X-ray mammography spent on analogue mammograficheskih apparatus «Mammo-DIAGNOST UC» and «Senograph DMR +».

Research carried out in two standard projections: a straight line and a plait, if necessary made roentgenograms in a lateral projection with medio-lateralnym a beam course (fig. 1-3).

At revealing of sites of the inspissation which contours are hidden behind surrounding tissues, for specification of their character, and also structure of separate sites and the best recognition kaltsinatov made aim roentgenography by means of special radiographic cones of the various area (fig. 4).

For the purpose of true treatment spent comparison corresponding kvadrantov both mammary glands.

At interpreting of mammograms estimated structure of a parenchyma of mammary glands, presence of diffusive changes of tissues of a mammary gland, disturbance arhitektoniki and asymmetry of radiological density of tissues of a mammary gland, presence and character kaltsinatov, a condition of a skin, a papilla and retromammarnogo spaces. At revealing of tumoral formation note localisation (kvadrant glands), the form, contours, structure, intensity and the size of a shade.

At the first investigation phase by result of a x-ray mammography and clinical survey formed the conclusion of inspection and the decision on further tactics of observation or treatment made.

At the second investigation phase after a x-ray mammography ultrasonic of mammary glands within the limits of complex rentgenosonograficheskogo inspections of mammary glands was spent. The definitive decision on further tactics of observation or treatment was accepted already on the basis of results complex rentgenosonograficheskogo inspections of mammary glands.
