On morphology of members and fabrics, and also on a functional state of an organism of sows have unfavorable influence various environmental factors.

We have carried out researches of reproductive members of sows in the given work for the purpose of revealing of changes of their microstructure at akushersko-gynecologic diseases.

At the majority vybrakovannyh animals during lifetime of obviously expressed clinical changes it has not been revealed. At carrying out pathoanatomical researches of 413 females of pigs, from which at 345 animal (83,5 %) revealed gynecologic diseases.

So at 60 % marked pathological changes in ovaries, at 75 % in a uterus, pathological changes have been found in 42 % of the investigated animals simultaneously both in ovaries and in a uterus. Kistoznoe regeneration of ovaries was observed in 28,5 % of cases, gemorragicheskoe an inflammation of ovaries - in 33,7 % of cases, kisty found both on one, and on both ovaries. The dimensions varied from a pea to a walnut, the quantity kist one and is more rare three. Registered follicular kisty which lumen is filled by follicular fluid more often, besides, on such ovaries there were steady yellow bodies. Ovaries were dark red colour, are a little increased with signs gemorragicheskogo inflammations, with maculae yellow-red colour.

At histological research in ovaries has been revealed, a hyperemia, and also plural hemorrhages (fig. 2.3.1). Cerebral region Ferri lactases with a well-marked vascular layer. In korkovoj parts imejutsja.follikuly with a strongly pronounced cover (rice 2.3.2).

In a stroma a considerable quantity of leucocytes, besides, a plasmatic infiltration of a stroma and appearance in it of the cellular locuses of lymphocytes. Muscle bundles in a state glybchatogo disintegration and an acinose dystrophia (2.3.8).

Uterus horns at chronic endometrite are sharply increased, veins krovenapolneny, and some have in the lumen blood clots with small a clump of leucocytes, at some animals in horns and a uterus body observed a thickening of a side of veins. Near pots the clump of lymphoid cages (fig. 2.3.8 was marked; 2.3.9).

Thus, at sows at akushersko-gynecologic diseases, sharp inflammatory processes in a uterus are accompanied by puffiness, a hyperemia of fabrics and veins, ekssudatsiej and proliferatsiej, augmentation and destruction matochnyh Ferri lactases, and also an inflammation of ovaries; their augmentation in the dimension and a hyperemia. Chronic processes in a uterus proceed with processes ekssudatsii, a leukocytic infiltration, destruction matochnyh Ferri lactases, dilating of veins, a thickening of their sides, a lesion of ovaries in a kind kistoznyh formations.
