approbation of model of interaction of school and a family in duhovnoyonravstvennom education in polycultural educational

environment

Forming experiment on interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys was spent by us from December, 2014 till January, 2018 on the basis of Municipal budgetary educational institution «the Average comprehensive school № 7 Mineral Waters».

Approbation of the model of interaction of school developed by us and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment in experimental group became the purpose of experimental work at the given investigation phase. 28 teachers, 190 parents and 120 schoolboys participated in experiment.

The basis of a forming stage of experiment was made by the positions formulated in author's model of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment. Within the limits of this model positive dynamics, both at teachers, and at parents in readiness for joint activity in the conditions of a polycultural Russian society, and also positive changes in spiritual and moral sphere of the person of younger schoolboys on the basis of the coordination of family and base national values of the Russian Federation should become result of interaction in the given direction of educational activity.

Standard basis of forming experiment in our research of a steel of position about educational functions of a family and the spiritually-moral education, formulated in the Federal law «About formation in the Russian Federation» (2012), in the Federal state educational standard of the initial general education (FGOS NOO) (with changes for December, 31st, 2015), and also in Strategy of development of education in the Russian Federation for the period till 2025 and in Approximate basic educational program of educational institution. Conceptual ideas of forming experiment are presented by positions of the Russian scientists, experts concerning spiritually-moral education, interaction of school and a family, the polycultural educational environment which are characterised in dissertation chapter 1.

Together with a school management in which forming experiment was made, the Program of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment which consists of theoretical and practical parts has been developed. In the given paragraph its substantive provisions, which steels are characterised by leading reference points of forming experiment.

Focused interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys on system use pedagogicheski the interconnected principles, the problems, leading directions of the maintenance of this interaction, and also technologies of cooperation of pedagogical collective and school on the basis of the coordination of family and base national values of the Russian Federation by means of use of interactive ways of educational activity. The cultural urological approach has provided possibility to define the maintenance of the program of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys within the limits of base national values of the Russian Federation.

The Aksiologichesky approach has allowed pedagogicheski to adapt base national values of the Russian Federation in interaction of school and a family in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of younger schoolboys. In frameworks lichnostno - the focused approach of the teacher paid special attention to studying and the account sotsiokulturnyh features and interests of families of pupils in educational activity, and parents assisted the child in a choice of spiritual and moral values and norms of behaviour taking into account its inclinations and requirements, and also the polycultural factor. The support on kompetentnostnyj the approach promoted more accurate structurization and a substantiation of readiness of teachers and parents to interaction in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment within the limits of pedagogical kompetentsy on a basis kognitivnogo, motivatsionno-valuable and kommunikativnoyodejatelnostnogo criteria, and also to creation of conditions for successful realisation of these kompetentsy in joint activity.

The characterised approaches have defined principles and problems, and also the maintenance of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral
Education of younger schoolboys, technologies of their realisation, pedagogical conditions of interaction in the polycultural educational environment. Within the limits of author's model joint activity of teachers and parents was carried out on the basis of principles is system-dejatelnostnoj the organisations of social partnership, a humanistic orientation of interaction of its subjects, orientations of joint activity of teachers and parents to an educational ideal, principles of dialogical dialogue, interrelation of traditions and innovations in spiritually-moral education.

Together with pedagogical collective and parental committees of initial classes we had been specified problems of forming experiment. We have included the following in number of such problems:

- Definition of functions of subjects of interaction for the coordination of requirements to the organisation of spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment and increases of level of readiness of teachers to constructive joint activity with parents in the decision of problems of spiritually-moral education of pupils in the conditions of cultural variety of the Russian society;

- Approbation of ways of increase of efficiency of interaction within the limits of formation at teachers and parents of readiness for joint activity taking into account the polycultural factor;

- Verification of pedagogical conditions of effective interaction of school and family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment;

- Working out and introduction in practice of interaction of teachers and parents of methods of monitoring and a reflexion of results of educational activity within the limits of a research problem;

- Drawing up of recommendations for parents on interaction with school in spiritually-moral education of children on the basis of the coordination of family and base national values of the Russian Federation.

Within the limits of forming experiment we have paid special attention to definition of functions of subjects of interaction in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment as from that, how much participants of experiment have accurate idea about problems and directions of the activity, successful performance of an object in view substantially depends. As a result of discussion of this question with a school management, teachers, members of parental committee in number of subjects of such interaction have been included: the director of educational institution, its assistants for teaching and educational work, methodical association of teachers of initial classes, the teacher, the teacher-psychologist, the leader, pupils, parents. For each of subjects functions in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment which are presented in the Appendix № 5 have been formulated. Definition of functions of subjects of interaction of school and family has allowed to expand essentially representations of teachers and parents of experimental classes about the possibilities and reserves in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of pupils taking into account the polycultural factor and as the further work has shown, has given the chance to carry out educational activity in this sphere purposefully and in system.

Forming experiment has shown, that creation of creative group which structure included the deputy director on uchebnoyovospitatelnoj to work in an elementary school, the chairman of methodical association of teachers of initial classes, teachers, chairmen of parental committees of initial classes became the important way of increase of efficiency of interaction of school and a family in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of younger schoolboys. Effective remedies of improvement of quality of interaction.

Under efficiency of interaction of school and a family in duhovnoyonravstvennom education in the polycultural educational environment we, on the basis of the comparative analysis of slovarno-reference books (Zagvjazinsky Century I, Mizherikov V. A, Polonsky V. M), understand high level of readiness of teachers and parents to joint actions according to the certain state educational standard and the planned purposes in the conditions of the polycultural Russian state.

Taking into account the data received during ascertaining experiment, together with creative group stages have been defined and leading directions of the maintenance of joint activity of teachers and parents in which frameworks there is a possibility to raise efficiency of interaction of school and a family in the polycultural educational environment are developed. The first stage of interaction included studying sotsiokulturnoj and a psychological situation in a family, revealing of the developed traditions and values by which members of a family are guided, acquaintance to styles of dialogue of parents to children. Results of this work are reflected in a preparatory part of pedagogical experiment. At the second stage designing activity by definition of functions of subjects of interaction, the purpose and problems, maintenances, technologies and conditions of joint activity within the limits of structurally functional model was carried out. The third stage has been aimed at practical realisation of tasks in view within the limits of leading directions of joint activity of teachers and parents. The fourth stage represented practical realisation of the planned ways of increase of efficiency of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys. At the fifth stage monitoring of results of joint activity of teachers and parents in the decision of problems of spiritually-moral education of children in the polycultural educational environment was carried out.

At definition of the maintenance of work in leading directions of joint activity of teachers and parents taking into account the polycultural factor we were guided by requirements FGOS NOO to personal results of pupils of an elementary school which «should reflect: formation of bases of the Russian civil identity, feeling of pride of the Native land, the Russian people and history of Russia, comprehension ethnic and a national identity; formation of values of a multinational Russian society; formation of humanistic and democratic valuable orientations» [the Federal state educational standard of the initial general education (with changes for December, 31st, 2015), http://www.pravo.gov.ru, 05.02.2016]. In this context knowledge has been included in the maintenance of psihologo-pedagogical education of parents, pedagogical self-education, consultation of members of families concerning spiritually-moral education, involving of parents in activity on increase of educational potential of the polycultural educational environment, values, abilities, skills, mastering with which will allow teachers and parents to create a condition for achievement by children of personal results in spiritual and moral development, joining to cultural values of a family, the people, base national values of the Russian society.

Considering that fact, that, according to ascertaining experiment, only 35 % of parents of first-graders know about problems and leading directions of spiritually-moral education of children at school both in a family and about ways of spiritually-moral education of children in a family in the conditions of a polycultural Russian society, and the little more than 20 % of respondents own abilities to organise spiritually-moral education of children on the basis of the coordination of family and base national values of the Russian Federation, work on increase of efficiency of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment has begun with
Designing and the organisation of psihologo-pedagogical education.

In the maintenance of psihologo-pedagogical education of the parents who have developed at school (in the program of University of pedagogical knowledge, in subjects of parental meetings), with the help partsialnogo, modular, monosubject and supplementing ways positions and the themes opening essence and problems of spiritually-moral education on the basis of the coordination of family and base national values of the Russian Federation, the basic concepts of this pedagogical phenomenon, ways of interrelation of the maintenance, forms and methods of spiritually-moral education at school and in a family, pedagogical conditions of the successful decision of problems duhovnoyonravstvennogo education in the polycultural educational environment have been entered, etc. Material studying was carried out by means of interactive technologies which as has shown the carried out analysis of scientific sources and standard documents of the Russian Federation on formation, allow subjects of interaction to realise more full cultural variety of a society as a source of moral perfection of the person and the tool of strengthening of unity of the Russian nation. We according to the developed model have included in number of such technologies: joint design activity, role game, collective creative business, interactive dialogue, the analysis of a problem situation, pedagogical support of parents in self-education and in educational activity, remote technologies of self-education and consultation.

In the polycultural educational environment the creative group of school № Mineral Waters has developed 7 following requirements for increase of efficiency of spiritually-moral education to updating of the Program of University of pedagogical knowledge:

1. Preliminary studying of spiritual needs and cultural orientations of members of families of pupils of initial classes.

2. The coordination that of psihologo-pedagogical education of parents on interaction with teachers in spiritually-moral
Education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment with requirements of the Federal state educational standard of an elementary education and the maintenance of the Program of spiritually-moral education of the school, which tsennostno-semantic basis base national values of the people of the Russian Federation (the person, a family, the Native land, art, work, the nature, cultural and spiritual traditions), and also family cultural values are.

3. The account in designing of available achievements in joint activity of teachers and parents and sotsiokulturnyh features of a family.

4. A formulation of the cores that of the Program of University of pedagogical knowledge in the form of problem and debatable positions.

5. Inclusion in psihologo-pedagogical education of the interactive pedagogical technologies allowing subjects of interaction to realise cultural variety of a society as a source of moral development and spiritual perfection of the person, and also as the tool of strengthening of unity of the Russian nation.

6. Discussion and the statement of the updated Program psiho logo - pedagogical education of parents at session of methodical association of teachers of initial classes and meeting of creative group.

During model approbation in 1-3 classes within the limits of the Program of University of pedagogical knowledge the general questions of spirituality and morals for formation at parents pedagogical kompetentsy which allow to co-ordinate effectively were considered, on the one hand, with teachers interaction strategy in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of children in the polycultural educational environment, and with another - to render to the child the qualified help in formation at it spiritual and moral qualities. To structure are representatives of different nationalities (Russian (65 %), Ukrainians (11 %), Byelorussians (2 %), nogajtsami (5 %), Greeks (1,4 %), Armenians (10 %), Ossetins (3 %), Chechens (1,4 %), gipsies (1 %), Jews (0,2 %)) from which by orthodox values is guided 91 %, we aspired to update the maintenance of psihologo-pedagogical education taking into account the polycultural factor and to organise interaction on the basis of dialogue of cultures of the people of the Russian Federation.

On the basis of recommendations of the Collection within the limits of forming experiment interaction of teachers and parents in duhovnoyonravstvennom education was under construction on following algorithm. A step 1. Motivation formation on teamwork on development of the maintenance of spiritually-moral education of children in the polycultural educational environment during acquaintance of parents with standard documents on formation in which are reflected the purpose, a problem, priority directions of spiritually-moral education of schoolboys (Approximate basic educational program of the initial general education (2010), the Federal law «About formation in the Russian Federation» (2012), the Federal state educational standard of the initial
The general education (2015, 2016), etc.). A step 2. Definition of the primary goals of interaction of teachers and parents in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment. A step 3. Working out of leading directions of the maintenance of teamwork on the basis of the coordination of cultural requirements of parents and base national values of the Russian Federation. A step 4. Definition of forms and methods of work within the limits of the praktiko-focused and interactive technologies allowing parents to realise cultural variety of a society as a source of moral development and spiritual perfection of the person, and also as the tool of strengthening of unity of the Russian nation. A step 5. Joint activity on development of the maintenance of psihologo-pedagogical education taking into account the polycultural factor. A step 6. Monitoring of results of interaction of teachers and parents in spiritually-moral education in the polycultural educational environment, a reflexion of the spent work.

Taking into consideration, that in the fourth class pupils study educational discipline «Bases of religious cultures and secular ethics» and that within the limits of this discipline the overwhelming majority of parents and children have chosen the module «Basis of orthodox culture», the specialised course of psihologo-pedagogical education in which frameworks parents studied the questions opening spiritual and moral values of Orthodoxy as a source of spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the conditions of cultural variety of the Russian society has been offered parents of fourth-graders, trained by means of the technologies, allowing to carry out pedagogical support of children during studying of the given discipline, and also to compare cultural wealth of Orthodoxy to values of other religions, to use methods of education of the tolerant relation to the people who are guided by other cultural wealth, etc.

The special attention has been given the analysis of texts of the textbook «Bases
Orthodox culture »[Kuraev, 2010]. During work on the textbook parents by means of teachers were trained in techniques of carrying out of conversation with children concerning spirituality and morals and creation of the situation demanding a moral choice and a reflexion of the acts in the conditions of cultural variety of the Russian society, to methods of introspection, technology of support of children in independent studying of texts, technologies of the organisation of excursions in sacred places, etc. Within the limits of realisation of a principle of dialogue of cultures in the module maintenance« Basis of orthodox culture »have been included the themes allowing to parents more accurately to realise the important role of the coordination of family values with base national values of the Russian Federation for the future successful personal and professional life of children.

The maintenance of the Program of psihologo-pedagogical education on interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment accustomed parents to various forms: at lectures and seminars, a practical training, consultations, during carrying out of parental meetings, parental conferences, meetings with corresponding experts in the internal and remote form, and also through the Internet if parents could not visit employment and action.

The important role in formation at parents pedagogical kompetentsy on kognitivnom, motivatsionno-valuable and kommunikativnoyodejatelnostnom levels was played by seminars concerning interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys on which the special attention was given to development in parents of the skills promoting the decision of educational problems on the basis of use of interactive, information technologies. So, that parents could acquire is better the concepts opening essence of spiritually-moral education and the importance of the polycultural educational environment in formation at schoolboys of bases spiritual and
Moral culture, at a stage of forming experiment the technology of joint design activity has been used; the educational project «the morals Alphabet» is started.

Within the limits of the project of the teacher, parents, pupils offered the terms which definitions they would like to know successfully to solve a problem of spiritually-moral education in the polycultural educational environment. Then by means of slovarno-reference books and sample of the terms characterised in standard documents on formation, teachers and psychologists under our management formed the maintenance of relevant concepts and included them in the general coin box. The edition of the methodical grant for teachers of initial classes and parents of younger schoolboys «the Short dictionary of terms on spiritually-moral education» in which 254 terms are characterised and which renders the big help to teachers and parents in the decision of tasks in view became result of teamwork over the project. Thus the dictionary of terms is prepared both in printing, and in an electronic variant, therefore each subject of interaction of school and a family has a possibility to specify those or other concepts of spiritually-moral education for more accurate understanding of problems of educational activity taking into account the polycultural factor.

Besides, at the initiative of creative group teachers of initial classes together with parents had been made the collection of pedagogical problems on spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys taking into account the polycultural factor. On each class in the collection ethical situations which teachers and parents face most often in the conditions of cultural variety of the Russian society and which discussion allows to raise efficiency of the decision of problems in sphere of spiritually-moral education of children in the polycultural educational environment have been selected. The collective analysis of a prospective situation at lecture or seminar employment at University of pedagogical knowledge
Helps parents to find pedagogicheski the expedient decision and to use it as algorithm in family education. In a course psihologoyopedagogicheskogo educations of the teacher also trained parents in a technique of rendering assistance to children in working out and presentation of projects on spiritually - moral subjects: «With what the Native land begins?» (1 kl.), «traditions, customs, holidays of the people of Russia» (2 kl.), «Pages of family history» (3 kl.), «Sacred places of the Caucasian Mineral Waters» (4 kl.).

Besides, for formation at parents of readiness for interaction with school in the polycultural educational environment the technology of collective creative business, technology of dialogical dialogue, game technology, remote informing and education, the electronic educational environment were actively used. So, teachers and parents of the second classes had been developed and spent together with children collective creative business «Generous heart» on rendering assistance to children-migrants who are guided by Muslim cultural wealth. To learn parents to carry out monitoring and a reflexion of the educational activity, teachers of 4 classes together with members of parental committee had been developed the scenario on which at a seminar of University of pedagogical knowledge role game «One day from a life of the parent» was spent. Within the limits of game parents described the day from positions of the decision of problems duhovnoyonravstvennogo education of the child and estimated personal achievements and problems in this aspect taking into account family and base national values of the Russian Federation.

During application of technology of dialogical dialogue the maintenance of psihologo-pedagogical education was integrated by teachers on the basis of the base national values of the Russian Federation formulated in the form of problems. For example, such values as the person, the family, Fatherland, work, belief, tradition, consistently revealed at lectures and seminar employment within the limits of discussion, polemic or a problem situation, and also
Were discussed during dialogue of parents and children in a family with use of methods of belief, encouragement, a personal example, the situational analysis. Thus, base national values of the Russian Federation have been included in all forms of work, giving to the decision of tasks in view the general sense and logic, uniting traditional and modern national values. Practice has shown, that dialogical dialogue of teachers and parents in sphere of spiritually-moral education essentially raises potential of their interaction since allows to transform the given process into creative activity which not only creates conditions for moral development of the child, but also stimulates self-development, self-improvement of parents.

Use in psihologo-pedagogical education of parents of interactive technologies has allowed to raise essentially their motivation to development of pedagogical knowledge and mastering by abilities in the decision of problems of spiritually-moral education; attendance and activity of parents of younger schoolboys in work of University of pedagogical knowledge and in out-of-class actions has considerably raised. So, if in 2014­2015 educational year the University of pedagogical knowledge concerning interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys was visited by 57 persons, i.e. 30 % from total of parents of pupils of experimental classes in 2015-2016 educational year of such parents there were 70 persons, and in 201 6-2017 educational year - 132 persons that makes 70 % from total of parents of pupils of experimental classes.

Pedagogical self-education of parents became the important way of increase of efficiency of interaction of school and a family in the polycultural educational environment at a stage of forming experiment. During forming experiment we aspired to create conditions that parents had possibility to develop generated within the limits of psihologo-pedagogical education of the competence on interaction with
Teachers in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys taking into account the polycultural factor.

One of such conditions - self-education maintenance with necessary didactic materials. We, together with teachers and members of parental committees of initial classes, had been developed recommendations about self-education. The themes offered parents for pedagogical self-education, have been co-ordinated with problems which were considered on employment at University of pedagogical knowledge and at parental meetings (the Appendix № 6, the Appendix № 7). It was important for making because not all parents had possibility to visit these employment or have expressed desire to master a necessary material independently.

In recommendations problems, the maintenance by that, approximate quantity of hours on studying of each theme, methods for independent studying of a material are formulated the purpose. The preconditions allowing successfully to cope by tasks in view are characterised also. Among such preconditions: conformity of a theme to cultural features of a family, to interests of parents and children, the coordination of cultural requirements of parents and base national values of the Russian Federation, a support on knowledge available for parents on the chosen problem, ability to analyze the literature and personal experience of educational activity, ability to plan self-education on the chosen theme to do conclusions and generalisations on the basis of the studied material and personal experience of family education, competently to make out the text and references to the used sources.

Parents of pupils of 1-4 classes have chosen following themes for self-education: «Problems of interaction of school and a family in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment», «the Program of spiritually-moral education of school as a basis of joint educational activity of teachers and parents in the conditions of cultural variety of the Russian society»,
«A modern national educational ideal in the Russian Federation», «Main principles of the organisation of spiritually-moral education in a family taking into account the polycultural factor», «Features of spiritually-moral education in a family in the polycultural Russian state», «Cultural traditions of a family as means duhovnoyonravstvennogo education in the polycultural Russian state», «the Basic forms of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment», «the Example of parents as a method of spiritually-moral education», «Sources of spiritually-moral education in a family», «Orthodoxy Role in history of the Russian state», «Variety of the Russian cultures as the factor of spiritually-moral education of children».

Use of technology of pedagogical support of their independent work on the chosen problem which is understood by us as interaction of the teacher and the parent, directed on the permission of problems arising at it, to joint definition and realisation of ways of overcoming of difficulties became the important means of the successful organisation of pedagogical self-education of parents.

Support of parents in pedagogical self-education has created favorable conditions for fastening by members of a family generated within the limits of psihologo-pedagogical education kompetentsy and simultaneously for increase of efficiency of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment. Within the limits of pedagogical support at parents the motivation to studying of a certain problem was formed, voluntariness of development of pedagogical knowledge, aiming at formation of the skills allowing successfully to solve an educational problem, an orientation on creative development and application of the received knowledge, skills in family education were provided.

That self-education has got character of system creative activity, teachers recommended to parents to get acquainted more deeply with the Concept of spiritually-moral development and education of the person of the citizen of Russia, with Strategy of development of education in the Russian Federation for the period till 2025, with the Federal state educational standard of the initial general education, with Approximate basic educational program of an elementary school which are accessible in an information-telecommunication network the Internet, and also with the Program of spiritually-moral education of school and with the plan of teaching and educational work of a class. All named standard documents serve as reference points for the decision of problems duhovnoyonravstvennogo education of children in a family and definitions of a theme of self-education.

Pedagogical support of parents in self-education was carried out on following algorithm:

1) rendering assistance in specification of a problem of self-education taking into account the polycultural factor;

2) assistance in search of the necessary scientific and methodical literature;

3) joint discussion of variants of the decision of a problem and a choice of an optimum way of its decision in the conditions of cultural variety of the Russian society;

4) rendering assistance in scheduling of pedagogical self-education of parents on the chosen theme;

5) consultation for choice methods for working out of the problem, allowing to consider cultural variety of a society and school as a source of the future successful personal and professional life of the child;

6) support in preparation of the text opening substantial lines of the studied problem;

7) pedagogical support in approbation of the conclusions formulated by the parent and positions;

8) assistance in registration of results of the spent work in the form of an instruction, recommendations, the scenario of educational action or role game, the abstract;

9) joint discussion of the received results, definition of ways of their further use in a family and ways of an exchange of experience with other parents in the polycultural educational environment;

10) creation of conditions for presentation of results of self-education in a parental audience;

Following such technique, we managed to raise interest of mothers and (that is especially important) fathers to self-education and to help them to receive more accurate representation about a role of this kind of activity in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of children, and also in own spiritual growth. Certainly, not all parents are capable to organise self-education in such sequence and the teacher not always in a condition to carry out pedagogical support of each parent in self-education, but presence of accurate recommendations and algorithm in this direction duhovnoyonravstvennogo education gives the chance to raise efficiency of self-education essentially. We stimulated parents to regular replenishment of psihologo-pedagogical knowledge on the basis of the recommended literature, to independent formation pedagogical kompetentsy, including in sphere of spiritually-moral education in the polycultural educational environment (the Appendix № 10). Pedagogical support of development in parents of readiness for self-education in sphere of spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment also was carried out by us by means of remote technologies. Joint activity of teachers and parents in a network the Internet allowed to acquaint members of a family with new approaches in spiritually-moral and family education, in interaction of school and a family in the polycultural educational environment, with practical achievements of other educational organisations and parents in the given direction of educational activity. Work in electronic space has provided possibility in a dialogue mode to plan joint actions, to discuss the carried out actions, to carry out the forecast of educational measures in sphere of spiritually-moral education. In an electronic format it was helped to parents in self-education scheduling, in approbation of the problem chosen by a member of a family for independent studying, the text opening substantive provisions of the studied theme thus was edited, and also consultations on presentation of results of the spent work were carried out.

In total on the beginning of a forming stage of experiment (January, 2015) to self-education 53 parents of experimental classes (from them 50 mothers and 3 fathers) have started; in 2015-2016 educational year the contingent of parents has increased to 60 persons (from them 53 mothers and 7 fathers), and in 2016-2017 educational year it has made 68 persons (of them 60 mothers and 8 fathers). Thus, in attraction of parents to self-education positive dynamics is observed. Quality of pedagogical self-education has essentially raised. Products of this work: instructions, recommendations, scenarios of educational actions, abstracts - became more competent, substantial, logical, aimed at the decision of problems duhovnoyonravstvennogo education in the polycultural educational environment.

Works it has been given psihologo-pedagogical consultation of parents. Within the limits of psihologo-pedagogical consultation we directed efforts of teachers and psychologists to creation of conditions for actualisation of the knowledge received by parents and the generated abilities in the decision of problems of spiritually-moral education taking into account the polycultural factor. During psihologo-pedagogical consultation parents were trained in methods of introspection and a reflexion in sphere of spiritually-moral education, approved councils and recommendations of the psychologist, the social teacher, representatives of Orthodox church with which the school co-operates and which possess a professional knowledge on problems interesting parents. The big help in the organisation psihologoyopedagogicheskogo consultations was rendered by the school Psychological service which employees planned and organised consultations, recommended to teachers and parents the necessary literature, selected corresponding techniques of studying of psychological problems of parents and pupils, advised optimum variants of their decision in duhovnoyonravstvennom education in the conditions of cultural variety of the Russian society.

Together with employees of Psychological service the primary goals of psihologo-pedagogical consultation of parents on interaction with a family in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of children taking into account cultural requirements of a family and the polycultural factor which included have been formulated: enrichment of an inner world of members of a family on the basis of acquaintance of parents with the positions opening essence of spiritual and moral values, containing in standard documents on formation; improvement of atmosphere of mutual relations with children within the limits of positions of humane pedagogics; assistance to expansion and deepening at parents of motives to spiritually-moral education of children taking into account the polycultural factor; joint with psychologists and teachers search of forms of optimisation
The parental help to the child in performance of the homeworks directed on its spiritual and moral development on the basis of the coordination of family and base national values of the Russian Federation; training of parents to ways of transfer of a problem situation in a pedagogical problem taking into account specific features of children and cultural traditions of a family; consultation and rendering of the differentiated help to families which require in additional psychological, pedagogical, legal, material support; monitoring of results psihologoyopedagogicheskogo consultations of parents on questions spiritually - moral education of children in the polycultural educational environment.

The algorithm of psihologo-pedagogical consultation of parents concerning interaction with school in spiritually-moral education of pupils in the conditions of the polycultural Russian state consisted of following consecutive actions:

- Establishment of contact and development of benevolent relations with parents;

- Psihologo-pedagogical diagnostics of a problem which excites parents;

- Working out of the plan of individual or joint activity of the parent with the teacher, the psychologist, the social worker under the permission arisen in sphere of spiritually-moral education of a problem on the basis of principles it is system-dejatelnostnoj the organisations of social partnership, a humanistic orientation of interaction of subjects of educational process, orientation to an educational ideal, dialogical dialogue of teachers, psychologists, parents and schoolboys, a principle of interrelation of traditions and innovations in joint activity of teachers and parents;

- Realisation of the developed plan of joint activity;

- The control and updating of realisation of the plan;

- The analysis of results of realisation of the plan under the permission of the arisen
Problems, revealing of positive and negative effects of this work;

- Definition of ways of fastening of positive results and overcoming of the lacks which have arisen during realisation of the plan;

- Joint working out of recommendations about the permission of similar problems for other parents.

As school practice, such algorithm psihologoyopedagogicheskogo has shown consultations in interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment has allowed to provide sistemnost and productivity of joint actions of teachers, psychologists and parents in spiritual growth as children, and adults and also to realise the important role of the coordination of cultural family values with base national values of the Russian Federation for the future successful and professional life of children more accurately.

Psihologo-pedagogical consultation of parents

It was carried out within the limits of forming experiment in a format both group, and individual consultation which were spent in the form of monitoring of a problem and working out of corresponding recommendations; the analysis of the developed psychological or pedagogical situation and preparation of an instruction for its effective permission; trainings, reflective conversations, dialogical dialogue, training of parents to ways of a relaxation and concentration of attention at the decision of problems duhovnoyonravstvennogo education.

During psihologo-pedagogical consultation of parents information technologies were widely applied. We used remote methods in work with parents, especially with what not always can meet the teacher or the psychologist. Parents had possibility to come on a school site, to contact psychological service, to fix time for consultation carrying out, to get acquainted with the literature on a problem exciting them, to see typical problems and their ways

Increase of efficiency of interaction of school and family in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of younger schoolboys was promoted also by direct involving of parents in activity on increase of educational potential of the polycultural educational environment. This way of teamwork of school and a family provided creation of conditions for participation of parents in preparation and carrying out of lessons and out-of-class actions for revival and preservation of the traditional family spiritually-moral values which have developed in the Russian society; education of children with orientation to base national values of the Russian Federation and a national educational ideal. To the decision of the given problems promoted an exchange of positive experience of spiritually-moral education in a family; familiarising of mothers and fathers to joint with children of creative, socially significant activity in management of class and school collective; joint with teachers and children registration of stands, a corner for parents in a class; Creation of library of books on spiritually-moral education for children and the methodical literature for parents, etc.

From individual forms of involving of parents in activity on increase of educational potential of the polycultural educational environment we used: conversations with parents and other members of a family in which result the program and system of pedagogical actions with the concrete child is made; questioning of members of a family for studying of their interests and requirements for sphere of spiritually-moral education taking into account the polycultural factor; discussion and modelling of situations on the problems connected with spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural Russian state, Internet correspondence.

In the conditions of cultural variety of the Russian society we have included spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys: open doors, evenings of questions and answers with attraction of experts, representatives of clergy; presentations of creative works which prepare both teachers, and members of a family; attraction of parents to participation in registration of exhibitions of works of pupils, text and photographic materials. Besides, such forms of work, as participation of parents in preparation and carrying out of out-of-class and out-of-school actions for spiritually-moral education of pupils which will be organised on the basis of a principle of dialogue of cultures were recommended to teachers; carrying out of family holidays with participation of parents and children in their preparation and carrying out; enrichment of joint leisure of parents and children excursions, trips in «sacred places» and cultural sights of a city, edge, the country.

That involving of parents in practical activities on the organisation joint with teachers and children of affairs in sphere duhovnoyonravstvennogo education promoted creation of the polycultural educational environment, we, together with creative group, have developed recommendations for teachers who are aimed at increase of efficiency of the given direction of educational activity.

As have shown results of forming experiment, such way of joint activity allows parents to staticize the knowledge received during psihologo-pedagogical education, self-education and psihologo-pedagogical consultation, in real pedagogical situations and provides with it possibility of active and interested participation in the decision of problems duhovnoyonravstvennogo education of children in the conditions of the polycultural Russian state.

The big work within the limits of forming experiment has been spent on methodical maintenance of interaction of teachers and parents in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment. Together with teachers texts of lectures and seminar employment concerning spiritually-moral education of children have been prepared, recommendations about the organisation of self-education of parents, psihologo-pedagogical consultation, to involving of parents in joint activity with children are developed. Instructions on filling of cards of a self-estimation sformirovannosti at teachers and parents pedagogical kompetentsy, instructions on carrying out with children of conversations on spirituality and morals problems and the organisation of educational affairs are developed.

Being guided by indicators of efficiency of involving of parents in spiritually-moral education of the younger schoolboys, formulated in A.A.Loginovoj, A.J.Daniljuka's methodical grant «Spiritual

Monitoring of results », we regularly carried out for parents of action for informing on a condition of spiritually-moral education of children taking into account the polycultural factor, acquainted them with the plan of educational work of a class, with possibilities of their participation in the Program of spiritually-moral development and education of younger schoolboys [Loginov, 2012. Possibility to participate in planning and realisation of the educational program was given to parents; to supervise separate directions of this program; to spend together with teachers exit kulturnoyovospitatelnye the actions directed on comprehension of cultural variety of a society as a source of moral development, spiritual perfection of the person, as the tool of strengthening of unity of the Russian nation.

Into problems of the teacher entered, considering level of pedagogical activity of parents and carrying out the lichnostno-focused approach to help them to realise, that education of pupils at school and in a family represents the interconnected process of spiritual growth and moral development of the maturing person and that only participating in educational work together with teachers it is possible to create conditions for mastering by the child moral and cultural wealth, the norms of behaviour necessary for self-realisation and productive activity in the modern polycultural Russian state. Taking into consideration polyethnic and polikonfessionalnyj character of the Russian society, the teacher stimulated pedagogical activity of parents on the basis of dialogical dialogue, creating conditions for attraction of own cultural experience by them in a course of carrying out of action and an exchange cultural and cultural wealth between participants of pedagogical interaction taking into account them konfessionalnyh orientations.

As a whole, as has shown forming experiment, approbation of model of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment has allowed to raise efficiency of educational activity of parents and teachers in the conditions of cultural variety of the Russian society, to eliminate a fragmentariness in the decision of problems of spiritually-moral education of children on the basis of the general educational strategy.
