Performances of explored samples

As it has been shown in point 2.1.2, at examination of loops of the dielectric hysteresis the important place occupies a question on possibility of carrying out of experiments in the chosen working conditions.

A major factor, in this case, is the size of samples which is immediately related to a capacitance. In this connection samples ЦТС-19 of the different sizes have been explored: in the form of a disk in diameter of 25 mm and in the form of a parallelepiped with linear dimensions 5x5 mm in the thickness of 1 mm with vozhennymi silver electrodes. For comparison also were carried out examination ЦТССт-3 differing from ЦТС-19 by introduction

2 % (Bi23Mn ι∕ 2Zn) O3. Performances of explored samples are presented in table 2.5.
