The Stavropol branch of Rostov military institute RVSN, Rostov military institute RVSN, the Stavropol branch of military aviation technical university became base of research.
In total 420 cadets, 27 teachers, 26 officers-tutors, 18 workers of support personnel have been captured. For carrying out forming and check experiment in the Stavropol branch control and experimental groups have been defined. Control group (KG) - cadets of II faculty (100 people). The experimental group (EG) was made by cadets of I faculty (108 people). Experiment was spent at the first and second faculties to the period with 1998 for 2002

The purposes and problems of ascertaining experiment: to reveal real level of readiness of cadets to carrying out of psihologo-pedagogical work with subordinates; working out and approbation of techniques of studying of specific features of cadets, process of adaptation to conditions of military high school; to define motivation degree to pedagogics and psychology studying, to educational work with subordinates; revealing of degree of efficiency of psihologo-pedagogical preparation of cadets in the conditions of military-engineering high school.

The purposes and problems of forming experiment: revealing of degree of efficiency of an author's technique of the organisation and management of process of psihologo-pedagogical preparation of cadets during studying of social and humanitarian disciplines, independent work, training in armies; definition of pedagogical possibilities of a special course, and also the developed techniques of carrying out of nonlearning organizational forms of psihologo-pedagogical preparation.

The purpose and check experiment problems is revealing of dynamics of changes of psihologo-pedagogical knowledge of cadets, changes of their motivation to mastering by psihologo-pedagogical knowledge, character of their application in practical activities.

By working out of a technique of measurement of knowledge scientifically-methodical positions about essence of knowledge, abilities (I.P.podlasyj, M.N.Skatkin, N.F.Kharlamov), and also ways of their quantitative estimation, criteria and indicators (B.T.Badmaev, A.V were used. Drummers, JU.N.Guryanov, S.I.Sedin, B.I.Hoziev).

Knowledge is a set of the acquired data, concepts, representations about subjects and the phenomena of the objective validity.

Knowledge theoretical opens essence of studied subjects and the phenomena. Knowledge practical - data on use of those or other subjects in specific goals.

How many it is necessary for the cadet of knowledge of its professional work? It is not less, than it is defined in the qualifying characteristic of the expert.

In a basis of working out of quantitative criteria of an estimation of sufficiency of knowledge for successful professional work can be put:

- Depth of knowledge - how much cadets full acquire essence, internal communications, laws of the difficult phenomena, occurring events etc.;

- Flexibility of knowledge - reflexion of ability of cadets creatively to use them in varying conditions of professional work;

- Durability of knowledge - preservation and stability of knowledge in difficult conditions of military activity;

- Effectiveness of knowledge - ability to realise knowledge in concrete professional actions.

Abilities is a high level of an inclusiveness of figurative and conceptual system of data (knowledge) in a context of the realised activity of the soldier on integration intellectual, pertseptivnogo and motor components of action in a concrete situation for achievement of the certain result meeting specific professional requirements.
Differently abilities is a high level of mastering by the knowledge, allowing to use them in practice.

The basic indicators sformirovannosti abilities are:

- Stability;

- Speed;

- Faultless performance of actions;

- Quality of carried out actions;

- Productivity - object in view achievement.

According to kriterialno-urovnevym the approach degree sformirovannosti knowledge, abilities can be classified on four levels: reference, high, average and low (tab. 6).

At carrying out of various kinds of interrogation (questioning, interviewing, testing) in the maintenance join questions according to the specified indicators. Mastering level is calculated by psihologo-pedagogical knowledge as average value of sizes of corresponding indicators taking into account their "weight" factors. If for a basis to take a 100-ball scale level of knowledge can be estimated in following quantitative parities: high level - not less than 70 points; average - 69-40 points; low - less than 40 points.

Criteria, indicators and the signs presented in were applied to an estimation of level of good breeding of cadets «Instructions on the organisation and carrying out of educational work in high schools RVSN»: mirovozrenchesky (knowledge, sights, belief, orientations) and dejatelnostnyj (behaviour, studies, works with staff, mastering by a speciality) (the Appendix 3).

For an estimation of degree of adaptive readiness for training in high school the questionnaire (MLO) A.G.Maklakova's "Adaptability" and Of this year CHermjanina [124, 549 was used; 63]. The questionnaire has following scales: reliability; adaptive abilities; psychological stability; communicative propensities; moral normativnost.

Reliability scale are used for an estimation of sincerity of the examinee.

The scale «Adaptive abilities» has three gradation:

- Group of high and normal adaptability (1st and 2nd categories of professional mental suitability);

- Group of satisfactory adaptability (3rd category of professional mental suitability);

- Group of low adaptability (4th category of professional mental suitability).

Scale of psychological stability: low values on a scale have persons with high level of psychological stability and behavioural regulation, at them the high adequate self-estimation, adequate perception of the validity; high values on a scale are characteristic for persons with low level of the behavioural regulation, having certain propensity to psychological failures, absence of an adequate self-estimation and adequate perception, the validity.

Scale «communicative propensities»: low values on a scale have persons with high level of the communicative abilities, easily establishing, contacts to associates, not the disputed; high values are characteristic for persons with low level of the communicative abilities having difficulties in construction of contacts to associates, showing aggression and the raised conflictness.

Scale «moral normativnost»: low values, are characteristic for people adequately estimating the role in the collective, the standard norms of behaviour guided by observance; high values have persons who cannot adequately estimate the place and a role in collective, do not aspire to observe the standard norms of behaviour.

For revealing of persons with psychological instability the technique «the Forecast 2» was used by V.J.Rybnikova. Psychological instability is a propensity to failures of nervous system at considerable nervous and physical activities which are shown in the form of the raised conflictness, poor progress, misconduct, and in heavy cases - mental frustration.

The technique has two scales: reliability which specifies in sincerity degree at answers to test questions, and, actually, a scale of psychological stability which has three gradation:

High level - psychological stability (1st and 2nd categories of professional psychological suitability) - psychological failures are improbable;

The average level of psychological stability (3rd category of professional psychological suitability) - is nervously-mentally steady, however there is a probability of psychological failures in intense extreme situations;

Low level of psychological stability (4th, the category of professional psychological suitability) - high level of psychological instability, high probability of psychological failures, is necessary consultation of the psychiatrist (neuropsychiatrist).

At carrying out of conversations (for example, fact-finding) the list of the questions resulted in «the Pedagogical diary of the officer is used.

The Moral and psychological condition of staff also can be estimated on a dichotomizing scale: "steady" and "unstable". It is for this purpose applied two variants of tests-questionnaires [103, 58-59].

The first test questionnaire is intended for interrogation of each cadet and deducing quantitative (in points) a total estimation at self-estimation level.

The second test questionnaire serves for definition of a condition of the same staff at level of an expert estimation.

In aggregate the quantitative estimations received at answers to each block of the first and second questionnaires, allow to make total judgement about level of stability of a moral and psychological condition of staff (arithmetic-mean of estimations of each general indicator).

One of variants of quantitatively-qualitative expression of a moral and psychological condition (Ministry of Railways) by means of obobshchennosti criterion is presented in table 7.

The method of generalisation of independent characteristics was applied to reception of qualitative and quantitative results. Data gathered from the chief and foremen, from equal by office position, from subordinates. Along with conversations, expert estimations, written characteristics, questionnaires were applied.

For the analysis of the person of the cadet and an internal life of military collective, a moral and psychological climate in it, mutual relations, the moods, prevailing opinions the various information which can be received by means of questioning (a method of independent characteristics) is necessary.

We offer on your consideration sets of judgements about military men. To present opinion on and to express it about all members of collective of division, choose from each set only one judgement - what most characterises the given person.

Calculation is made on each of parametres (rendering assistance, discipline, honesty, vigilance, the relation to study and military service, the relation to soldiers of other nationalities). In turn each parametre breaks into four positions (3,2,1,0), and at calculation each cadet types different quantity of points.

The cadets who have typed three and more "zero" should cause special attention.

Also at studying of personal features such means of generalisation of results, as «the Scheme of studying of the military man» and «the Scheme-characteristic on the military man» (Appendices 4, 5) were applied.

The quantitative and qualitative analysis of results of skilled-experimental work, conclusions and recommendations are presented in the final paragraph of the dissertation.
