In pedagogics the model is defined as the theoretical design reflecting sistemoobrazujushchie the characteristics of investigated object or process in which the author's understanding of ways of reception of scientific knowledge of the original [Borytko is presented, 2008; Zagvjazinsky, 2008; Mizherikov, 2010].

In model are displayed and the most essential properties, communications and relations between components of an investigated phenomenon are reproduced, allowing to make process of reception of new knowledge more effective and accessible. Modelling as fairly considers N.M.Borytko, gives to research activity purposeful and technological character [Borytko, 2008. With. 126].

The Structurally functional model of interaction of school and family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment is designed on the basis of understanding of the given phenomenon as purposeful joint activity of teachers and parents in which frameworks spiritually and it is moral all subjects of educational activity are improved: teachers, parents, schoolboys - during familiarising with values of native (ethnic), Russian and world cultures. The Structurally functional model is considered by us as set of functionally connected components structured within the limits of methodological, substantial, technological and otsenochnoyorezultativnogo of blocks. In the structured kind the author's model of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys is presented in table 1 (on with. 66-68).

Designing of model of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys was carried out by us on a basis is system-dejatelnostnogo, cultural urological, aksiologicheskogo, lichnostno-focused and kompetentnostnogo approaches. Thus as the leader it is selected it is system-dejatelnostnyj the approach which in the Russian Federation is taken as a principle federal state educational standards.

It is system-dejatelnostnyj the approach allows to consider this type of interaction as pedagogical system which is set of the interconnected components located in certain sequence and characterised by internal logic. Such approach provides possibility to treat interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment as a component more the general educational system which is defined by its purposes and problems. The purpose of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of children in this context is the theoretical substantiation and approbation of pedagogical ways of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment.

Being based on the characterised methodological approaches and the positions formulated in the Basic educational program of an elementary school, as principles of modelling of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys we have defined the following: a principle it is system-dejatelnostnoj the organisations of joint activity, a principle of a humanistic orientation of interaction of subjects of educational process, a principle of dialogical dialogue, a principle of interrelation of traditions and innovations in joint activity of teachers and parents.

Such environment starts to be formed with attraction of parents to process of creation of a standard basis duhovnoyonravstvennogo education taking into account cultural variety of school, a city, region, the state, the arrangement of subjects of interaction on the basic conditions and mutual obligations in educational activity in this context; during working out of a uniform educational position on creation of conditions for familiarising of parents and children with base national values of the Russian Federation.

The principle of a humanistic orientation of interaction of subjects of pedagogical process provides observance of a pedagogical step and display of delicacy concerning private life of parents; creation of an optimistic spirit and trust to educational possibilities of a family; strengthening of authority of parents; a support on positive experience of family education and on merits of parents and children. Besides, realisation of the given principle assumes tolerance display in teamwork which is expressed, including, in a recognition of cultural variety as a source of development of the person and a society, in respect of cultural traditions and values of subjects of interaction, mutual aid and responsibility in all affairs connected with spiritually-moral education of schoolboys, and also the organisation of this direction of educational activity taking into account an originality of conditions of a life of each family, age of parents, level of their readiness in sphere of education, individual requirements of the growing person.

On the basis of the analysis of concepts of the Russian scientists concerning spiritually-moral education, interaction of school and a family, the polycultural educational environment among the positive traditions which have developed in teamwork of teachers and parents, we have allocated the following: aspiration to mutual understanding in the decision of problems of spiritually-moral education; conducting a moral way of life on the basis of the spiritual
Values; a recognition teachers and parents of a family and children as priority cultural wealth; desire of teachers and parents to bring up harmoniously developed children; mutual responsibility of school and a family in the decision of educational problems; respect for cultural requirements of families. Among innovations in interaction of school and a family in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of pupils polycultural in the educational environment it is important to allocate the following: attention strengthening to traditional cultural wealth and aspiration of parents to attach to religious traditions of children; celebrating of Day of mother, the International women's day, Day of the defender of Fatherland, Day of the elderly person, Day of a city; joint discussion by teachers and parents of the purposes and problems of self-education of the maturing person, rendering to it the help in working out of an educational route; the joint analysis of social and educational situations; Participation of parents in developing games, pedagogical support in use by the child of information technologies.

We believe, that that in all named directions teachers and parents could help children within the limits of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education, it is necessary to solve following problems: to specify functions of subjects of interaction in the polycultural educational environment; to generate at teachers and parents pedagogical the competence of spiritually-moral education; together with parents to develop the maintenance of interaction and to organise teamwork within the limits of the Program of spiritually-moral education of the trained; to develop and introduce in pedagogical process interactive technologies the interactions allowing teachers and parents to realise cultural variety of the Russian state as a source of moral development and spiritual perfection of the person; To define and approve indicators of readiness of teachers and parents to interaction in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment.

The methodological reference points formulated in model have allowed us to define the maintenance, forms and methods of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys taking into account cultural variety of the Russian society, and also to concretise criteria otsenivanija results of joint activity of teachers and parents. In the maintenance of joint activity of teachers and parents we, being based on concepts of the Russian scientists analysed in the second paragraph of the head, consider expedient to include pedagogicheski the interpreted knowledge, abilities, skills, values and relations which provide achievement by schoolboys of the personal results characterised in the Federal state educational

As priority directions of interaction of teachers and parents in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment we have allocated: psihologoyopedagogicheskoe education; pedagogical self-education; consultation of members of families concerning spiritually-moral education; involving of parents in activity on increase of educational potential of the polycultural educational environment which is defined in standard documents on formation as unity of the fixed, after-hour, out-of-school activity considering historical and cultural, ethnic and regional specificity. Within the limits of the named directions it is necessary to give special attention to creation of conditions for formation at parents of motivation on achievement of high results in education at children of ability to successful ability to live in the modern multicultural world. TSennostnoYOsmyslovoj a basis of the maintenance of interaction in this context are base national values of the people of the Russian Federation (the person, a family, the Native land, art, work, the nature, cultural and spiritual traditions), and also family cultural values.

On the basis of the analysis of approaches of the Russian experts in an investigated problem and school practice we consider, that the teacher should begin the organisation of interaction with families of younger schoolboys with psihologo-pedagogical education of parents. In
Psihologo-pedagogical education of parents of modern schoolboys various forms are used: the parental lecture hall, university of pedagogical knowledge, parental meeting, parental conference, meeting-debate, a family drawing room, evening of questions and answers, a meeting behind a round table, etc. During pedagogical education parents not only acquire the knowledge necessary for education of the child, but also develop skills, and also valuable orientations and experience of educational work with children during the coordination of cultural requirements of a family and the base national values, socially approved by the majority of citizens of the Russian Federation. Thus, at parents readiness for joint activity with teachers in the polycultural educational environment which is expressed in pedagogical kompetentsijah is formed.

Favorable conditions for fastening by members of a family generated within the limits of psihologo-pedagogical education kompetentsy are created by pedagogical self-education. The given way of mastering is directed by the interaction maintenance on rendering to families of the help from teachers in deeper comprehension of cultural wealth, in independent development of knowledge, skills of educational activity which promotes spiritual growth both fathers and mothers, and children. Within the limits of self-education at parents the motivation to literature studying on questions spiritually - moral education raises, voluntariness of development of pedagogical knowledge is provided, the requirement for creative development and application of the received knowledge, skills increases in family education.

In self-education it is expedient to use technology of pedagogical support which is expressed in rendering assistance to parents in this kind of pedagogical activity. The help of teachers and psychologists can be rendered in specification of a problem of self-education; in search of the necessary methodical literature; in discussion of variants of the decision of a problem and a choice of an optimum way of its decision; in
Joint scheduling of working out of the chosen problem; in consultation for choice methods of working out of a problem, etc. Pedagogical support of development in parents of readiness for self-education it is possible to carry out also by means of information and interactive technologies; for example, within the limits of the educational project, collective creative business, technology of the decision of a pedagogical problem.

Effective way of mastering by parents a necessary complex of knowledge, abilities, skills, values and relations in interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment is psihologo-pedagogical consultation on questions duhovnoyonravstvennogo education during the decision of daily educational problems. Psihologo-pedagogical consultation of parents is understood in the pedagogical literature as a way of rendering assistance in questions of education, training, development of children by means of specially organised activity of psychologists, teachers, social workers, administration of educational institution during use of necessary resources. Psihologo-pedagogical consultation is directed on actualisation of creative potential of the person, both the schoolboy, and his parents, on their stimulation to introspection, to a choice of the optimum decision of a pedagogical problem in the conditions of cultural variety of the Russian society by means of councils and recommendations of the experts possessing a professional knowledge on a problem.

To teachers and psychologists who carry out consultations in this difficult and delicate sphere, it is important to know not only about a problem from which the parent has addressed, but also about family type in which the person of the child is formed, its financial position and the social status, about spiritual and moral values by which are guided
Members of a family, about traditions of family education, etc. In these purposes coordination of actions of the teacher at which the child studies, the psychologist, the social worker on the basis of the data received during regular studying of a context of family education is necessary, with a support on is system-dejatelnostnyj, cultural urological, aksiologichesky and the lichnostno-focused approaches.

It is important, that psihologo-pedagogical consultation of parents in sphere of interaction with teachers in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys was carried out within the limits of humanistic ideas of respect for the person, goodwill that parents were considered by teachers and psychologists as partners equal in rights in discussion and the decision of educational problems with the interests and cultural requirements. In these conditions many parents start to show the creative relation to the decision of problems of spiritually-moral education, realise more full and estimate not only acts of children, but also own actions in moral aspect.

Family involving in activity on increase of educational potential of the polycultural educational environment as the way of mastering by the interaction maintenance, assumes active participation of parents in designing and realisation of the Program of educational activity in a class and at school; informing of families of pupils on achievements, complexities and changes in spiritual growth and moral good breeding of children; joint planning of the further work with the child according to the received data; possibility of parents to communicate and co-ordinate the positions with teachers, psychologists, representatives of administration in the decision of problems of spiritually-moral education; stimulation and support of creative initiatives of parents, monitoring of separate directions of educational work by them. As a whole designing of the maintenance of interaction of school and a family within the limits of the model developed by us creates favorable preconditions for maintenance of coordination of educational activity of parents and teachers in the decision of problems of spiritually-moral education of children on the basis of the coordination of cultural requirements of a family and base national values of the Russian state.

The technological block of model of interaction of school and family includes forms, methods, means and the sources allowing teachers and parents successfully to solve problems of spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys. The pedagogical technology is characterised in slovarno-reference books as set of the interconnected forms, methods and means of teaching and educational process which are united by the general conceptual basis, by the purposes and formation problems, create

Within the limits of the named technologies it is possible to apply various forms and methods uchebnoyovospitatelnogo process. It is important, that they have been directed on increase of efficiency of joint activity of teachers and psychologists with parents of pupils taking into account the positions formulated in standard documents on formation, inquiries of pupils and their parents.

Thus in any technology of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys it is necessary to combine organically traditional and innovative ways of joint activity. Traditional forms and the methods of such interaction including seminars and lectures in system of pedagogical education, a management of various mugs and participation in work of museums, in preparation and carrying out of excursions, the story, conversation, exercise, reading and discussion of the pedagogical and popular scientific literature on a certain problem, etc., are provided with a system and durability of mastering with parents of pedagogical knowledge, abilities, skills. In aggregate methods, forms, means and sources of the technological block of characterised model can provide duhovnoyonravstvennoe education of children in a context of fixed, after-hour and out-of-school activity, i.e. promote increase of educational potential of the polycultural educational environment. Technologies of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys should be focused also on the coordination of cultural requirements of a family and base national values of the Russian society, providing formation at trained to an active moral position.

Monitoring in a pedagogical science is understood as continuous scientifically proved diagnostiko-prognosticheskoe tracing of teaching and educational process, as system psihologoyopedagogicheskih the researches directed on a complex estimation of efficiency of realisation of educational and educational programs [of Burkov, 2004; Loginov, 2012; Loginov, 2013]. The data received by the teacher during studying and the analysis of interaction of school and a family by means of monitoring, allow to reveal problem situations in families, to choose pedagogicheski an expedient line of conduct with parents of pupils in a context of cultural variety of region, the Russian state and the world, structurally to plan teamwork of school and a family in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of children as agreed cultural requirements of a family with the base national values generated in a society, to change strategy of behaviour of adults in relation to the child taking into account its requirements and interests. As a whole monitoring provides possibility of reception enough a full and accurate picture of efficiency of mutual actions of teachers, the psychologist and parents in the decision of problems of spiritually-moral education of schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment.

As the basic criteria of efficiency of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of pupils of initial classes in the polycultural educational environment us are allocated: kognitivnyj, motivatsionno-valuable, communicatively-dejatelnostnyj. Competently to define strategy of the skilled-experimental work, each of the allocated criteria should be opened for teachers and parents on the basis of corresponding indicators taking into account the polycultural factor. The characterised model of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment became a basis for carrying out of experimental work on approbation of pedagogical ways of improvement of quality of joint activity of teachers and parents on creation of conditions for development in children of moral qualities during the coordination of cultural requirements of a family with base national values of the Russian state.

Conclusions under chapter 1

Studying and the comparative analysis of the conceptual positions characterised in works of the Russian and foreign scientists concerning spirituality, moral education, interaction of school and family in pedagogical process, and also the polycultural educational environment, allow to formulate the following conclusions, which steels the theoretical basis of definition of pedagogical features
Teamwork of modern Russian teachers and parents in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the conditions of strengthening of cultural variety of Russia and the world.

1. The phenomenon «spiritually-moral education» reveals in a context of ideas of the founder of the Russian pedagogical science of K.D.Ushinsky and religious philosophers of second half XIX - first half of XX-th century about necessity to consider the person in unity of corporal, sincere and spiritual forms of a life, about moral education as a priority direction of educational activity at school; about the importance of education at children of respect for religious values and to requirement to follow in the behaviour to the ethical standards which have been put in pawn in religious doctrines. The analysis of theoretical and applied aspects of moral education in the Soviet pedagogics has allowed to draw a conclusion that in positive potential of concepts of the scientists developed in this direction of education in 1918-1980th years, ideas are: about the important role of a moral ideal in formation of the person and society development; About interrelation of formation of moral consciousness, feelings, abilities, skills and behaviour moral standards in structure of the person; about collective as the education tool; about socially useful work as leading activity on education of spiritual and moral qualities of the growing person.

2. Modern scientists characterise spirituality as intellectual and moral essence of the person as ability of the person to operate self, to build the relations with others on the basis of cultural wealth which have developed during centuries-old development polikonfessionalnogo and the polyethnic Russian state (S.A.Amonashvili, T.I.Vlasova, A.J.Daniljuk, A.M.Kondakov, I.A.Kolesnikov, I.V.Metlik). As a result of the theoretical analysis of concepts of the Russian experts in school and family interaction the conclusion that the given phenomenon characterises joint activity of teachers and parents in which course strategy is defined is drawn, ways are realised, conditions of improvement of quality of formation trained within the limits of the pedagogical system including following components are provided: subjects of pedagogical interaction, the purpose, principles, problems, the maintenance, forms and methods (a technological component), pedagogical conditions. Priority directions of joint activity of teachers and parents in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in which frameworks are realised the purpose, principles, problems, the maintenance of such activity, are psihologo-pedagogical education of parents; pedagogical self-education of subjects of spiritually-moral education; psihologo-pedagogical consultation; Involving of parents in educational and educational activity.

4. Within the limits of research it is established, that the important factor of increase of efficiency of interaction of school and a family in spiritually - moral education of pupils of initial classes is the polycultural educational environment which represents set of training, educational, communicative, reflective resources and the possibilities allowing subjects of interaction successfully to solve tasks in view within the limits of the maintenance
Joint activity on the basis of the coordination of cultural requirements of a family with the base national values approved by the majority of the population of the Russian Federation. Ordering and generalisation of conceptual positions of the Russian and foreign scientists on an investigated problem have allowed to draw a conclusion that in the polycultural educational environment in the maintenance and the organisation of joint activity of teachers and parents it is necessary to give special attention to formation at teachers and parents of readiness for spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys as sets of knowledge, abilities, the relations providing the successful decision of problems in this field of activity in the conditions of strengthening of variety of the Russian society. Revealing and specification of theoretical aspects of phenomena «spiritually-moral education» and «school and family interaction», «the polycultural educational environment» have allowed to develop and prove structurally functional model of teamwork of teachers and parents in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment which is presented in research in the form of a theoretical design and is opened as set of functionally connected components structured within the limits of methodological, substantial, technological and otsenochnoyorezultativnogo of blocks. In the methodological block of model basic scientific approaches (it is system-dejatelnostnyj, cultural urological, aksiologichesky, lichnostno-focused, kompetentnostnyj), the purpose, principles and problems of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment are opened.
