2.2.1 Purposes, problems, hypotheses and participants of research

The purpose of establishing research – to estimate level sformirovannosti structural components of readiness for is professional-pedagogical activity of students and to reveal pedagogical prediktory its formation.

Problems of establishing research:

– To reveal structural components of readiness for the is professional-pedagogical activity, having sufficient degree sformirovannosti;

– To reveal structural components of readiness for the is professional-pedagogical activity, having insufficient degree sformirovannosti;

– To trace dynamics of changes sformirovannosti structural components of readiness for is professional-pedagogical activity on years of training in high school.

Scientific approaches to formation of readiness for is professional-pedagogical activity mean uniform influence on all components of readiness for professional work. In connection with the fact of insufficient readiness for professional work of graduates of professional establishments it is possible to assume, that is necessary deeper address influences on the components having insufficient degree sformirovannosti.

Our research is constructed on idea that structural components of readiness for is professional-pedagogical activity have non-uniform degree sformirovannosti.

Hypotheses of establishing research:

1. Components of readiness for is professional-pedagogical activity at students have unequal degree sformirovannosti, namely:

Motivational and communicative prediktory readiness for is professional-pedagogical activity have sufficient degree sformirovannosti already at the moment of receipt in high school that has caused a choice of a trade of the given kind (the given components are prediktorami suitability to is professional-pedagogical activity);

Constructive and organising components of readiness for is professional-pedagogical activity have no sufficient degree sformirovannosti by the moment of the termination of high school that causes unwillingness of graduates to be engaged activity by a trade and as occurrence of difficulties of adaptation and professional growth on a workplace (the given components are prediktorami formation of readiness for is professional-pedagogical activity).

2. Level sformirovannosti components of readiness for is professional-pedagogical activity is a little subject to change in a training course in high school.

Participants of research

The general number of the students who were taking part in research, has constituted 378 persons. Students of 1-4 courses of pedagogical, technical and economic faculties took part in establishing research. Students of technical and economic faculties have been involved in research for the comparative analysis of results (table 2.2.1).
