The contradictions set forth above cause of the decision of the important pedagogical problem – on the basis of judgement of pedagogical approaches to preparation of pupils in education systems of different level to develop and approve the conceptual bases of formation and time - vitija mental abilities of students of medical college, to allocate directions and organizational-pedagogical conditions of this is telnosti. Research objective: to develop the conceptual bases, model and organizational-pedagogical conditions of formation and development intellek - tualnyh abilities of students of medical college.

Object of research: process general educational and professio - nalnoj preparations of students of medical college.

Object of research: formation and development of mental abilities of students of medical college.

The research hypothesis bases on the assumption that formi - rovanie and development of mental abilities of students of medical college can become the leading basis of their efficiency obshcheobrazo - vatelnoj and professional training if:

- The concept "intelligence" in the conditions of necessity of the decision of problems of educational sphere is formulated, functions intellektual - nyh abilities in professional training system are opened;

- Set of principles of development intellectual spo - sobnostej students is allocated;

- The formation and development model intellek - tualnyh abilities of students of medical college is developed and introduced;

- Are created necessary and sufficient for successful formation and development of mental abilities of students medical kolle - dzha organizational-pedagogical conditions.
