It consists of a subsystem supplying a choice of the decision, and the administrative subsystem supplying its documentary registration. Process of a choice of the decision in the vertically-integrated company completely depends on level of the made decision, and also its complexity.
As a rule, for a decision choice answer LPR. The decision can get out both individually, and collectively. As a rule, in the companies there are regulations of a choice of decisions of certain level.
At this stage the staff preparing the decision, transmits all information to a management or LPR. At this stage much depends as on the regulations painting responsibilities LPR, and from the organizational culture of the company connected with it. The organizational culture, on the one hand, is an informal component of management as zareglamentirovat all its parties it is impossible and is visible not so and it is necessary. On the other hand, the organizational culture often registers as in the mission contents, and there can be the separate document defining values of employees of the company and key rules of their behaviour. Much depends on degree of formalisation of these procedures.

In case of strict formalisation the decision choice will be carried out under the standard scheme which, for example, can include presentation al-ternativ to group of top-managers of l discussion. In our opinion when it is a question of the integrated enterprise structures, including vertically-integrated, all PRPUR should be regulated. That is camp-dartizatsija PRPUR should include necessarily possibilities of use of the situational approach to change and adaptation PRPUR that supplies flexibility of reaction to changes of factors of influence.
The organizational culture, as a rule, defines use of an individual, group or collective choice of the decision. For example, the international practice of business shows examples of a collective choice of decisions in the Japanese companies. Contrary to it individual decisions are more characteristic for Americans. Nevertheless, use of an individual, group or collective choice should be defined first of all by complexity of the decision and level of organizational hierarchy on which it arises. Thus, it is necessary to register in advance regulations of a choice of decisions according to characteristic for the organisation corporate culture.
The administrative subsystem supplying documentary registration of the decision, is necessary for decision fixing in the documentation for possibility of the control over its fulfilment. More often in the large companies these questions the administrative division knows.
