However for many domestic enterprises of agricultural mechanical engineering new mechanisms and the toolkit of management produced by a science did not become till now actual. Expansion of foreign manufacturers on the Russian market even more strengthens a problem of a survival of the enterprises of branch.
In our opinion, the opportunistic behaviour of the enterprises of branch should be replaced by comprehension of necessity of independent increase of the competitiveness. In this case one of possible variants is concentration of manufacturers through creation of holding structures. As a result of the problem decision on adjustment of effective information interaction between structural units of holding in the dissertation the following is done.
The complex analysis of features of the organisation and the mechanism of functioning of holding structures has been carried out. Within the limits of the given actions representing a conceptual basis of process of perfection and increase of a system effectiveness of a supply with information of management and holding, the author had been developed the basic recommendations about formation in holding formation of uniform information model.
At the organisation of information process in corporate association it is necessary to define information structure of holding. With the purposes of the given dissertational research we understand set of the interconnected information elements, i.e. splitting of functions of the tax, aggregation, the analysis of data and information consumption as information structure of holding between certain groups. To similar information elements, we consider, it is possible to carry information centres which in turn also are oh.
