INTRODUCTION

Research urgency. In Russia the XXI-st centuries the major direction of the state educational policy is duhovnoyonravstvennoe education of children and youth. The strategic course of the state on creation in educational institutions of conditions for mastering and acceptance trained spiritual and moral values is fixed in the Law «About formation in the Russian Federation», in Strategy of development of education in the Russian Federation for the period till 2025, in federal state educational standards. The subject domain is entered into the Federal state educational standard of the initial general education «Bases of religious cultures and secular ethics» (ORKSE) in which frameworks there is a possibility to form for schoolboys readiness for spiritual self-development, to create conditions for their acquaintance with norms of secular and religious morals, mastering of moral values.

Spiritually-moral education gets the special importance in an elementary school since at this step of formation are intensively formed kognitivnaja and tsennostno-semantic spheres of the person of the growing person, the base of its spirituality and morals is pawned. In the realised mastering and acceptance by younger schoolboys of spiritual and moral values parents urged to play the important role: in a family the child receives the first lessons of morals; here cultural and moral traditions are transferred to children. At the same time, results of researches of scientists-teachers (A.G.Adam's, T.A.Bazhenov, D.A.Bezhevets, S.V.Pashkov, N.P.Shitjakova) and school practice testify that many parents realise the importance of spiritual and moral formation of the person for the further self-determination of the growing person insufficiently, are not able to organise work on spiritually-moral education of children. Arises
Necessity for rendering to parents of the regular qualified help in creation of conditions for spiritually-moral formation of the child which is possible within the limits of school and family interaction.

The Russian school solves a problem of spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the conditions of strengthening of cultural variety of a society. Globalisation and information processes, integration of Russia into world cultural and educational space, increase of interest of ethnic communities of the Russian Federation to cultural and to cultural wealth lead to that at teachers, schoolboys and their parents possibilities for acquaintance to cultures of the people of Russia and foreign countries essentially extend. The named factors lead to that at the Russian schools the polycultural educational environment in which children and the adults belonging to various ethnic and konfessionalnym to groups co-operate, guided on various cultural and social values is created. There is a necessity for scientific judgement and a theoretical substantiation of pedagogical features of interaction of school and a family for spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment.

Condition of a readiness of a problem of research. Questions of spirituality and moral education are investigated in works of the outstanding teacher of XIX century K.D.Ushinsky, religious philosophers of second half XIX - first half of XX-th century of N.A.Berdjaeva, N.O.Lossky, V.S.Soloveva, S.L.franc. In the Soviet pedagogical science the big contribution to working out of theoretical aspects of moral education have brought N.I.Boldyrev, N.K.Goncharov, I.A.Kairov, A.S.Makarenko, I.S.Marenko, V.A.Suhomlinsky, I.F.Kharlamov, etc.

In works of modern scientists deeply and it is multidimensional questions of interrelation of spiritual and moral education (are investigated by B.SH.Aliev, T.I.Vlasova, A.J.Daniljuk, D.A.Bezhevets, A.M.Kondakov, I.A.Kolesnikov, I.V.Metlik,
N.D.Nikandrov, T.I.Petrakova, O.M.Potapovskaja, Etc. SHaposhnikova).

The problem of interaction of school and family in various kinds of educational activity (is full enough presented in the pedagogical theory to L.V.Bajborodova, E.I.Brazhnik, E.I.Zritneva, Since Kim, O.J.Kozhurova, E.V.Korotayev, E.J.Maksimenko, M.N.Nedvetskaja, A.A.Ovcharova, M.I.Rozhkov, I.N.Pronin, L.L.Suprunova, I.A.Homenko, N.E.ShChurkova, etc.) . Technologies of interaction of subjects of pedagogical process are characterised in works A.C. However, despite thorough predstavlennost in the Russian pedagogical knowledge of the works devoted to questions duhovnoyonravstvennogo of education and interaction of school and a family in pedagogical process, feature of interaction of teachers and parents in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment have not received system illumination in a pedagogical science.

Summarising told, it is possible to draw a conclusion that in the Russian pedagogical knowledge there is a discrepancy between requirement for a theoretical substantiation of features of interaction of school and a family for spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment and an actual condition of theoretical and applied aspects of an analyzed phenomenon. The given discrepancy has defined a choice of a thematic field of the research which problem is formulated as follows: in what specificity of interaction of school and a family consists in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment and how it is possible to use the polycultural factor for increase
Efficiency of teamwork of teachers and parents in this direction of educational activity in the conditions of cultural variety of the Russian society?

The characterised problem has caused a choice of a theme of research: «Pedagogical features of interaction of school and a family in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment».

Research objective - to develop, prove and approve model of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment.

Object of research - spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment.

Object of research - interaction of school and a family in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment.

Research hypotheses.

1. Probably, that interaction of school and a family in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment is expedient for opening on the basis of revealing and ordering of conceptual positions of the scientists characterising approaches to formation at trained spiritual and moral qualities, and also defining innovative ways and technologies of joint activity of teachers and parents taking into account cultural variety of the Russian society.

2. Probably, that in domestic pedagogics of the XXI-st century not enough attention is given to a theoretical substantiation sistemoobrazujushchih concepts and the differential signs defining features of teamwork of teachers and parents in the polycultural educational environment in this connection there is a necessity for designing and approbation of structurally functional model
Interactions of school and family which will allow on teoretikoyometodologicheskom and applied levels it is system, purposefully to realise pedagogical potential of spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the conditions of cultural variety of the Russian society.

3. Probably, effectively to realise a resource of joint activity of teachers and parents in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys, within the limits of structurally functional model it is important to define the methodological bases, to establish and prove priority directions of such activity, and also the pedagogical technologies providing possibility of formation at parents of readiness for the decision of problems of spiritually-moral education of children on the basis of the coordination of cultural requirements of a family with base national values, developed during cultural-historical development Russian state.

For realisation of the purpose and check of hypotheses following research problems have been put and solved:

1. To systematise and generalise conceptual positions of scientists about spiritual and moral aspects of education, about innovative ways of interaction of school and a family, about a role of the educational environment in formation of the person of the growing person which allow to define the teoretiko-methodological bases of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment.

2. To open features of joint activity of teachers and parents in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment at target, substantial, technological, otsenochno-productive level.

3. To design and approve structurally functional model of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education
Younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment on the basis of the formulated theoretical positions.

4. To establish indicators of readiness of teachers and parents to joint activity in sphere of spiritually-moral education in the polycultural educational environment in frameworks kognitivnogo, motivatsionno-valuable, communicatively-dejatelnostnogo criteria.

5. To reveal and verify pedagogical conditions which provide formation at parents pedagogical kompetentsy within the limits of requirements FGOS providing comprehension by pupils ethnic and the national identity, acceptance of values of the multinational Russian people.

- The empirical: pedagogical supervision, conversation, questioning, interrogation, interviewing, methods of a self-estimation and an expert estimation, studying of the school documentation, pedagogical experiment, the analysis of products of joint activity of teachers, parents and pupils; the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the received data.

Istochnikovuju the base of research was made the philosophical, cultural urological, psychological, pedagogical scientific literature on problems of spirituality and morals in education, by interactions of school and a family, polycultural formation; the state and school standard documents on formation; articles in periodicals concerning spiritually-moral education; texts of textbooks, educational
Methodical grants on spiritually-moral and family education, polycultural formation; pedagogical dictionaries-directories.

During research data of official information bases of scientific research funds, electronic resources of the Russian state library were used; publications in foreign and domestic periodicals, dissertational researches, materials of scientific symposiums and conferences.

Experimental base of research. 28 teachers, 190 parents and 120 pupils of initial classes of Municipal budgetary educational institution have taken part in pedagogical experiment «the Average comprehensive school №7» Mineral Waters (experimental group) and 26 teachers, 172 parents and 114 pupils of initial classes of Municipal budgetary educational institution «Lycée №15» of Pyatigorsk (control group). In total 650 persons participated in pedagogical experiment.

Reliability and validity of the received results of research are provided by initial methodological positions of the author; a coordination of hypothetical positions and theoretical conclusions; the analysis of a wide range of scientific sources; application of the methodical toolkit answering the purpose and research problems; significant sample on volume of teachers participating in research and parents, a combination of methods of the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data confirming a hypothesis of research; positive results of experimental work.

The basic scientific results received personally by the author, and their scientific novelty:

Technologies of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment are defined and opened, allowing parents to realise cultural variety of a society as a source of moral development and spiritual perfection of the person, and also as the tool of strengthening of unity of the Russian nation: joint design activity, role game, collective creative business, interactive dialogue, the analysis of a problem situation, pedagogical support of parents in educational activity, remote technologies of self-education and consultation.

4. For the first time in a pedagogical science indicators of readiness of teachers and parents to joint activity in the decision of problems duhovnoyonravstvennogo education in the polycultural educational environment in frameworks kognitivnogo, motivatsionno-valuable, communicatively-dejatelnostnogo criteria are proved.

5. Pedagogical conditions of effective interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys which provide formation at parents pedagogical kompetentsy within the limits of requirements FGOS NOO are revealed and verified,
Directed on formation of readiness for joint activity with teachers in sphere of spiritually-moral education in the polycultural educational environment.

The theoretical importance of research.

The following conceptual positions of the domestic scientists which have defined initial teoretikoyometodologicheskuju a position of the author concerning interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment are systematised and generalised: about an ascension of the person to a spiritual ideal during development of moral values; about school and family interaction as pedagogical system in which parents act as subjects of spiritually-moral education; about cultural variety of the Russian society as a source and means of moral development and spiritual perfection of the person; about importance of the coordination of cultural requirements of a family with base national values of the Russian state for development of the person and a society, for the future successful personal and professional life of the growing person.

Are proved and characterised sistemoobrazujushchie concepts of research: pedagogical features of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of pupils, the polycultural educational environment, pedagogical ways of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment, readiness of teachers and parents for joint activity in spiritually-moral education in the polycultural educational environment, criterion of readiness of teachers and parents to interaction in spiritually-moral education in the conditions of cultural variety of the Russian Federation, efficiency of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of pupils in the polycultural educational environment.

The author's structurally functional model of interaction of school and family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment, as the theoretical design representing set of functionally connected components, the structured within the limits of methodological, substantial, technological and otsenochno-productive blocks which has formed a basis for approbation of priority directions of the maintenance and technologies of increase of efficiency of joint activity of teachers and parents in the polycultural Russian state is designed and proved.

The practical importance of research: the characterised pedagogical features, priority directions of the maintenance and technology of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment provide to teachers of a condition for innovative workings out in sphere of education within the limits of FGOS NOO. The approved methodical recommendations, instructions for parents, the methodical grant for teachers of initial classes and parents of younger schoolboys, the Short dictionary of terms on spiritually-moral education are recommended to use in establishments of improvement of professional skill of educators during development by teachers of educational programs: «Bases of religious cultures and secular ethics","Interaction of school and
Families in education "," Polycultural formation ». The interactive technologies developed by the author will allow to raise essentially potential of spiritually-moral education of the growing person in a family and school in the polycultural educational environment. Research materials can be used teachers of high schools on educational disciplines« Pedagogics "," Pedagogical anthropology "," Family education "," Polycultural formation », and also students of educational institutions of a pedagogical profile at student teaching passage.

The positions which are taken out on protection:

1. Pedagogical features of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment are caused following sotsiokulturnymi by factors: at planetary level - intensive processes of globalisation and information; on all-Russian - increase of interest of ethnocultural communities and citizens of the Russian Federation to traditional spiritual and to cultural values, state strategy on strengthening of unity of the Russian nation; on institutsionalnom (school) - cultural diverse contingent of teachers, parents and pupils. In these conditions joint activity of subjects of spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys should become not only an effective remedy of cultural identification, socialisation of the person of the growing person, but also the important resource of strengthening of unity of the Russian nation on the basis of the base national values which have developed during centuries-old joint residing and cooperation of the people of Russia.

2. The theoretical basis of increase of efficiency of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of pupils in the polycultural educational environment are the following positions formulated in works of domestic scientists: about necessity to consider the person in unity corporal,
Intellectual and spiritual life; about a priority of the spiritual beginnings in the person over the material; about education at rising generation of socially approved qualities on the basis of base national values; about an ascension of the person to a spiritual ideal during development of moral values; about school and family interaction as pedagogical system in which parents act as subjects of education; about pedagogical kompetentsijah as means of formation at parents of readiness for joint activity in the polycultural educational environment.

3. Pedagogical features of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment, providing increase of efficiency of ways of teamwork of teachers and parents, are expressed: in realisation by subjects of interaction of educational functions on the basis of the coordination of family and base national values of the Russian Federation; in formation at parents pedagogical kompetentsy, allowing to realise ethnic and a national identity as the important means of spiritual growth and moral perfection; in joint designing with teachers and realisations of problems and directions of interaction within the limits of the coordination of cultural requirements of a family and base national values of the Russian state; in working out and use of interactive technologies for comprehension by parents of cultural variety of a society as source and means for the future successful personal and professional life of children; In definition of indicators and levels of readiness of teachers and parents to interaction taking into account the polycultural factor; in teamwork monitoring on formation at children of bases of spiritual and moral culture in the polycultural educational environment.

4. Priority directions of the maintenance of interaction of teachers and parents in which frameworks readiness for joint activity in spiritually-moral education of children is formed in
To the polycultural educational environment, are: psihologo-pedagogical education; pedagogical self-education; psihologo-pedagogical consultation; involving of parents in activity on increase of educational potential of the polycultural educational environment. The Tsennostno-semantic basis of the maintenance of work in these directions is made by base national values of the people of the Russian Federation (the person, a family, the Native land, art, work, the nature, cultural and spiritual traditions) and cultural values of a family which are acquired at lectures, seminars, consultations, during self-education and practical activities.

5. The author's structurally functional model of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment allows purposefully and is system to realise the basic directions of the maintenance and technology of joint actions of teachers and parents in the decision of tasks in view. The estimation of efficiency of model is carried out during monitoring of results of this activity in frameworks kognitivnogo, motivatsionnoyotsennostnogo, communicatively-dejatelnostnogo the criteria opened on the basis of indicators which are shown: in knowledge teachers and parents of problems and ways of formation at children of moral qualities in a context of the cultural wealth presented in native and national cultures; in aspiration to provide continuity in the decision of problems of spiritually-moral education of schoolboys at school and in a family in a polycultural Russian society; In observance of pedagogical conditions of spiritually-moral education taking into account the polycultural factor; in ability to use pedagogical the competence, the interactions generated within the limits of conducting directions, for comprehension by pupils ethnic and a national identity, acceptance of values of the multinational Russian people.

6. The basic pedagogical conditions of successful interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in
To the polycultural educational environment are: realisation of teamwork on the basis of structurally functional model; creation of atmosphere of mutual trust and cooperation, respect for cultural features and the spiritual traditions which have developed in families; complex use of traditional and innovative forms and methods of spiritually-moral education in technologies of joint activity; methodical maintenance of interaction of teachers and parents taking into account cultural requirements of families and base national values of the Russian state; increase of educational potential of the polycultural educational environment.

Publications. On a theme of dissertational research 20 works in author's volume 17,5 items of l are published., including 4 works - in the magazines recommended VAK the Russian Federation.

Dissertation structure. The dissertation consists of introduction; two heads including six paragraphs; the conclusion containing conclusions, practical recommendations and prospects of the further research of a problem; the list of the used literature from 229 sources, including 15 - on foreign languages; 10 Appendices. Work is illustrated by 16 tables, 2 histograms. The volume of the basic text makes 190 pages.
