Urgency of a theme of research. Last decade in the field of domestic motor industry the big efforts directed on creation of the modern competitive automobile technics become. It occurs as at the expense of improvement of quality of various constructive elements, and at the expense of creation of new models of cars.

At the same time, the analysis of a condition of the modern market of cars displays, that the domestic motor industry on many parametres is noncompetitive in struggle against the foreign. The carried out research has determined, that one of principal causes of low competitive strength of the Russian motor industry consists in traditions which have passed from planned system of managing. During the period when the economy of our state has been enclosed, any car descending from the pipeline, was in demand. Now, along with domestic manufacturers, home market of cars is won also by the foreign. Thus the Russian car, on the technical characteristics cannot compete even to second-hand foreign analogues. The decision of this question by increase in custom charges, kvotirovanija import of import cars, spare parts, nodes, aggregates and materials, increase in tax rates at use by foreign cars does not eradicate a problem of improvement of quality of the domestic car, and, on the contrary, exhausts it deep into, that is cars on sale, instead of on sufficing of constantly growing requirements of the consumer still are issued.

Research of the given question has displayed, that in the conditions of low solvency of the population of Russia an exit for heightening of competitive strength of domestic cars is use of a postselling resource (further along with concept «the postselling resource» will be applied concept «Maintenance service System» - HUNDRED). Thus it is necessary to mark, that use of this resource on the


Durations there can be restricted time, in process of heightening of solvent demand efficiency of operation HUNDRED in the given aspect will decrease, however, time for creation of competitive technics will be benefited. That it to realise, it is necessary to change system of postselling service radically. It is a question of two directions:

Creation of the powerful enterprises working on the basis of industrial architecture of manufacture and their integration with manufacturers,

Development of effectively operating small and average enterprises which will work or in cooperation with large stations, factories, creating links among themselves, or is independent, and, thereby, the competition in sphere will be created.
