3.1 Technique of an estimation of communication interaction in managerial process by staff

The modern approach to formation of model of an estimation of communication interaction in which basis the illogical management method on a basis stsenarnogo developments is put, can be presented consisting of following basic stages.

The first stage of formation of model of an estimation of communication interaction includes an establishment of necessary indicators (indicators). In this connection it is necessary to generate set of factors which can display for certain level of communication development in the conditions of uncertainty (table 3.1).

In certain conditions significant the place acquires speed of acceptance of the administrative decisions basing on duly and a trustworthy information, accepted by communication interaction with internal and an environment.

The basic centre of intensity in this case lays down on the manager-manager, it consists largely risk of acceptance of inefficient administrative decisions which lead to ineffective overcoming of barriers. That is, in the conditions of communication interaction decision-making represents process of reception and a choice of optimum alternative of corrective action under condition of the analysis of the most probable consequences.
