Introduction

Urgency of a theme of dissertational research. According to data of official statistics, modern minors condemned should be carried to a category of citizens a low educational level, on what following tendencies specify: have no education of 1,9 % of minors, the initial general - 33 %, the core the general - 56 %, an average (full) the general - 7,1 %, average professional (an average special) - 1,6 % [82,152].

On an occupation by the arrest moment the considerable part of pupils VK is made by pupils of high school (50,8 %), persons without certain employment are 22,1 %, study in professional schools of 12,2 %, 3,6 % [82,153] work. Similar characteristics considerably complicate correction realisation as the purposes of activity of an educational colony as teaching and educational process in it «is directed on formation at minors condemned legislative behaviour, conscientious attitude to work and study, reception of initial vocational training, vocational training, increase of educational and cultural level» [124]. The specified problem assumes personal readiness condemned to a choice of sphere of vocational training and the future professional work.

At the same time the federal state educational standard regulating activity of the educational organisations (which number in a certain measure the school of an educational colony concerns also), specifies in necessity of the organisation of vocational guidance: «pupils should be guided in the world of trades, understand value of professional work in interests of development of a society and the nature» [78]. Hence, it is possible to consider as especial problems of teaching and educational process of an educational colony:

- «Formation at trained to motivation to work, requirement to trade acquisition;

- Mastering by ways and information search receptions about professional work, vocational training, a labour market, service of employment of the population;

- Creation of conditions for vocational guidance trained through system of work of teachers, psychologists, social teachers;

- Cooperation of educational institution with the base enterprises, the educational organisations, the centres proforientatsionnoj works;

- Acquisition of the practical experience corresponding to interests and abilities trained, etc. »[78].

For their effective achievement by establishments FSIN of Russia are developed and various pedagogical means are approved. However complete representation about specificity of activity of an educational colony on formation of readiness of minors condemned to professional self-determination and special pedagogical means of the decision of this problem it is not generated.

The analysis of istoriko-pedagogical and psihologo-pedagogical researches in the field of vocational guidance shows, that the assistance problem to professional self-determination of the person is developed in a science from the middle of XIX century Modern requirements to its organisation are allocated by psychologists E.F.Zeerom, E.A.Klimov, N.S.Prjazhnikovym, teachers E.M Dorozhkinym, G.V.Rezapkinoj, S.N.Chistjakovoj, etc.

The essence of readiness for professional self-determination as result of vocational guidance and condition of a successful choice of a trade is investigated by L.A.Golovej, G.G.Konnychevoj, T.V.Kosinets, I.V.Lesovik, D.A.Mikaeljan, S.V.Papsuevoj, E.K.rub, S.N.Chistjakovoj, etc.

The socially-pedagogical potential of vocational guidance is studied by I.S.Begantsovoj, JU.E.Bolotin, V.V. Zavrazhnovym, L.A.Mitjurnikovoj,
L.A.Romaninoj, T.T.ShChelinoj, etc. Its separate methodical aspects were developed by A.N.mischievous, A.S.Kuljapinym, E.N.Proshchitsky, E.J.Prjazhnikovoj, G.P.Rezapkinoj, I.L.Solominym, J.V.Tjushevym, S.N.Chistjakovoj, T.L.Jadryshnikovoj, etc.

Thus, the analysis of scientific publications and domestic penitentsiarnoj experts testifies to presence of some contradictions between:

- The social order to establishments of criminally-executive system on vocational guidance of minors condemned for the purpose of maintenance of their readiness for professional self-determination and a life on freedom and insufficiently exact definition of essence of concept «vocational guidance of minors condemned»;

- Necessity of qualitative carrying out of vocational guidance of the minors condemned to imprisonment, and insufficient prorabotannostju the given question in a modern pedagogical science;

- Necessity of realisation of work of an educational colony on formation of readiness of minors condemned to professional self-determination with use of the effective pedagogical means meeting modern requirements, and developed penitentsiarnoj practice in the field of vocational guidance.

Object of research is process of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment.

Object of research - pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness of the minors condemned to imprisonment, to professional self-determination.

Research objective - to develop, theoretically to prove and experimentally to check up model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, and pedagogical conditions of its realisation.

1. The model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to is developed and introduced in teaching and educational process of an educational colony

2. Efficiency of realisation of model will be provided by performance of following pedagogical conditions:

- The internal organizational potential of an educational colony (is standard-legal maintenance of activity, organizational work of employees and material base of establishment) is used.

According to object, a subject, the purpose and a research hypothesis following problems have been put:

1. To characterise readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, as a psihologo-pedagogical problem.

2. On the basis of the istoriko-pedagogical analysis to reveal features of vocational guidance of minors condemned, functioning steadily shown at various stages penitentsiarnoj systems.

3. To develop and experimentally to check up model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment.

4. To prove pedagogical conditions of realisation of the developed model, including the complex program of vocational guidance of the minors condemned to imprisonment.

For the decision of tasks in view following methods of research were used:

- General scientific methods of knowledge (the analysis, synthesis, an induction, deduction, comparison, generalisation, ordering, abstraction, analogy);

- Empirical methods (studying and the analysis of references on a problem, the analysis of the documentation and standard legal certificates of various level, supervision, questioning, conversation, modelling, experimental work and generalisation of its results);

- Methods of mathematical processing of results it is skilled - an experimental research (criterion of f-angular transformation of Fisher).

The organisation and research technique. Research was spent to three stages.

At the first stage (2009 - 2011) during the analysis of scientific sources on philosophy, psychology, the theory and pedagogics history, proforientologii it has been specified essence of concepts «professional self-determination», "vocational counselling", «readiness for professional self-determination», is revealed their specificity, interrelations are established. During studying of researches in area penitentsiarnoj pedagogics and penitentsiarnoj psychology, pedagogics histories formation of ideas of vocational guidance of minors condemned (including within the limits of their attraction to labour activity) is described.

At the second stage (2011 - 2012) during generalisation of theoretical bases of vocational guidance of minors condemned it has been developed
Pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, characterising substantial and organizational features of the given process. Conditions of realisation of the given model are theoretically defined. The criteria corresponding to them indicators and levels sformirovannosti to readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned as measured result of vocational guidance for their further pedagogical diagnostics are defined. Then pedagogical experiment on check of productivity of model has been realised, pedagogical conditions of its efficiency are empirically proved. Statistical processing of results of skilled-experimental work is spent (the method of mathematical data processing was for this purpose applied - the criterion of f-angular transformation of Fisher), is carried out the analysis, comparison, ordering, interpretation of the received data.

At the third stage (2012 - 2017) during analytical work it has been specified pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, are formulated the basic conclusions and recommendations. Introduction of results of research in penitentsiarnuju practice and educational process of departmental high schools is carried out. Definitive registration of results theoretical and an experimental research is executed.

Scientific novelty of research consists that:

1. The understanding of essence of readiness for professional self-determination with reference to features of the minors condemned to imprisonment is specified, criteria and its levels sformirovannosti as result of activity of an educational colony are defined;

2. The understanding of theoretical bases of vocational guidance of minors condemned by means of its characteristic as special direction of pedagogical activity of the educational colony promoting formation of readiness for professional self-determination of minors, condemned to imprisonment is added.

1. The given concepts designate pedagogical essence of these phenomena, their orientation to personal formation and preparation of minors for a life on freedom.

The theoretical bases of pedagogical work in correctional facility in the field of vocational guidance of the minors condemned to imprisonment, realised in Russia and abroad during the various historical periods are generalised, its periodization based on specificity of means and subjects of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of minors, condemned to imprisonment is offered.

3. The model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, and pedagogical conditions of its realisation is offered.

The practical importance of research consists that:

Results of the carried out research are included in the maintenance of author's special courses «Penitentsiarnaja proforientologija» and «Vocational guidance of various categories condemned», prepodavaemyh at psychological faculty and faculty of improvement of professional skill FKOU IN «the Vologda institute of the right and economy FSIN of Russia».

Readiness of minors condemned to professional self-determination is formed during independent activity for choice trades and by means of vocational guidance in an educational colony.

Vocational guidance of minors condemned in an educational colony is an activity of the employee of an educational colony (other expert), focused on interaction with the pupil for rendering to it supports in personal and social formation, social adaptation, decision-making on selected sphere of professional work and self-affirmation in it, and as a whole - it resotsializatsii. As the special direction of pedagogical activity of the educational colony, promoting execution of the social order to criminally-executive system on resotsializatsii the minors who are serving time in the form of imprisonment, vocational guidance possesses all necessary elements of pedagogical process (the purpose, the subject - the objective organisation, methods and result).

3. The pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, includes 3 blocks - target, soderzhatelnoyoorganizatsionnyj, diagnostic:

- The target block of model characterises target aspects of activity of an educational colony on vocational guidance of minors condemned - their maintenance resotsializatsii by means of activization of personal mechanisms of professional self-determination;

- In the is substantial-organizational block the theoretical bases (set of approaches), realisation principles, the maintenance, and also significant organizational features of the given pedagogical activity are designated;

- The diagnostic block contains criteria and levels sformirovannosti readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned, and also expected result of introduction and realisation of offered model.

4. Formation of readiness of minors condemned to professional self-determination is carried out successfully under condition of realisation of the developed model, use of methodical maintenance of activity of an educational colony on vocational guidance (the complex program of vocational guidance "Keys") and internal organizational potential of an educational colony (normativnoyopravovoe maintenance, features of pedagogical activity of employees of an educational colony, a tutorial).

Approbation and introduction of results of research. Dissertation substantive provisions have found reflexion in 16 publications (total amount - 5,4 items of l.).
