In chapter 1 of our research, considering new growths of professional formation (readiness, competence, professionalism), we have proved sequence of their formation. Given integrativnye formations provide effective realisation of professional work, grow out of cumulative influence of a various sort of factors and are formed at the expense of changes in sphere of an orientation and operational sphere of the person.

As the discriminating characteristic of the given new growths of professional formation it is possible to consider a practical operational experience by a trade (drawing 2.1.1).

Readiness for is professional-pedagogical activity is considered as an integrated new growth of professional formation, level sformirovannosti which defined by expressiveness and harmonisation of its components [47, 56, 58, etc.].
