The basic results of the dissertational operation directed on optimisation of metrology security of tool diagnosing of availability index of product of automatic telephone exchange, being in maintenance, can be formulated as follows:

The design procedure of tolerances of controllable parametres is developed at the direct multiple parametre control and indirect multiple parametre monitoring of availability index of product of automatic telephone exchange.

The technique allows to calculate tolerances on controllable parametres taking into account completeness of the spent control, an additional making measuring error and time of maintenance of vehicles.

Expressions and a technique for calculation of probabilities of errors I and II sorts are received at diagnosing taking into account a methodical error, a measuring error and a variation of the mean error. The method allows to reduce essentially time for diagnosing owing to a choice of the most essential, from the point of view of a priori probability of refusal, diagnostic parametres.

Mathematical expressions and design procedure of probabilities of errors of the first and second sort are presented at realisation of a standard method of measurements in the conditions of recurrence, intermediate pretsizionnosti and reproducibility.

The criterion and technique of efficiency of metrology security of diagnosing of automatic telephone exchange in maintenance taking into account reliability, cost, productivity and losses on the incorrect conclusions are developed. 9. Expressions are output and the software is developed for calculation of values of errors I and II sorts at the direct control and indirect mno - goparamstricheskom monitoring by a stochastic method at the account of additional components of an error. Research of influence of position of boundaries of fields of tolerances of controllable parametres and an aspect of the law of distribution of variation of the mean errors on magnitudes of probabilities is carried out

And variation of the mean errors at realisation of the set algorithm of diagnosing. Research of influence of a tolerance zone of parametres on magnitudes of errors I and II sorts is carried out. Calculations were spent for the most widespread combinations of laws of distribution of values of controllable parametres of automatic telephone exchange and components of an error of their measurement for a case a quadra - ticheskoj dependences of an index of quality on 2 controllable parametres at unit factors of their correlation and unit boundary of a tolerance zone of an index. From results of research it is possible to draw an output, that the total error of I sort renders the greatest influence in a range kd = 0 - 2,5, and an error II, sorts in a range kd more than 3.

7. Expressions for calculation of values of a confidence interval of criterion of efficiency of metrology security depending on influence of relative errors of definition of magnitudes of an error of the incorrect conclusion and measurement time are received at the control. It is displayed, that the error of definition of probability of the incorrect conclusion depends on definition errors: an average quadratic aberration 6а controllable parametre, an average quadratic aberration 8 ^ errors of controllable parametre and the tolerance of controllable parametre 5Т. Research of character of influence specified above magnitudes on an error of definition of probability of the incorrect conclusion is carried out. Calculations were spent for the most widespread combinations of laws of distribution of values of controllable parametres of automatic telephone exchange and errors of their measurement: normal, equiprobable and Vejbulla. It was clarified, that the greatest influence on magnitude of an error of definition of the incorrect conclusion renders an error of definition of an average quadratic aberration of controllable parametre.

8. The algorithm of efficiency of metrology security of diagnosing of availability index of product of automatic telephone exchange in maintenance and the software realising given algorithm, used for a choice is developed

Variants of realisation of system of diagnosing on the basis of calculation of an interval estimation of criterion of synthesis of metrology security.

Values of magnitudes of errors 1 both II sorts and value of criterion of synthesis of metrology security for diagnosing of an electric equipment of cars are calculated.

Values of errors of the first and second sort are established at holding of diagnosing of headlights of the car in conditions "passing light", "headlight" and for total force of light of headlights. 1.
