Research urgency.

Modernisation of means of the armed struggle, occurrence of modern forms and ways of conducting operations has increased theory and practice rupture in military-professional work graduates of military high school.

Optimisation of system of a military education, its integration into educational space of Russia, introduction of federal state educational standards of the third generation and realisation kompetentnostnogo the approach to training of the future officers, has caused necessity of working out of essentially new mechanisms of maintenance of educational process of the military high school, directed on its activization. The revealed contradictions, the analysis of theoretical positions and results of student teaching of realisation kompetentnostnogo the approach in military high school, have defined the scientific research problem: to develop theoretical and scientifically-methodical aspects of pedagogical maintenance of lichnostno-professional competence of the future officers in educational process of military high school, on the basis of introduction of model of formation of lichnostno-professional competence of cadets of military high school.

To carry out experimental check of efficiency of pedagogical maintenance of lichnostno-professional competence of the future officers on the basis of the developed model, to realise the Target pedagogical program of formation kompetentsy cadets taking into account indicators and the levels estimating them sformirovannost.

4. To reveal pedagogical conditions of formation kompetentsy the cadets, promoting increase of efficiency of educational process of military high school.

Research hypothesis.

Reliability of scientific results and research conclusions was provided with use of a measuring complex and the indicators adequate to problems of pedagogical experiment, with application of methods of mathematical statistics for verification of the received results.

Pedagogical conditions at which the model of formation of lichnostno-professional competence of cadets of military high school acts as the factor of increase of efficiency of educational process of military high school are revealed and checked experimentally up.
