Realisation of pedagogical systems and concepts, including theories of modular training, socialisation, technology of dual formation, is a consequence globalizatsionnyh of processes which are accompanied by change of semantic reference points in formation.

Decrees of the President of the Russian Federation (from 07.05.2012, from 09.05.2017, 07.05.2018) were a vector of modernisation and development of system of continuity and integration of an average of the general and average vocational training. The base of development of integration processes in system of an average of the general and average vocational training, realisation of the praktiko-focused training in the conditions of social partnership with the enterprises are the standard documents confirmed by the Government of the Russian Federation (the Federal law № 273-FZ «About formation in the Russian Federation», the Government program "Development of education" for 2013-2020), the Ministry of Public Education Russian

Development of hi-tech manufactures shows new, higher requirements to graduates of the educational organisations in the plan as to the general, and technical training. As a matter of fact, the second step of formation assumes presence at graduates of special technical knowledge and professional abilities. Integration of educational levels into our research promotes association of various components of the maintenance of formation in uniform complete system:

- sformirovannosti the emotionally-valuable relations including positions "JA-", "JA-lrugis", world outlook installations, professional and personal values;

Condition of a readiness of a problem of research. Integration of the maintenance of formation is now one of key questions of modern didactics. The analysis of scientific researches in the field of integration of the maintenance of formation at various levels shows, that the problem of integration of an average of the general and average vocational training in system of the praktiko-focused training demands the additional studying directed on the decision of objectively existing contradictions between:

- Inquiries of employers and real level of preparation of experts of an average link;

- Requirements to development professional kompetentsy at trainees and possibilities of industrial practice base of the educational organisations;

- Growth of requirement for experts and absence of its objective forecast on economy branches, practice of irrational use of experts with average vocational training;

- Modern requirements to qualification of pedagogical workers and a real level of development professional kompetentsy at teachers.

The urgency of research and the designated contradictions have caused a problem isslslo danija: in teoreticheekom aspect it is working out of is functional-substantial model of integration of an average of the general and average vocational training in the conditions of social partnership, in practical aspect it is realisation of the given model in practice, a substantiation of pedagogical conditions and working out of the mechanisms providing integration of an average of the general and average vocational training.

The given problem has caused a choice of a theme of research: «Integration of an average of the general and average vocational training in the conditions of social partnership».

Research objective: working out and approbation functionally - substantial model of integration of the maintenance of an average of the general and average vocational training in the conditions of social partnership.

Object of research: training process in system of an average of the general and average vocational training.

The organisation, base and investigation phases:

Experimental work was spent on the basis of the State budgetary professional educational institution of a city of Moscow «Moscow state educational complex». Into a sample has entered 110 persons trained within 2015-2017 on a speciality 15.02.08"Technology of mechanical engineering». Research was spent to three stages.

The first stage (2015) - poiskovo-theoretical - judgement of a problem of research, studying of degree of its readiness, the theoretical analysis of the literature in various scientific directions (philosophy, pedagogics, psychology, sociology). Working out local is standard-legal

The third stage (2018 - 2019) - generalising - are spent ordering and generalisation of a research material, the analysis of results of experimental work, the formulation of theoretical conclusions; registration of the manuscript of the dissertation.

Scientific novelty of research consists that it is spent within the limits of theoretical representations about integration of an average of the general and average vocational training in the conditions of social partnership. Following essential results are reached!:

6. The developed is standard-legal documents, methodical recommendations and mechanisms of achievement of qualitative results of training allow to realise the effective praktiko-focused educational activity in the conditions of social partnership with the enterprises-employers.
