Research is spent on 47 rats - females Vistar with body mass

200-270 g, the Russian Academies of Medical Science received from nursery "Рапполово".

Animals contained in standard conditions of a vivarium, received polnoratsionnyj the bricketed mixed fodder (prescription PC 120) manufactures companies "Лабораторкорм" (Moscow), and water potable water without restrictions. For carrying out of an experimental part of dissertational research the strain of a tumour of an ovary (OJA), received of RONTS of N.N.Blohina of the Russian Academy of Medical Science is used. Transportation and storage of strain OJA were carried out in liquid nitrogen.

Perfusions spent in operational a vivarium on the basis of FGBU "scientific research institute of oncology of N.N.Petrov" Ministry of Health of Russia, St.-Petersburg. The experimental equipment for the intraperitoneal

himiogipertermicheskoj perfusions (Russia) is collected from the equipment of manufacture of the central research and developmental institute of a robotics and technical cybernetics and consists from mehatronnogo perfused roller pump "Mars", a bath termostatirujushchej precision LOIP LB-200 [6].

In the equipment for carrying out VHGP with the minimum extracorporal contour laboratory peristaltic pump Peripump and a laser ultrasonic head of nuclear heating plant 01 for the purpose of hyperthermia creation in an abdominal cavity was used. Also have been used a heater (Microlife FH 80, the size 30,5x34,5 sm, Germany), digital thermometers CheckTemp (Hanna, Germany), catheters (KD Medikal GmbH Hospital prodakts Germany), a resolving suture material (Safil 3/0 B/Braun, Germany), not resolving suture material (Ethibond Excel 2.0, Johnson and Johnson, Ethicon, the USA).

Medicinal preparations are used: Cisplatinum (Farmahemi B.V., the Netherlands) in the form of a solution for injections (0,5 mg/ml), ketoprofen (Flamaks, Joint-Stock Company "ФармФирма" Soteks ", Russia), sodium Thiopentalum (Open Society" the Joint-stock Kurgan society of medical preparations and products "Synthesis", Russia), tseftriakson (Medokemi Ltd. Cyprus).

The technics of carrying out himiogipertermicheskih perfusions of an abdominal cavity with application of the minimum extracorporal contour has been framed and fulfilled. Duration himioperfuzii, doses of preparations for a narcosis and anaesthesia have been fulfilled in the previous researches [6]. Apparatus and medicamental maintenance of the given ways of carrying out intraperitoneal himiogipertermicheskoj perfusions are shown below (Tab. 10).

At carrying out of experiment the strain of a tumour of an ovary constantly intertwined vnutribrjushinno to several rats. In total for strain maintenance have been used 38 experimental laboratory animals.

From one rat for 5-7th day after perevivki OJA took an ascites, diluted with its sterile normal saline solution and then entered

vnutribrjushinno exact quantity of tumoral cells (1x10) to rats of experimental groups. Calculation of cells made in chamber Gorjaeva. For formation of experimental groups OJA it was intertwined to 47 rats. After perevivki, in 48 hours to rats it was carried out VHGP.

Depending on a way of carrying out VHGP of a rat have been parted on following groups: I group - the control, closed VHGP with Cisplatinum (20 mg/kg of mass of a body) by earlier fulfilled technique (n = 17); II group - opened VHGP with Cisplatinum (20 mg/kg of mass of a body) by earlier fulfilled technique (n = 15); III group - closed VHGP with Cisplatinum (20 mg/kg of mass of a body) on the basis of the minimum extracorporal contour with application of a laser ultrasonic head of nuclear heating plant 01 (n = 15) (Tab. 11).

Day perevivki has been accepted for the zero. Antitumoral effects of spent treatment were estimated on MPZH. Also in the postoperative period the control over restoration of mass of a body of laboratory animals in all experimental groups was carried out.

Results of experiment subjected to statistical processing on the personal computer by means of programs Excel, GraphPad Prism 6, SPSS Statistics 17.0. The statistical analysis of indicators of survival rate spent with use of criterion Lillieforsa, indicators MPZH in groups - by means of nonparametric criterion U (God-send-uitni), survival rate curves - under the Mantela-coke test (Log-rank test).
