World student teaching shows, that only the system organisation of educational work can provide efficiency of pedagogical process. System - set of the elements being in relations and communications among themselves and forming certain integrity.

V.V. Piontkovsky has defined system of patriotic education as set of categories of a pedagogical science (the purpose, problems, the maintenance, principles, methods, forms), providing saturation by means of patriotic education of teaching and educational process in an educational institution at the co-ordinated activity of subjects (a family, teachers, collective, public organisations, ethnic societies, mass media), directed on education of patriotism of studying youth [124, with. 36]. On the basis of the resulted definitions the system of patriotic education represents set of problems, directions, principles, forms, means, educational actions, educational space, pedagogical conditions for overall aim achievement by specially organizuemogo, pedagogicheski expedient process of interaction of the teachers trained and social partners in various kinds of educational and nonlearning activity.

In methodological works (V.A.Karakovsky, L.I.Novikova, N.L.Selivanov, E.I. The Sokolov, T.I.Shamova, G.N.Shibanova, etc.) It is noticed, that educational system - the dynamical phenomenon which is passing in the development a number of stages. The analysis of various methodological approaches to construction of pedagogical system has allowed to allocate conditionally in this process three basic stages. The first stage - working out of the concept of system, creation of its theoretical model integrating structure of the future system. The second stage - a model embodiment in the real program, definition of substantial and remedial components of system, working out sistemoobrazujushchih activity kinds, most effective remedies, methods, technologies of realisation of the chosen maintenance. The third stage - practical introduction of system, maintenance of active interaction of all its components, inclusion in their realisation of collective of teachers, creation of educational space, accumulation of traditions, the further perfection of system.

Let's short characterise realisation of the specified stages with reference to the given research. The first stage - construction of theoretical model of patriotic education. Model (English model, from ital. Modello - the sample) - the scheme or the sample of any object showing

Pedagogical modelling, being a version of social modelling, is considered in a science as a method of research of social processes which allows to receive new knowledge of an object of research [196, with. 412]. In modern pedagogics experience of working out and realisation of various models of education is saved up.

In the theory of pedagogical modelling allocate following kinds of models: 1) theoretical model for optimum distribution of resources and a concrete definition of the purposes; 2) tool model for preparation of means of execution and training to work with pedagogical tools; 3) reflective model for development of decisions in case of occurrence of unexpected situations; 4) the conceptual model, based on an information database and the program of actions; 5) model of monitoring for creation of feedback mechanisms and ways of updating of possible deviations from planned results [124, with. 122] As a result of the analysis of the presented models for our dissertational research the conceptual model is chosen.

For construction of conceptual model of patriotic education we use the system approach assuming consideration of investigated object as set of structural and functional components, sistemoobrazujushchih the communications uniting them in a single whole. A modelling basis is definition of structural and functional components of model and mechanisms of their interaction. At creation of model we leant against components of structure of patriotic education (A.A.Aron, N.M.Konzhiev, V.V. Piontkovsky); various approaches to patriotic education (A.N.Vyrshchikov, V.I.Lutovinov); scientific approaches to modelling of pedagogical processes (JU.K.Babansky, V.P.Bespalko). Results of the theoretical analysis of structure of patriotic education has shown, that revealed in 1.2 structure of patriotic education has the generalised character. It is applicable for any educational institution, any age of students. Creation of system of patriotic education of concrete type of educational institutions, in particular technical school, demands working out of special theoretical model. As its invariant part structural components of patriotic education act: is intellectual-emotional,

For definition of functional components we analyse works of experts in the field of patriotic education (A.A.Aron, N.M.Konzhiev, V.V. Piontkovsky, D.G.Rjahov, I.V.proshek, etc.). The carried out analysis has shown, that in the majority of works the base conceptual model represents unity of the purposes, problems, maintenances, principles, pedagogical conditions, methods, organizational forms, criteria of productivity [150, with. 111]. In many works where systems of other directions of education are considered, similar functional components also are allocated.

Many researchers specify as a component of model presence of the educational space, which creation - one of the major problems facing to the educational organisations. Various subjects participate in educational process: teachers, parents, the various organisations, associations, social partners and so forth Their activity often is not system, has no perspective developed programs, realises the narrow problems limited in time. The reasons of it, according to N.M.Snopko's researches, absence of interrelation and weak interaction between separate subjects, absence of the proved overall aim, problems, step-type behaviour of carried out functions, weak organizational support spent are

Generalisation of results of researches has allowed to build theoretical model of patriotic education in the professional educational organisations in unity structural (intellektualnoyoemotsionalnyj, potrebnostno-motivational, dejatelnostnoyo

Practical) and functional components (the purpose, problems, principles, the maintenance, directions, pedagogical conditions, educational space, forms of the organisation, means, methods, criteria of an estimation).

As convince results of researches, sistemoobrazujushchim a component of model of patriotic education is the purpose. A.N.Leontev wrote, that the purposes are not invented, not put by the subject any way. It is confirmed A.M.Stoljarenko's with data which considers, that the one is brought originally up not who knows how to behave, and is ready to do it, and the one who behave differently cannot, as is the purpose in formation of such good breeding [163, with. 99]. The knowledge of norms of patriotic behaviour and even their readiness to observe are important, but not the sufficient purposes of education. As data of researches testify, the most significant result of patriotic education are the patriotic qualities providing habits and skills of patriotic behaviour.

On the basis of generalisation of results of various researches by the purpose of patriotic education formation at students of patriotic knowledge, belief, the feelings providing readiness to realise of them in interests of a society and the state, development of steady norms of patriotic behaviour, patriotic habits, skills, i.e. patriotism education is. Problems of patriotic education are a purpose concrete definition. We carry out the analysis of problems of the given process in different researches. Results are presented in table 3.

The analysis of researches convinces that problems of patriotic education are focused on formation of components of patriotism: patriotic consciousness, a patriotic orientation of the person, patriotic behaviour. With reference to a theme of our research the following задачи:1) formation of system of patriotic knowledge, on their basis education of patriotic feelings, sights, belief that is embodied in patriotic consciousness is allocated; 2) development of patriotic aspirations, maintenance of readiness to service to Fatherland that creates a basis for formation of a patriotic orientation of the person; 3) inculcation of practical skills, the habits necessary for independent patriotic activity that is embodied in steady patriotic behaviour.

According to experts, the concrete definition of problems with reference to a separate educational institution assumes the account of real conditions, features of educational groups, level of the good breeding, prevailing sights, valuable orientations, interests, the brightest qualities of students, degree of independence, education lacks [134, with. 9]. Our experience allows to add to told necessity to consider specificity of the social environment, a moral and psychological climate of an educational institution, its social environment.

As convince experience and results of researches, success of realisation of model of patriotic education is in many respects provided with an establishment of initial principles which define requirements to the maintenance, to methods, the organisation of educational process. The analysis of works of teachers of the past and modern researchers shows, that main principles of patriotic education of students are: a humanism principle (I.I.podlasyj, V.J.Mikrjukov, N.G.Timakova); prirodosoobraznosti and nationalities (V.V. Piontkovsky, A.S.Tselovalnikova, A.A.Kudelich, V.N.Subbotin, etc.); continuity (A.M.Stoljarenko, L.N.Kotrutsa, A.E.bag); kollektivnosti (of Century

Agapov, N.G.Timakova); civilisation (V.J.Mikrjukov, V.A.Silkin), unity of educational influences (V.I.Smirnov), the organisation of the vigorous activity (V.A.Silkin), democratic character (V.G.Pautov).

Correlation of the named principles with the concept of the given research has allowed to reveal their coordination. Principles of patriotic education of students of technical school are: a principle kollektivnosti, nationalities, continuity, prirodosoobraznosti, humanism, civilisation, unity of educational influences, the organisation of the vigorous activity, democratic character. The treatment of the given principles, with reference to our contingent of trainees, has some specificity. The principle kollektivnosti, assumes association of all members of group by an overall aim and the organisation for its achievement of joint activity; distribution of duties among members of group; presence of communications of participants with each other, their interdependence in the course of activity. In well organised collectives unity, mutual aid and vzaimootvetstvennost, security and goodwill is shown. The nationality principle is based on respect, love to the people, a native land; Preservation of traditions, customs, holidays, execution of ceremonies; familiarising with national sources of spirituality; use in educational process of experience of the patriotic education which has been saved up by national pedagogics. The continuity principle assumes the account of the continuous changes occurring in human life, and necessity to correct the maintenance, means of education taking into account age, good breeding level. The principle prirodosoobraznosti provides the organisation of educational process taking into account age, sexual, psihologo-pedagogical features of students, and also their interests, bents and talents. The humanism principle assumes construction of patriotic education on the basis of respect
Human rights to be oneself, nonviolent formation of demanded qualities, refusal of the punishments humiliating human advantage, respect of a personal position and belief of students. The principle of unity of educational influences is based on the co-ordinated system work of all elements of educational space. The principle of the organisation of the vigorous activity provides in the course of patriotic education active inclusion of the person in useful, socially significant, productive activity. The democratic character principle assumes an exception of authoritative style, cooperation and partnership maintenance, formation of the free person.

One of the central principles of national pedagogics is based on joint activity in atmosphere of independence of a choice, mutual understanding, mutual respect of the rights and freedom, mutual support. On our data, patriotic education in a modern society is based also on a principle of civilisation which is expressed in correlation of educational activity with priorities of a national policy, cultures, interests of a society and the state.

On the basis of the analysis and generalisation of results of researches (1.1), their correlation with practice of patriotic education is allocated following directions of its realisation: spiritually-moral, sotsialnoyogumanisticheskoe, istoriko-national, grazhdansko-political. The presented directions are connected among themselves, united by the purposes, problems, principles, forms, methods of education, patriotic activity.

The analysis of the psihologo-pedagogical literature and S.A.Kochevtsevoj, V.G.Pautova, I.V.prosheka, V.A.Telegin, N.G.Timakovoj, E.V.Chekunova's modern researches, etc. shows, that efficiency of educational process in many respects depends on creation of pedagogical conditions which are the integral structural component

On the basis of the analysis and generalisation of available researches (N.M.Snopko, V.N.Subbotin, S.A.Kochevtseva, V.G.Pautov, etc.), correlation of their results with the data received by us it is established, that the basic pedagogical conditions of efficiency of patriotic education are: 1) collective creation

The adherents, uniting teachers and students; 2) maintenance of a patriotic orientation of complete teaching and educational process; 3) creation of possibilities for active practical participation of students in patriotic activity; 4) formation of educational space with participation of social partners.

According to data of the researches, one of essential components of model of patriotic education the educational space is. Various subjects participate in educational process: teachers, parents, the various organisations, associations, social partners and so forth Their activity often has no system organisation, the perspective developed programs, realises the narrow problems limited in time. The major function of conceptual model of patriotic education, according to many teachers, coordination of actions of subjects of educational space is. It is reached thanks to the organisation of complete system which acts as one of basic conditions of functioning of process of patriotic education [124, with. 147]. The internal educational space covers the structural divisions of technical school having the certain functions in the course of patriotic education of students: 1) technical school council defines strategy of patriotic education, confirms programs of activity of circles, sections, regulates forms of realisation of patriotic work; 2) the faculty meeting considers a condition and results of educational work, hears reports of teachers, masters of inservice training, class teachers, heads of the student's youth organisations, other workers of technical school, including on patriotic education; 3) obshchetehnikumovsky the parental committee improves a condition of teaching and educational process, protects interests of parents and students, assists pedagogical collective in the organisation of excursions, backpackings, out-of-class actions; 4) the subject (cyclic) commissions improve methodical and professional skill of pedagogical workers, assist beginning teachers, supervise quality of spent lessons and nonlearning actions, their saturation by the patriotic maintenance; 5) methodical council will organise interaction with other educational institutions, nauchnoyoissledovatelskimi establishments for the purpose of an exchange of experience in the organisation of patriotic education, considers methodical workings out and defines ways of their introduction to teaching and educational process; 6) methodical associations of class teachers (curators), tutors of a hostel, social teachers and psychologists provides 126

Teachers modern educational technologies, forms and work methods, will organise their interaction in educational process; 7) hostel council defines the maintenance and forms of educational work in a hostel: lectures, conversations, thematic evenings etc.; 8) the technical school museum assists teachers in use of museum funds in teaching and educational work, provides substantial registration of expositions, thematic exhibitions, will organise work of students turistsko-of regional studies; 9) the library participates in teaching and educational process, using various forms and methods of individual and mass work, forms information culture of students: imparts skills of using the book, independent search and selection of the necessary information; 10) subject, creative mugs form creative activity and improve research activity of students, including on deepening of knowledge, abilities of a patriotic orientation; 11) sports sections create conditions for attraction of students to regular playing sports and tourism, promote formation of necessary patriotic qualities; 12) the student council spends work on formation of an active civic stand, a social maturity and independence of students.

The external educational space is formed by social partners of technical school and cultural-dosugovye the city and area organisation. It is necessary for development of skills of students in nonlearning activity of patriotic character. The educational institution co-operates on mutually advantageous conditions with enforcement authorities,

The trade-union organisations, military commissariats of a city, military unit, houses of children's creativity, military-sports club

"Commando", establishments of the general and higher education, the orthodox organisations and the industrial enterprises. The external educational space covers 8 museums of federal, regional and municipal value, 2672 immovable monuments of history and culture, from them memorials and military burial places - 874. In area territory is 400 state and municipal libraries, 20 children's, youth and sports organisations.

In T.A.Ilinoj, V.A.Karakovskogo, A.V.Mudrika, V.A.Slastenina's works, etc. it is underlined, that efficiency of educational process depends also on adequacy of forms of its organisation. The pedagogics history knows various forms of the organisation of educational process. Full enough classification is given A.M.Stoljarenko: 1) on number of persons participating in them: individual, microgroup, group (collective) and mass; 2) on private problems: cultural, sports, patriotic, etc.; 3) on features of ways of carrying out: lectures, conversations, collective work, patronage, etc.; 4) in a carrying out place: on training, in a life, in work, etc.; 5) on carrying out time: planned, preventive, corrective, etc. [163, with. 112]. A number of teachers (A.A.Aron, P.G.Matrosov, V.I.Smirnov, etc.) Offer such forms of the organisation of educational process, as nonlearning educational work, out-of-school activity, educational activity.

In the given list educational activity does not concern outright educational work. As shows experience, in technical schools during studying of subjects effectively there is a realisation of patriotic education. It is confirmed with results of researches on which data of educational activity the paramount role in patriotic education belongs, practice convinces, what exactly on employment is pawned the base of patriotic consciousness, patriotic feelings and behaviour of the person [124, with. 143]. Activity of the purpose, problem, ideals, ideologically-moral principles are presented in a system kind. Educational activity includes lessons general educational, obshcheprofessionalnogo and professional cycles, lessons practical and inservice training, laboratornoyoprakticheskie works, open classrooms.

Nonlearning activity takes the important place in system of patriotic education, having possibility to include students in various kinds of patriotic activity, and covers thematic class hours, out-of-class actions, mugs, sections, collective creative affairs of a patriotic orientation. Activity out of an educational institution assumes the participation of students organised by an educational institution, in the All-Russia, regional, city, regional actions, excursions, ethnographic expeditions, social competitions, projects, public youth movements, the organisations of a patriotic orientation. Collective creative activity of students takes an essential place in patriotic education. As convinces our experience, this kind of activity is the leader at the organisation of out-of-class actions of a patriotic orientation on the average the vocational education. It is connected with age, psychological features of students. For the senior teenagers, an early youth essential value in personal formation is occupied with collective activity. Its creative character creates special conditions for motivation of participation trained in patriotic work.

Scientific activity is directed on perfection at students of skills of research, design and independent work. Mastering by methods and receptions of such activity promotes development of independence of thinking, creative potential, to motivation formation to profound development of a teaching material, the creative relation to the future speciality that raises quality of vocational training of students.

Following component of model of patriotic education is the complex of means which are necessary for the effective organisation and realisation of the given process. Practice shows, that as leaders in patriotic education the means offered by a government program of education in system of average vocational training and in researches of some teachers act: material, educational, organizational and educational [137].

Educational audiences concern material means, museums, monuments, places of battles, the technics, the special equipment, a shooting gallery, the power small town, corresponding mass media, etc. Educational means include the basic means of training, including multimedia equipment, methodical, nauchnoyoprakticheskie recommendations about the organisation, realisation of patriotic education as a whole and in separate directions. Organizational means cover all complex of the actions realised with use of material and educational means, spent in corresponding forms. Educational means within the limits of the given research represent the means stated earlier (1.3)

Realisation of means of patriotic education is carried out by means of corresponding methods. Researches of experts, an operational experience testify that for a choice of methods of education it is necessary to consider the purposes, problems, the maintenance, means, education conditions, age, psychological features of the pupils, expected results etc.

The analysis of works of V.A.Nikolaeva, A.M.Stoljarenko, S.A.Kochevtsevoj, etc. proves, that for patriotic education of students of average vocational training by means of national pedagogics by the most effective following groups of methods are: 1) methods,
Forming patriotic consciousness - free dialogue, the story, conversation, an explanation, council, a hint, belief, suggestion, manual, edification, the order, the request, admonition, an arrangement, etc.; supervision, an admiring, comparison, reproduction, independent creative execution etc.; acquaintance to tradition, familiarising with it for the purpose of comprehension, inclusion trained in it, tradition preservation, its development; povere, blessing, the sermon, a spell, confession, prayer, etc.; 2) the methods forming a patriotic orientation of the person - a recognition, approval, a praise, punishment, condemnation, reproach, a reproach, an interdiction, threat, approval, the award etc.; 3) the methods forming patriotic behaviour - role imitation, competition, power single combat, individual and collective experience, display, the commission, trust, schooling, exercise, test, inclusion in activity, the requirement, etc.;

As results of researches testify, practical activities experience, efficiency of pedagogical system in many respects depend on creation of necessary organizational-pedagogical conditions of its realisation. For allocation of conditions of efficiency of use of system of patriotic education results of special researches are analysed. From a position of the humanistic approach of E.V.Chekunov allocates following pedagogical conditions of efficiency of patriotic education: actualisation of humanistic aspect of subjects; realisation of bringing up and developing training on the basis of patriotic values; application of the complete approach to development of the person of the patriot; creation of the educational environment [188, with. 14]. In development of patriotic qualities the author gives the basic attention to educational process, in particular, to use of patriotic potential of subject matters.

From a position of the organizational approach V.A.Telegin offers following pedagogical conditions of success of the patriotic

Education: high level of security

Highly skilled teachers; good materialnoyopedagogicheskie conditions and necessary level of information security of patriotic education; prioritetnost formations of patriotic qualities of students in solved educational problems; formation of collectives in groups, increase of a role of student's self-management [170, with. 22]. The allocated conditions are more generalised, including both the organisation of educational process, and special preparation of teachers, the organisation of collective of students.

A number of researchers is offered by the special pedagogical conditions necessary for successful patriotic education: creation of collective of the adherents uniting teachers and students; formation of educational space with participation of social partners (S.A.Kochevtseva); creation of possibilities for active practical participation of students in patriotic activity; the relation to patriotic education as to the important part of complete pedagogical process; active use of various forms of a patriotic orientation (I.V.proshek). The first group of conditions assumes creation of educational space. The second - is focused on activization of participation of students in patriotic education.

On the basis of the analysis and generalisation of results of researches of patriotic education (N.M.Snopko, V.N.Subbotin, S.A.Kochevtseva, V.G.Pautov, etc.), correlation of their results with practice of the organisation of this work in the professional educational organisations it is established, that efficiency of patriotic education is provided with observance of several groups of pedagogical conditions: the general conditions, and also is intellectual-emotional, potrebnostno-motivational,

4) purposeful preparation of teachers for patriotic education;

5) formation of the educational space including all fields of activity of an educational institution (educational, educational, activity out of technical school, etc.); 6) active inclusion of various means of national pedagogics in process of patriotic education.

Is intellectual-emotional conditions: 1) strengthening of a patriotic orientation of the maintenance of disciplines general educational, obshcheprofessionalnogo and professional cycles; 2) inclusion in educational process of special disciplines, open classrooms, the circles having a patriotic and ethnopedagogical orientation; 3) activization of creative potential of students during patriotic education. Potrebnostno-motivational conditions: 1) stimulation of active, creative, interested participation of students in all organizuemyh actions of a patriotic orientation; 2) differentiation of the maintenance, means, methods, forms of patriotic education depending on interests, requirements, age, sexual features, specificity of the future trade; 3) integration of all components, directions, implementers of system of patriotic education. The major component of model of the patriotic education, allowing to judge its productivity, criteria and indicators of productivity of the given process act. By means of criteria efficiency of patriotic education, degree of approach of its results to norm, an ideal, that is the level of patriotism adequate to the social order of a society are defined. A necessary condition of definition of efficiency of patriotic education are the regular account, fixation and the analysis of results, really and particularly shown in change of some qualitative and quantitative criteria.

According to V.I.Lutovinova's recommendations criteria should meet following requirements: to be the tool of definition of real results of work on patriotic education; to provide conformity of an estimation of results of work on patriotic education with its real condition; objectively to estimate a subjective aspect of activity on patriotic education, that is on whom educational influence [95] is directed.

The analysis of researches on problems of patriotic education has shown, that researchers allocate following groups of criteria of its efficiency: 1) is informative-information, motivational, dejatelnostno-emotional [151, with. 91-92]; 2) kognitivnyj,

Mirovozzrenchesko-valuable, motivatsionno-potrebnostnyj,

Dejatelnostno-behavioural [95]; 3) kognitivnyj, emotional, dejatelnostnyj [120, with. 85]; 4) kognitivnyj, tsennostno-motivational dejatelnostnyj [198, with. 17]. As has shown correlation of criteria with models of patriotic education, in most cases they correlate,
Is adequacy of the chosen criteria to components of theoretical model is traced.

According to the components of model of patriotic education allocated within the limits of given research following criteria of an estimation of its productivity are defined: 1) the is intellectual-emotional criterion, which indicators characterise the relation to patriotic values, sformirovannost patriotic knowledge, patriotic sights and belief, patriotic consciousness; 2) potrebnostno - the motivational criterion, which indicators allow to reveal valuable orientations of the person to estimate presence of patriotic interests, aspirations, motives, level of a patriotic orientation of the person; 3) the dejatelnostno-practical criterion, which indicators define presence of skills, habits of independent patriotic activity, level of activity of participation in it. In more developed kind the named criteria corresponding to them indicators and levels of their development are presented in tables 4, 5.

The offered model of patriotic education including its structural and functional components, is presented on the scheme 3.

The model of patriotic education is not definitive. As shows experience, during practical realisation of the system constructed on the basis of given model, there is a necessity to make the changes caused by the various reasons. Our experience, results of researches allow to allocate some reasons: use of national pedagogics will not always be co-ordinated with innovative pedagogical methods and technologies; insufficient level of comprehension by teachers of the importance of national pedagogics in modern educational practice; occurrence of contradictions between knowledge, representations of students and use in work with them concrete means of national culture, etc. However the named reasons ustranimy if to the full during realisation of system of patriotic education the principle of "dialogue of cultures» is used. The given principle allows to adapt traditional national and modern pedagogical culture.
