel potential, and also personnel selection type.
But mechanisms which the management in the situation analysis can use, lead to that the bases for the forecast and programs can be both rational (realised), and irrational (a little giving in to algorithmization and the description).
Personnel strategy on a threshold of XXI century includes two initial elements: intentions and directions.
