On the basis of the theorem the consequence which results supply construction of a management method by process of distribution of innovations is formulated.

The settlement factor of interaction considering subject essence of an innovative product. It is used for definition of degree of interaction of innovative products at the stage of portfolio formation

Let's designate a portfolio of innovative projects which is generated disregarding mutual influence of projects as U _ {u1, u2..., un]. In a portfolio an expert method groups of dependent projects on immaterial resources emerge. Set of such groups we will designate as Z ⊆ U:
