at the first stage the enterprise tests strategy crisis at which under the influence of changed market conditions it should undertake certain steps for preservation of competitive advantages in the future.
At this stage the requirement for actions for the enterprise is minimum, and the space for actions is great enough to conduct changes without large material inputs. Strategy crisis can be shown in sharp falling of sales volumes, replacement of the enterprise from the market competitors, decrease in a market share of the enterprise. Depending on depth of crisis strategy updating, and sometimes and its radical revision can be required.
