4.5 Experimental research of system of heating of car IZH-2126

Trial were spent in control of special trials of general department of Open Society "Autovases".

Definition of an overall performance of system of heating of salon, dusting and heating wind and side glasses of the car at low temperatures of air is carried out on following points:

Trials of a system effectiveness of heating of salon.

Trials of system of heating and ventilation on volume of passed air.

S-103 «The Standard of safety of the USA on windscreen defrosting».

Definition of adjusting performance of a heater.

The tested car is completed by own heater,

Having the crane and zaslonku controls of a heater, and also zaslonku, overlapping air exit in feet. The ventilator of a heater 2108-8101091 (same as on VAZ-2108) it is established immediately in a box vozduhopritoka in podkapotnom space. In a box vozduhopritoka there is a valve for water plum.

Trials were spent in the refrigerating chamber at air temperature-20...-33°С.

Trials on point 3 were spent in OAKI at the stand of trials of heaters.

By preparation of the car for trials operations by definition of productivity of system of heating and ventilation have been spent, tightness of a body is defined. Samplings of speeds of air on an exit from deflektorov a dusting of a zone of feet of the driver and the forward passenger have been thus made. Results of trials are presented on fig. 4.15 and in table 4.6.

Adjusting performances of a heater of the car are presented on fig. 4.17.

Results of trials of system of a dusting and heating wind and side glasses are presented by defrosting pictures on fig. 4.18. During trials on defrosting of glasses side deflektory panels of gears have been opened and directed on side glasses - under recommendations of the use specification of the car.

The windscreen was defroze completely for 25 minutes (requirements of standard S-103: 95 % for 40минут).

Side glasses were defroze completely for 15 minutes. s about
