3.2. DYNAMICS of INDICATORS of the LIPIDE SPECTRUM At PATIENTS Taking into account POLYMORPHISM of the GENE FNO

In our work at including in research indicators of a lipide spectrum between groups authentically did not differ. Comparative characteristics of these groups are resulted in tab. 9.

Level of the general cholesterol in all four studied groups was defined in a range from 4,81±0,16 to 5,68±0,28 mmol/l (> 0,05).

Authentic differences on average level HS LPNP between groups it has not been taped, and all indicators did not exceed the top border

Laboratory norm with the greatest level 3,82±0,21 mmol/l. Value TG did not exceed 1,38±0,09 mmol/l at men and 1,1 mmol/l at women. Indicator HS LPVP was minimum in group of men with genotypes GA+АА, making 1,23±0,05 mmol/l.

It is important to underline that, at women all surveyed indicators of a lipide spectrum initially were better. Levels KA in group of men authentically exceeded levels KA in group of women. Indicators KA in groups of men with genotypes GG and GA+AA exceeded standard value. However, at carriers of genotypes GA+AA of value of the given indicator were authentically above, than at carriers of genotype GG and made 3,67±0,18 against 3,10±0,15 accordingly (р=0,02).

In 5 years of observation average value OH in all studied groups authentically did not differ and exceeded standard levels (tab. 10). The maximum indicators OH were defined in group of patients with genotype GA+AA, making 6,00±0,28 mmol/l. The minimum digits OH are registered at level 5,49±0,22 mmol/l at patients with genotype GG.

Levels HS LPVP corresponded to target value, being in a range from 1,68±0,07 to 1,30±0,07 mmol/l. On level KA of group authentically did not differ, however exceeded standard value. The maximum indicator was defined in group of men with genotype GA+AA and made 3,81±0,39 against 3,41±0,22 accordingly.

In 5 years of observation in group of patients with genotypes GA+AA level TG did not exceed target indicators, but was authentically above, than in groups of patients with genotype GG both at men, and at women, making 1,93±0,19 against 1,41±0,12 mmol/l (р=0,05) and 1,4±0,18 against 0,91±0,07 mmol/l (р=0,03) accordingly. Indicators HS LPNP did not exceed normal value with the maximum indicator 3,80±0,23 mmol/l.

In group of men with genotype GG authentic dynamics is noted only on level KA with 3,10±0,15 to 3,41±0,22 (р=0,044). Among carriers allelja And in group of men average level TG has grown on 45,7 % with 1,38±0,09 to 1,93±0,19 mmol/l (Р=0,047), and on 13,7 % with genotype GG accordingly, being defined on level 1,20±0,08 against 1,41±0,12 mmol/l (fig. 12).

In five years of observation level HS LPONP has grown on 16,4 % at men with genotype GG with 0,55±0,04 against 0,64±0,06 mmol/l and was authentically enlarged by 44,4 % at genotypes GA+AA making 0,63±0,04 and 0,90±0,11 mmol/l (р=0,05) accordingly. On other indicators of a lipide spectrum of authentic changes it is not received. Indicators HS LPNP did not exceed normal value. However the average level OH in group of patients with allelem And in 5 years has exceeded recommended VNOK (2001) threshold value and has made 6,00±0,28 mmol/l.

So, level OH has grown on 15,2 % with 4,81±0,16 to 5,54±0,30 mmol/l (Р=0,005), level TG on 27,3 % with 1,1±0,07 to 1,4±0,18 mmol/l (Р=0,028), level HS LPNP on 16,4 % with 2,92±0,13 to 3,40±0,29 mmol/l (Р=0,042), level HS LPONP - on 21,4 % with 0,42±0,03 to 0,51±0,08 mmol/l (Р=0,021), KA - on 19,0 % with 2,32±0,12 to 2,76±0,23 (Р=0,005).
