As has shown research, quality of psihologo-pedagogical preparation of cadets is defined by a combination of external and internal factors and conditions.

External factors concern: processes of a humanisation and state and society democratisation, diversifikatsii formations; influences of the socially-pedagogical environment; integration of the general professional and a military education.

Internal factors concern: integration of historical and modern experience of military education; development of innovative technologies of training and education; managements of pedagogical process; personnel, uchebno-methodical and material support of pedagogical process.

Quality of the organisation and management of process of psihologo-pedagogical preparation is defined by features of military high school, system of measures on realisation is standard-legal requirements, supervising documents, level of readiness of command and teaching structure to realisation of the purposes and problems of preparation of cadets.

The purpose of psihologo-pedagogical preparation is achievement by the military man, military collective of ability to maintain psychological, psychological and physical activities, formation of proof psychological and professionally important qualities, knowledge and abilities to train and bring up subordinates.

The primary goals of psihologo-pedagogical preparation are:

— Formation of endurance, firmness, resoluteness, readiness for transferring of difficulties;

— Arms knowledge, abilities of the organisation of process of training and staff education;

— Formation of readiness for methodical management of pedagogical process;

— Possession of diagnostic techniques, technologies of motivation of subordinates to mastering by military science.

The major factor of achievement of efficiency of process of psihologo-pedagogical preparation of cadets is presence of model of psychological maintenance of educational process meeting modern requirements.

As has shown research, the structure of such model should include following basic elements: system of the purposes and problems of psychological maintenance; monitoring of a socially-psychological condition of staff, quality of its preparation; system of measures on motivation of cadets to mastering by psihologo-pedagogical knowledge; system of measures on adaptation of cadets to conditions of military high school.

Giving to military and military-patriotic education of a role sistemoobrazujushchego allows to define and concretise strategy of the organisation of process of preparation — training and education is developed in the tideway of idea of designing of educational process in a context of the future professional work of the future officers. With reference to the graduate of military high school it means, that in the activity it meets pedagogics and psychology as a component.

Therefore feature of the organisation of psihologo-pedagogical preparation also consists in military high school and that the cadet, before to become the subject of educational process, is in full included throughout all period of training in high school in pedagogical process as object of education, observes real educational activity of commanders, has possibility for its judgement, the analysis, generalisation.

Psihologo-pedagogical preparation of cadets, thus, is a form of integration of processes of training, education, socialisation and development of the person of the future commander.

Designing of process of psihologo-pedagogical preparation includes: maintenance selection, its structurization, an establishment missing internal and external relations, selection and a combination of methods (receptions), means, organizational forms.
As has shown research, the most effective are active methods and forms of preparation during theoretical training of pedagogics and psychology, inclusion of cadets in practical activities (performance of tasks, commissions), participation in work curators (preceptorship); special measures on creation of a favorable moral and psychological climate, on formation of adaptable readiness for ability to live of military high school.

In research the system of criteria, indicators, signs of an estimation of degree sformirovannosti at cadets of professionally important qualities, an estimation of quality of spent individual educational work on which basis skilled-experimental work was carried out is presented, the technique of its organisation, carrying out stages according to tasks in view and the put forward hypothesis is presented.

At the first stage the system effectiveness of the measures directed on increase of motivation to mastering by psihologo-pedagogical knowledge, abilities was estimated.

At the second stage level of knowledge of cadets on discipline «Military pedagogics and psychology», the most significant practical abilities (the organisation and carrying out with staff of employment, educational actions) was exposed to skilled check.

At the third stage degree of activity of participation of cadets in public work was established, dependence of quality of preparation on a condition of a moral and psychological climate, level of a professional orientation, degree of adaptable readiness for training in high school was proved.

For the proof of the last stage-by-stage inspection of cadets throughout five years of training was spent.

The quantitative and qualitative analysis of results of research confirms efficiency of realised technology of the organisation and management of process of psihologo-pedagogical preparation and allows to draw following conclusions:

1. Selection of the maintenance of psihologo-pedagogical preparation is necessary for carrying out taking into account integration processes in system of the general professional and a military education on the basis of the interdisciplinary approach, the preparation organisation in a context of the future professional work;

2. Preparation process will be more optimum if achievement of its purposes and problems is realised through activization of independent work of cadets, earlier inclusion in pedagogical activity as subjects of education, practical mastering by diagnostic techniques;

3. Methodical maintenance of process of preparation should be focused as much as possible on the decision of practical problems, on formation of organizational-pedagogical abilities. Effectively, as has shown research, inclusion of cadets in preparation of methodical means.

4. Formation of a favorable moral and psychological climate in military collectives is a problem of all participants of pedagogical process, including cadets that demands their corresponding preparation, increase of psihologo-pedagogical competence of command and teaching structure.

On the basis of the received results and conclusions begins possible to offer a number of recommendations for creation of the conditions promoting achievement of an optimality of process of preparation, increase of its efficiency. First of all, it is important to show the valid relation to opinion of collective and separate military men, the tactful reference with subordinates, the account of their specific features, skilful stimulation of the initiative, promotion on the basis of an objective estimation of their qualities, results of service, and also personal activity and the maximum return - all it directly and positively influences a socially-psychological climate of military collective.

Methods of regulation of the socially-psychological phenomena differ from what are widely used for the organisation of military activity. Such methods limit possibilities of mandative influence, the direct requirement, an interdiction.

The management of collective psychology is carried out by two basic ways. The essence of the first way of management of psychology of military collective consists in creating conditions at which it actively works. From necessary conditions the attentive relation to active offers, resolute refusal of demonstration of ostentatious democratism are paramount trust to pedagogical possibilities of the public, the commission to it of serious problems.

The second way of influence on division psychology is updating of group installations and positions, adjustment, softening and strengthening of mutual relations between separate soldiers and groups (categories), oblagorazhivanie traditions, mood lifting etc. One of effective remedies of correction of the socially-psychological phenomena in military collective can become active socially-psychological training of the military men which complex method is socially-psychological training (SPT). It differs a practical orientation, allows to solve in short enough terms the whole complex of the problems connected not only with perfection of the person of the soldier, but also with formation of such important characteristics of divisions, as their unity, a healthy psychological climate, socially-psychological stability.

The basic methods of work in SPT are group discussion, role game, psychogymnastics, analysis of concrete situations, business game, psychodiagnostics, modelling of concrete problems of participants SPT.

For successful use by the commander of results SPT in work with subordinates it should concentrate efforts to following directions: increase of communicative activity of military men; achievement tsennostno-orientatsionnogo unities of members of collective; development of mutual understanding of military men; formation at military-serving skills empatijnogo behaviour; correction and development of skills of effective communications and interaction of military men.

Successfully to regulate developments and functioning of mutual relations, the commander is obliged to be guided by certain rules.

The first of them is beneficial effect use on mutual relations of people of well organised, interesting activity involving its participants in substantial business and personal contacts, pulling together them, allowing to learn each other more deeply and to find attractive lines.

The second rule demands carefully to keep healthy interrelations in already developed relations, to consider them at distribution of tasks in group of executors, not to break off liking, not to take away already developed groups.

The third rule - justice of the chief.

Command of division in original sense of a word is a management of collective and individual psychology, a management specific, considering all subtleties and complexities of laws of private world of the person and interpersonal relations. Both high insistence, and democratism in activity of the commander lean against understanding it of psychological laws of a life of military collective, readiness to reckon with it.
