the Pathomorphologic conclusion

After a microscopical estimation of preparations it is formulated

The pathological conclusion which should comprise clinical data, the macroscopical description and microscopical characteristics of a tumour (the given initiative has been offered and confirmed for the first time by Board of the American Pathologists (CAP) [209]:

■ type and tumour localisation (tumour localisation is defined according to marks of an operational material),

■ the maximum diameter of a tumour (the object of a micrometer or the special computer program is measured in mm with the help),

■ differentiation system on system of gradation Glisona,

■ presence or absence ekstraprostaticheskoj invasions (focal, extensive),

■ invasions in seed blisters (the invasion in seed blisters is diagnosed only when the tumour is localised in a true muscular layer of seed blisters),

■ the status of edges of a resection (it is defined only in the prostate marked by a paint) is estimated,

■ presence of a perineural invasion (it is known, that a tumour tropna to nervous fibers, however prognostic value of the given factor remains diskutabelnym) is defined,

■ limfovaskuljarnoaja invasions (limfovaskuljarnaja the invasion is the adverse factor of the forecast and it is diagnosed in case of a tumour invasion in lymphatic or blood vessels).

In the end of the conclusion the disease stage on system TNM is underlined. The example of such conclusion is resulted in appendix D.
