Quantity of residual polarisation at a room temperature of the double-layer sample almost in 4 times is less, than at triplex and four-layer (fig. 4.2). Disappearance of residual polarisation is observed in the range of temperatures 70÷74oC, that corresponds to anomaly on temperature dependence of an inductivity (fig.

4.1). At the same temperature the full disappearance pirotoka (fig. 4.3) was observed also. According to [15, 71, 72] it is temperature corresponds to temperature of ferroelectric phase transition of ceramics of composition BTS7.5. Anomalies (sites of sharp wane of polarisation) on temperature dependences of residual polarisation (fig. 4.2) correspond to temperatures of ferroelectric phase transitions making a builder [15, 71, 72].
