Scenarios of development of communication interaction in managerial process by staff

The scenario of development of the communication interaction, constructed for realisation of typical functional problems, cannot lead to the effective administrative decision without the regulation of communication streams in connection with the decision of the newest target problems or in connection with situation modification in managerial process by staff.

At the head of realisation of all scenarios there is a staff, effective managers-managers.

Takes place two kinds of communication fields which necessarily require the effective manager: examined streams at unidirectional movement and acting streams which are observed at bilateral movement. The question which needs to be decided in practice, consists in what kind of streams it is necessary to define what further scenario of development in these or those concrete administrative conditions. Such definition is interconnected with a stage of formation of an administrative policy in the organisation and defines a question on presence at the organisation of the necessary possibilities for internal communication interference.
