Projects of improvement of quality of the urban environment and life of townspeople - 14 %
Development of an infrastructure of investment activity - 4 %
The projects connected with economic interests of of Moscow in other regions of the country and abroad - 16 %
Portfolio investments - 8 %
On branches of municipal economy the structure of investments has developed the following:
Transport communications, transport and communication - 18 %
Reconstruction and building of objects of the real estate - 27 %
Municipal sector - 7 %
Population service - 21 %
Reconstruction and industry modernisation - 14 %
Formation, public health services, culture and sports - 8 %

The high technology productions - 5 %
On kinds proektoustroitelej the portfolio structure looks as follows (fig. 5а see):
Departments, prefectures of the Government and the municipal unitary enterprises - 34 %
Not municipal firms - 66 %
On payback time of projects the structure has developed following (fig. 5б see):
Especially short projects (less than 1 year) - 21 %
Short-term projects (less than 3 years) - 61 %
Intermediate term projects (from 3 till 5 years) - 12 %
Long-term projects (more than 5 years) - 6 %
The portfolio structure at the indicated parametres reflects structure of requirements of municipal economy, priorities of an investment policy of the government of a city and corresponds to structure and terms of planned loans, cost of involved means and requests to yield and liquidity of investments.
It is obvious, that at the initial stage (1997) the portfolio structure will have more simple appearance according to scales and strategy of investment activity of this period. The received base structure of a portfolio, structure of projects, indicators of yield, liquidity and level of risks are subject to clarification and updating in a sliding mode within the limits of annually specified Strategy of investment activity of Committee.
