CHAPTER 4. EXAMINATION OF ELECTROPHYSICAL PERFORMANCES OF DETECTING STRUCTURES ON THE BASIS OF CdTe, CdZnTe

In operation the complex approach of definition of parametres of monocrystals CdTe and CdZnTe, including is offered and approved:

- Working out of a procedure of manufacturing of detecting structures for measurings on the basis of crystals;

- Working out of a complex procedure of examination of performances of monocrystals.

Procedures and measurings have been developed and executed for definition of following performances of crystals:

- Material electrical conductivity, BAX detectors;

- Mobility of carriers with the help procedure time-flying;

- Efficiency of gathering of carriers CcEi parametre measuring μτ for electrons and electron defects;

- Photoconduction spectral characteristics in a gamut of lengths of waves of 400-1800 nanometers;

- Dependences of a photoconduction on a voltage.
