2.5. Influence emitsidina on an organism of sows in a puerperal period

Pigs are especially sensitive to changes in environment and hardly adapt to conditions of modern pigsties of industrial phylum. Mainly it is bound to the phenomena described in the literature under name PSS (Porcine stokes sindrom) the stressful syndrome of the pigs characterised by lowered efficiency and raised death rate of animals, to leading big economic losses (Knigge K.M., Hoar R.

M, 1986; Stepanov V. I, Mihailov N.V., 1988).

Mobilisation of protective forces or regenerative mechanisms at animals is accompanied by decrease in efficiency, quality of production, fruitfulness, leads to the over-expenditure of forages, augmentation of diseases.

It is known, that free radicals are formed in an organism of animals at stressful, allergic, immunodefitsitnyh states, and at inflammatory processes (Dunne N W., Leman A. D., 1975).

Working out and application of preparations of the new phylums possessing a wide spectrum of pharmacological effects and influencing key parts of a pathogeny of various diseases, deserve presently the special attention. In experience we used a preparation emitsidin, concerning this bunch which is an antioxidant, i.e. Has possibility to bind free radicals.

Emitsidin possesses antioksidantnymi properties, antistressful effect, enhances linkage endogennyh materials, stabilises biomembranes of cages, modulates work retseptornyh complexes and transit of ionic currents, enriches synoptic transfer and interrelation of frames.

On the basis of Joint-Stock Company “Lsvashovo **, Nekrasovsky area. The Yaroslavl range by us ^ it has been spent issledovanie.po to influence studying on an organism of pigs of a preparation emitsidina for the purpose of definition of its therapeutic dose and antistressful effect.

The first bunch of sows, control (5 animals), did not receive a preparation. The second bunch, skilled (5 animals), emitsidin introduced intramuscularly in a dose of 2,5 ml. The third bunch, skilled (5 animals), emitsidin introduced intramuscularly in a dose of 5,0 ml. The fourth bunch, skilled 5 animals, emitsidin introduced intramuscularly in a dose of 10,0 ml. Blood took before introduction and in 14 days.

It is known, on an adaptation syndrome arising in an organism in reply to action extreme razdrazhitelja, it is characterised stadijnostju and uniformity of type of responses, and the basic endokrinnye the frames participating in processes of acclimatisation is gipofizarnoyonadpochechnikovaja system and a thyroid gland. Therefore dynamics of changes of morphological and biochemical indicators of blood will state us objective enough assessment of antistressful effect emitsidina.

In control bunch of animals, by 14 day after sorts, in integral blood has statistically authentically decreased SOE with 9,620,30 to 3,480,38 mm/ch, quantity of erythrocytes with 5,870,17 to 5,53yo0,14H10|2/l, leucocytes with 19,351,18 to 18,24 1,60X10 9/л „but the maintenance of haemoglobin with 3,690,20 to 4,620,49 g / % (tab. 2.5.1) has increased.

In the second skilled bunch of animals, the experience beginnings concerning for 14 day, in integral blood has statistically authentically decreased SOE in 2,8 times, quantity лейкоціпов ВІЗ time, but the haemoglobin maintenance in 1,4 times, quantity of erythrocytes in 1,9 times (tab.

2.5.1) has increased.

In the third skilled bunch of animals, the experience beginnings concerning for 14 day, in integral blood has statistically authentically decreased SOE 1,8 times, the quantity of leucocytes in 1,4 times has decreased, but the haemoglobin maintenance in 1,12 times has raised, the quantity of erythrocytes in 3,2 times (tab. 2.5.1) has increased.

In the fourth skilled bunch of animals, the experience beginnings concerning for 14 day, in integral blood has statistically authentically decreased SOE in 2,8 times, the quantity of leucocytes in 1,3 times has decreased, but the haemoglobin maintenance in 1,1 times, quantity of erythrocytes in 1,7 times (tab. 2.5.1) has raised.

In the leukocytic blood count of control bunch of sows reduction of quantity of eosinocytes with 5,561,91 % to 5,250,38 %, segmentojadernyh neutrophils with 35,480,68 to 34,091,67 %, lymphocytes with 50,792,03 to 50,391,96 % was marked, but the quantity palochkojadernyh neutrophils with 5,320,14 to 6,220,15 % and quantity monotsitov with 2,64 0,02 to 3,230,01 (tab. 2.5.2) has increased.

At application emitsidina depending on a various dosage, the greatest changes were observed in blood at animals of the third bunch where the quantity of eosinocytes has statistically authentically decreased in 2,1 times, kernel alteration to the left was observed, the quantity of lymphocytes to 51,08 % statistically has not authentically increased, but is statistically authentic in 1,6 times the percentage quantity monotsitov (tab. 2.5.2) has increased.

Analyzing changes in the leukocytic formula before introduction of a preparation and being based that there were no visible changes in a percentage interrelation of various bunches of leucocytes in the beginning and in the end of experience, we have come to conclusion: taking place pristine lejkotsitoz is redistributive lejkotsitozom, an event as a result adaptatsionno trophic influence of the excitatory sympathetic system on an organism of a sow during time oporosa, that is defined powerful as the stressful factor.

The quantity of leucocytes came nearer to norm and has decreased in the second skilled bunch on 37,3 % in the third — on 39 %, the fourth - on 29,7 %, in control th 6 %, remaining above border of physiological norm (tab. 2.5.2, fig. 2.5.1).

In control bunch of animals for 14 day after sorts, the quantity of crude protein with 109,4 0,23 to 93,40,57 g/l, the maintenance of globulins with 72,720,97 to 65,491,02 % of alpha globulins с30,570,22 to 17,740,04 %, bsta-GLOBULINS with 25,090,11 to 24,100,08 % has statistically authentically decreased, io albuminov with 27,280,30 to 34,51 0,32 % (the quantity has increased by 4,2 %), gamma globulins with 17,060,48 до23,650,48 %. The albuminous index has raised in 1,4 times with 0,375 to 0,526 (tab. 2.5.3).

In the second skilled bunch of animals, the experience beginning concerning for 14 day, has statistically authentically decreased quantity of crude protein in 1,25 times, the maintenance of globulins in 1,1 times, beta globulins in 1,7 times, but the quantitative maintenance albuminov in 1,1 times, an alpha - of globulins in 1,2 times, gamma globulins in 1,09 times has increased. The albuminous index has increased in 1,18 times (tab. 2.5.3).

In the third skilled bunch of animals, the experience beginning concerning for 14 day, has statistically authentically decreased quantities of crude protein in 1,3 times, the quantitative maintenance of globulins in 1,4 times, an alpha - of globulins in 1,9 times, beta globulins in 1,6 times, but the quantitative maintenance albuminov in 1,7 times, gamma globulins in 1,2 times has increased. The albuminous index has increased in 2,4 times (tab. 2.5.3).

In the fourth skilled bunch of animals, the experience beginning concerning for 14 day, has statistically doubtfully decreased quantities of protein in 1 time, the maintenance of globulins, alpha globulins, gamma globulins, but the quantitative maintenance albuminov, bsta-GLOBULINS, an albuminous index (tab. 2.5.3) has increased.

Decrease in processes of a catabolism along with reduction of level of urea testifies also augmentation albuminovoj the fraction often used by an organism in the plastic purposes. At first sight paradoxical it seems crude protein decrease in blood whey together with augmentation of fraction of gamma globulins, the proteins possessing in high molecular mass. However it is necessary to consider, that the first blood sampling was spent in day oporosa, and the high maintenance of crude protein in whey can be a consequence of loss of fluid of an organism during sorts and in an early puerperal period.

In control bunch the glucose maintenance has decreased with 6,21 0,19 to 5,560,13 (on 10 %), in the second with 6,140,53 to 4,640,68 (on 24,5 %), in the third with 6,250,23 to 3,290,28 (on 47,4 %), in the fourth with 6,590,25 to 4,910,35 (on 25,5 %) (tab. 2.5.4, fig. 2.5.2), that reduction of development AKTG by a pituitary body testified to decrease in stimulation by catecholamins adrenergicheskih receptors of a hypothalamus and, as consequence.

It is known, cholesterol is included into number of the basic indicators varying at stress a syndrome, and its indicators, as a rule is positive korellirujut with glucose level in blood, however in all skilled іруппах its decrease more appreciable, than in the control. It is necessary to note considerable, more than in 2 times, but to the attitude to control bunch, gipoglikemichesky effect of a preparation at all schemes of processing.

It is established, that at application emitsidina (tab. 2.5.4, fig. 2.5.3) cholesterol level has decreased in relation to initial in control bunch on 8,2 %, in the second bunch on 8,4 %, in the third on 16,7 %, in the fourth - on 12,3 % that testifies to reduction of requirements for cholesterol of a cortex of paranephroses for sterotsdogsneza.

Thus, emitsidin applied to sows after oporosa the stress of factors at cage and fabric level is a preparation, not only raising adaptable mechanisms at organism level, but also reducing immediate effect industrial.

Hence, emitsidin positive impact on an organism of an animal in a puerperal period makes, normalises hematological and biochemical indicators of blood. ‘
