Results of diagnostics of initial level of abilities of self-organising of the future teachers of vocational training

are presented In the beginning results of diagnostics of abilities of self-organising of students on all scales of questionnaires OSD and DOS before training (table 3.3.5), the analysis of the received data on each of criteria (table 3.3.6 and 3.3.7) further is made.

The analysis of results of initial diagnostics of abilities of self-organising at the future teachers of vocational training has allowed to establish the following.

1. Diagnostics of initial level of abilities of self-organising at students of control and experimental groups has shown close results that speaks about correct distribution of participants of research from the point of view of reliability of the results received after the training part of the forming investigation phase.

2. An estimation by motivational criterion (table 3.3.6). Practically at half of students of control and experimental groups the average level of understanding of necessity is fixed to own abilities of intelligent self-organising of activity, a relative openness to new knowledge and abilities of the organisation of own activity. These students would be not against to seize new abilities, but they yet very well understand, that will give them these skills.

Order of a quarter of the interrogated students have high level of readiness for mastering by new abilities that allows to assume presence of interested relation spontaneously generated in educational activity to abilities of self-organising.

The total number of students of the experimental groups having average and high levels of motivation of mastering by abilities of self-organising, allows to predict possibility of effective training.

3. An estimation on kognitivnomu to criterion (table 3.3.6). Overwhelming majority of students of control and experimental groups (69,8 % and 67,2 % accordingly) have shown low level of knowledge of the basic concepts and self-organising methods. And very much few of students (in control groups and 5,1 % in experimental groups) have shown 3,8 %, that they understand these terms. It can be considered as one more indication for experimental training.

4. An estimation on dejatelnostnomu to criterion (table 3.3.7). Results of an estimation of abilities of self-organising on dejatelnostnomu to criterion have turned out ambiguous.

The indicator "Demand" is at level above an average: overwhelming majority of students of control and experimental groups have shown average and high level (53,7 % in control and 48,3 % in experimental groups). That is students use certain processes of self-organising in the life.

The analysis of results on parametre "Harmony" has shown, that use of processes of self-organising the non-uniform: only 5,4 % of students of control and 8,0 % of experimental groups use all processes of self-organising at one level. The overwhelming majority of students and control and experimental groups use only separate processes (at 69,5 % of students of control and 68,2 % of students of experimental groups low level of a harmony of use of processes of self-organising is fixed).

The analysis of results on separate scales of questionnaires has shown high level of abilities to put the purposes (64,8 % and 65,0 % of students of control and experimental groups), to insist on their realisation (55,5 % and 54,8 % of students of control and experimental groups) and to put strong-willed efforts for their realisation (54,1 % and 55,4 % of students of control and experimental groups).

But thus abilities to plan and analyze the activity are on a low level at the big number of students of control and experimental groups (61,2 % and 52,2 % of students of control groups and 60,0 % and 51,1 % of students of experimental groups).

High indicators of purposefulness and persistence create an image of the person, got used to do a maximum for realisation of the purpose. Certainly, ability to insist on wished, absence of fear to state and give reason for the position, ability to resist to difficulties and obstacles in a way of achievement of the purpose are the positive character traits necessary for successful functioning in the modern world. But high values are positive characteristics of the person only in case of a combination to high level of abilities of planning when it is a question of step-by-step realisation of the actual and significant purposes. If to consider possibility of high level of purposefulness in a combination to low level of ability to plan activity, it is possible to assume presence at person of desire of immediate realisation of the momentary purposes, accordingly, about presence of such negative properties of the person, as kapriznost, pamperedness, unwillingness to reckon with circumstances and interests of associates.

It is interesting, that at low level of abilities of planning of activity students do not wish and are not able to use external means for ordering of actions (daily logs, organizers, etc.) – low level of use of external means of self-organising is fixed at 81,5 % of students of control and 80,5 % of students of experimental groups.

Probably, tools for increase of efficiency of planning of activity are not necessary in case of the effective organisation of own activity without external means. But the combination of refusal of use of external means of planning and low regularity of activity, in our opinion, speaks about insufficient degree of sensibleness of activity, ability developments analytically to consider a situation.

Results of initial diagnostics of abilities of self-organising at the future teachers of vocational training on motivational, kognitivnomu and dejatelnostnomu to criteria have allowed to draw conclusions:

– The total number of students of the experimental groups having average and high levels of motivation of mastering by abilities of self-organising (70,9 %), allows to predict possibility of effective training;

– The overwhelming number of students of experimental groups was shown by low level of knowledge of the basic concepts and ways of self-organising (67,2 %);

– Overwhelming majority of students certain abilities of self-organising (use in the activity average and high levels of a demand at 92,4 % of students of experimental groups);

– Use of processes of self-organising by students of pedagogical directions the non-uniform: they are able to put the purposes is better, to insist on their realisation and to put strong-willed efforts for realisation wished, but experience complexities with planning and the analysis of own activity.

The received results have made actual and have caused interest to training to concepts, technologies and ways of the organisation of own activity at realisation of the vital and is professional-pedagogical purposes and problems. As the purposes of a forming part of the research we see harmonisation of abilities of self-organising that it will lead to level increase sformirovannosti constructive and organising prediktorov to readiness for is professional-pedagogical activity, and, in turn, to increase of the general level of readiness for is professional-pedagogical activity of the future teachers of vocational training.
