CONCLUSIONS UNDER CHAPTER 1

The analysis of theoretical sources on problems of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, spent to the head, has allowed to formulate following substantive provisions on which our experimental work is under construction.

Studying of scientific researches in the field of pedagogics, and proforientologii allows to assert psychology, that the concept professional self-determination serves for a designation of the significant phenomenon for a pedagogical science - mnogoetapnyj process of definition by the person of the vital purposes taking into account interests available for it and society requirements. Professional self-determination, on the one hand, expresses selectivity of the relation of the individual to the world of trades, and with another - serves as an indicator of its maturity.

Being difficult formation by the nature, professional self-determination has multicomponent structure that proves to be true described in proforientologicheskoj to a science its structural models.

The further researches have allowed to find out, that qualitative professional self-determination of the person - result of its independent activity and a vocational guidance problem.

As the special pedagogical system vocational guidance promotes the person in a trade choice. In an educational colony it acts as one of directions of teaching and educational process. This statement has allowed us to apply structural model of the pedagogical process used in a pedagogical science for understanding of essence of the various pedagogical phenomena to the description of its features.

Target orientation of vocational guidance of the minors condemned to imprisonment, consists in rendering of the help by it in a choice of a trade and assistance, thus, them resotsializatsii.
Resotsializatsija minors condemned assumes reorientation of their orientation, formation of new system of installations, norms and values, skills of social behaviour, development of the new social status - the former offender, and also ability to self-control of behaviour from socially approved positions. The Subject-objective the vocational guidance organisation in an educational colony is defined by participation in her of the minor condemned (choosing a trade) and the various subjects capable and authorised to help it in punishment serving in an educational colony. It is carried out with use of various pedagogical methods. Its result consists in formation of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned.

The analysis pedagogical and proforientologicheskih the researches, spent by us, has allowed to find out specific features of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, and also various on the structure of its model.

In our research readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, is integrativnoe the quality of the person consisting in a recognition of value of work, acquisition of special knowledge, the abilities, providing professional self-determination in imprisonment and requirement of realisation for work in postpenitentsiarnyj the period. Its structure is made by 4 elements - is information-kognitivnyj, an emotional, motivational component, a component of sensibleness of the personal professional plan.

Formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, is defined, on the one hand, by specificity of their socialisation in the conditions of imprisonment and
Isolation from a society, and with another - their characteristics psihologoyopedagogicheskogo and social development.

During the analysis of genesis of ideas of vocational guidance as significant condition of professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, it was found out, that certificates on carrying out of specific work on formation of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned in history Russian penitentsiaristiki practically do not exist, since corresponding concepts of a legal and pedagogical science are not applied. However it is necessary to recognise, that pedagogical work in the field of vocational guidance accompanied execution of punishments concerning minors condemned in the different historical periods.

As a result of analytical work it is revealed, that in development of vocational guidance of minors condemned in domestic penitentsiarnoj practice can allocate a number of stages: the first - a stage of understanding of the importance and necessity of realisation of vocational guidance of minors condemned, being in isolation; the second - a stage of creation and approbation of separate means of vocational guidance of minors condemned; the third - a stage of inclusion of vocational guidance in the general system of problems of an educational colony. Each of stages is specific in a choice of means of vocational guidance of minors condemned.

Designing model of vocational guidance of minors condemned at the present stage, it is important to continue, on the one hand, tradition of work with minors on their inclusion in labour relations and various professional spheres, and with another - to use it as their means resotsializatsii, proved the productivity in foreign practice of work correctional facilities for minors.

The further research has allowed to develop pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment. Its methodological basis was made by N.S.Prjazhnikova, E.J.Prjazhnikovoj, S.N.Chistjakovoj's approaches to understanding of essence of vocational guidance and problems of its subjects; N.V.Afanasevoj, G.N.Rezapkinoj, N.S.Prjazhnikova's workings out on carrying out and tracing of results of vocational guidance; ideas A.K.Lukinoj, V.R.Schmidt about specificity of the organisation of vocational guidance of the minors who have entered the conflict to the law.

As model components elements dependent from each other - target, soderzhatelnoyoorganizatsionnyj and diagnostic have acted rather independent, but at the same time. Specificity of the maintenance of blocks of model is defined by following especial characteristics of functioning VK as a whole and the organisation of teaching and educational process in it: isolation and limitation of space of ability to live of an educational colony and minors in it; prevalence direktivnosti in communications of employees with minors condemned; an insufficient inclusiveness of minors in the traditional culture, setting samples of professional self-determination.

As result of vocational guidance of minors condemned in an educational colony their readiness for professional self-determination acts. Its level sformirovannosti is defined on the basis of the criteria allocated with us and indicators. It is information-kognitivnyj criterion reflects knowledge of the minor condemned in questions, significant for realisation of a choice of a trade. The emotional criterion is shown in estimations and valuable orientations of the minor condemned in the field of work and professional work. The motivational criterion is realised in certain strong-willed efforts of the minor condemned in achievement
The is professional-focused purposes put to it. Sensibleness of the personal professional plan as specific criterion is expressed in accurate and certain intentions of the minor concerning the situation of professional self-determination.

The further research has allowed to define and describe levels sformirovannosti readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned: low, average, high.

The offered pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, allows to plan and organise experimental work. The part of the model connected with the organisation of vocational guidance of minors condemned employees of group of social protection condemned educational colony will be subjected experimental check.
