monitoring and interpretation of results of approbation of model of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of pupils of elementary grades in polycultural educational

environment

In 2018 we had been spent a control stage of experiment for check of degree of reliability of the results received during ascertaining and forming stages of experimental work. At a control stage 26 teachers, 172 parents and 114 pupils of 4 classes of control group have taken part in experiment and 28 teachers, 190 parents and 120 pupils of 4 classes of experimental group.

In total at the given stage in pedagogical experiment 650 persons have taken part.

Within the limits of experiment following problems have been formulated:

- According to the developed indicators of interaction
Schools and families on the basis of the comparative analysis to define levels sformirovannosti at teachers and parents of control and experimental groups pedagogical kompetentsy in sphere spiritually - moral education in the polycultural educational environment in such directions of interaction, as: psihologo-pedagogical education of parents; pedagogical self-education; psihologo - pedagogical consultation of members of families on questions duhovnoyonravstvennogo education during the decision of daily educational problems; involving of parents in activity on increase of educational potential of the polycultural educational environment;

- To establish degree of readiness of teachers and parents of control and experimental groups to teamwork under the decision of problems of spiritually - moral education of younger schoolboys in the conditions of the polycultural Russian state in frameworks kognitivnogo, motivatsionno-valuable, communicatively-dejatelnostnogo criteria;

- To reveal dynamics of spiritual growth and moral good breeding of younger schoolboys of control and experimental groups after carrying out of forming experiment;

- To define efficiency of activity of pedagogical collective and parental community of experimental group in interaction with parents in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment.

Taking into account the characterised criteria, we the same as and at an ascertaining stage of experiment, together with administration of experimental schools, in April, 2018 have spent questioning of teachers and parents of pupils of elementary grades concerning interaction in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment and to revealing at them level sformirovannosti pedagogical kompetentsy in this aspect of educational activity on the basis of use of a method of the cross-section
Cuts. The analysis of results of questioning was carried out within the limits of the developed indicators of efficiency of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment in such directions, as: psihologoyopedagogicheskoe education of parents; pedagogical self-education; psihologo-pedagogical consultation of members of families concerning spiritually-moral education during the decision of daily educational problems; involving of parents in activity on increase of educational potential of the polycultural educational environment.

On each of the named directions it was important to us to define efficiency of interaction of school and a family, both in experimental, and in control groups, to reveal possibilities of actualisation of available positive educational potential of joint activity of educational institution with families of pupils in spiritually - moral education of pupils on the basis of the coordination of family and base national values of the Russian Federation.

Besides, during questioning we planned to learn the relation of teachers to interaction with parents in sphere of spiritually-moral education in the polycultural educational environment.

26 teachers of initial classes of control group have taken part in questioning and 28 teachers of initial classes of experimental group. Further the comparative analysis of data of interrogation of teachers of control and experimental groups for 201 4 and 201 8 which results are presented in the Appendix № 3 has been carried out.

The comparative analysis of data has shown the following: according to teachers, the different interpretation in pedagogical requirements between parents and teachers concerning spiritually-moral education of pupils in the polycultural educational environment has essentially changed in a positive side in experimental group that creates

155 favorable preconditions for the successful decision of problems of spiritually - moral education of younger schoolboys taking into account the polycultural factor. At the same time in control group data on this parametre have raised slightly. As acknowledgement the told is served by the histogram of the comparative analysis of results of answers of teachers of experimental and control groups (on with. 155).

At parents motives have essentially raised and possibilities of participation in joint activity with school on duhovnoyonravstvennomu to education of pupils in the polycultural educational environment have extended. So, whether if in 2014 on a question «parents Have possibility to take part in educational process and practical activities of school on the basis of the coordination of cultural requirements of parents and base national values of the Russian Federation?» 48 % of teachers of control group and 40 %

Teachers of experimental group have answered "yes"; 10-20 % of teachers of experimental schools have answered "are not present"; 42 % of teachers of control group and 40 % of experimental group have experienced difficulties at the answer to the given question in 2018 already 52 % of teachers of control group and 71 % of teachers of experimental group have answered "yes"; 7 % of teachers control and 0 % of experimental group have answered "are not present"; 41 % of teachers of control group and 29 % of teachers of experimental group have experienced difficulties at the answer to the given question. In control group on each of indicators positive changes have been revealed at level of 3-5 %.

Considering, that the overwhelming majority of pupils in experimental classes are Russian and are guided by orthodox values, the basis of the maintenance of this work is made by values of Russian culture and Orthodox church. However, because in classes children from the families which are guided by other spiritual and moral values are trained, as the perspective tendency it is necessary to consider increase in quantity of teachers which solve problems of interaction with parents on the basis of dialogical dialogue.

Further the task in view to learn the relation of parents of pupils of initial classes to interaction with school in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of pupils in the polycultural educational environment was us. As well as at an ascertaining stage of experiment, the questionnaire for parents included the questions directed on definition of indicators of readiness of parents to interaction with school in spiritually-moral education of children taking into account the polycultural factor on kognitivnomu, motivatsionnoyotsennostnomu and communicatively-dejatelnostnomu to criteria; on revealing of the relation of parents to psihologo-pedagogical education and self-education, and also to participation in educational process of a class and school on the basis of the coordination of family and base national values of the Russian Federation; on revealing of features of interpersonal dialogue between teachers
And parents on the questions connected with spiritually-moral education of children in the conditions of cultural variety of the Russian society. Results of questioning of parents of pupils of initial classes of the schools participating in experiment, are presented in the Appendix № 4.

The comparative analysis of data has shown the following: according to parents of pupils, the different interpretation in pedagogical requirements between parents and teachers concerning spiritually-moral education of pupils in the polycultural educational environment has essentially changed in a positive side in experimental group that promotes creation of favorable conditions for the decision of problems of spiritually-moral education of children on the basis of the coordination of family and base national values of the Russian Federation. So, if in 2014 only 32 % of parents of experimental group considered, that teachers consider sotsiokulturnye features and valuable orientations of a family in joint activity in 2018 65 % of parents have noticed, that teachers consider spiritual and cultural preferences of parents at interaction. In 2014 every third parent of experimental group considered, that the base national values which have developed within the limits of traditions of the multinational people of Russia should be put in a basis of spiritually-moral education of pupils of school, in 201 8 year of such position 65 % of respondents adhered already, at the same time in control group data on this parametre have raised slightly. As acknowledgement to that the different interpretation in pedagogical requirements between parents and teachers to formation at pupils of spiritual and moral culture on the basis of the coordination of family and base national values of the Russian Federation has essentially changed in a positive side in experimental group, the histogram of the comparative analysis of results of questioning of parents of control and experimental groups (on serves with. 158).

On the basis of results of questioning of parents the conclusion is drawn, that parents of experimental group highly appreciate joint activity with teachers in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment in frameworks psihologoyopedagogicheskogo educations, consultation and self-education. At respondents of experimental group the motivation to joint activity in the decision of problems of spiritually-moral education of children taking into account the polycultural factor has raised. The most part of parents of pupils of experimental group positively perceive that spiritually-moral education is carried out on the basis of base national values of the Russian Federation in a context of cultural variety of the Russian society.

In April, 2018 experts into which group have entered

Teachers and post-graduate students of Pyatigorsk state university, interviewing of directors and assistants to directors for teaching and educational work of control and experimental groups has been spent. Preliminary with experts work on an explanation of the purpose and criteria of an estimation of interaction of school and a family in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment was examined.

Experts have asked to take up a management of schools the questions connected with informing of teachers and parents about the state documents on formation in the Russian Federation and standard documents of school in which positions of spiritually-moral education in the conditions of the polycultural Russian state are shined, and to open pedagogical ways of realisation of these positions in frameworks of interaction of school and a family in the given direction of educational activity.

During interviewing of heads of schools of control and experimental groups experts have found out, that problems and the basic directions of spiritually-moral education taking into account the polycultural factor are presented in standard documents of schools, including in Educational program, in the Annual plan of teaching and educational work, in the Program of spiritually-moral education of educational institution. These problems are concretised at level of an elementary school and brought by teachers to the notice of parents of younger schoolboys. The comparative analysis of the named documents, and also conversations with teachers and parents have given to experts the basis to consider, that in Educational program of experimental group, in the Annual plan uchebnoyovospitatelnoj works, in the Program of spiritually-moral education of educational institution as a result of forming experiment more precisely and are purposefully formulated leading directions, forms and methods of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment.

In standard documents of control group these aspects are opened insufficiently conceptually and full, that does not allow to spend work in the given important direction of educational activity is system and purposefully.

For our research at a control stage of experimental work the method of a self-estimation teachers and parents sformirovannosti at them pedagogical kompetentsy had great value, that is the major condition of the successful decision of problems of spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the conditions of the polycultural Russian state. The same as and at an ascertaining stage of experiment, the self-estimation sformirovannosti at them pedagogical kompetentsy was carried out by teachers and parents on the basis of the indicators developed by us in frameworks kognitivnogo, motivatsionno-valuable and communicatively-dejatelnostnogo criteria. Such structure of a self-estimation has allowed to carry out monitoring pedagogical kompetentsy at level of knowledge, relations, skills, experience of practical activities of teachers and parents, to receive representation about changes which have occurred in an investigated phenomenon, on the basis of the comparative analysis initial and a total. The comparative analysis of results of a self-estimation on sformirovannosti at them pedagogical kompetentsy for teamwork with parents in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment on ascertaining (2014) and control (2018) experiment stages is presented by teachers of initial classes of experimental schools in table 13 (on with. 161-163).

Results of a self-estimation teachers of initial classes sformirovannosti at them pedagogical kompetentsy in interaction with parents in spiritually-moral education of pupils in the polycultural educational environment have allowed us to come to following conclusions. On kognitivnomu to criterion level of knowledge and representations

Teachers of control group has raised on the average on 5 %, and experimental group - on 25 %. By motivatsionno-valuable criterion in control group the motivation of teachers and the interested relation to interaction with parents have raised on the average on 3 %, and in experimental group of teachers - on 20 %. In frameworks kommunikativnoyodejatelnostnogo criterion ability of teachers of control group to realise during psihologo-pedagogical education, self-education and consultation of parents interactive technologies of spiritually-moral education in the polycultural educational environment has raised on 5 %, whereas in experimental group - on 25 %.

Special interest for our research represented the comparative analysis of results of cards of a self-estimation sformirovannosti pedagogical kompetentsy parents for teamwork with teachers in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment since efficiency of integration of efforts of subjects of interaction depends on it in this sphere of educational activity. The comparative analysis of a self-estimation parents sformirovannosti pedagogical kompetentsy for teamwork with teachers in spiritually - moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment has allowed experts to reveal positive dynamics in formation at parents of experimental group pedagogical kompetentsy on kognitivnomu, motivatsionno-valuable and communicatively-dejatelnostnomu to criteria. On kognitivnom level these indicators have grown at parents on the average from 30 % to 65 %. On motivatsionnoyotsennostnom level more than 70 % of parents have shown interest in interaction with teachers and psychologists in the decision of problems of spiritually - moral education of children taking into account the polycultural factor and are ready to support teachers in formation at the child of moral motives and the habits necessary for the future successful personal and professional life of the growing person. Not less than 70 % of parents consider psihologo-pedagogical education, consultation and self-education as effective ways of increase of level of pedagogical culture in the conditions of cultural variety of the Russian society. The smaller indicator is noted by experts in formation at parents pedagogical kompetentsy at communicatively-dejatelnostnom level (69 %), because development of practical skills in educational activity - process long and multidimensional. For the successful decision of this problem are required not only efforts of parents and teachers, but also a certain experience which collects within several years. In increase of motives of participation of parents in joint activity with teachers on spiritually-moral education of pupils in the polycultural educational environment we have applied a method of the correlation analysis, namely a method to dynamics revealing rangovoj correlations r-Спирмена. The factor of correlation Spirmena (interrelation factor) is numerical value which is used for definition of character and an estimation of force of communication between variativnymi in sizes. As investigated variativnyh sizes we took numerical data of 2018 on indicators of results of a self-estimation teachers sformirovannosti pedagogical kompetentsy for teamwork with parents, and also data on indicators of results of a self-estimation parents of pupils of experimental group sformirovannosti from them pedagogical kompetentsy for teamwork with teachers in spiritually-moral education of children in the polycultural educational environment, having applied a method rangovoj

About that between investigated variativnymi the expressed direct communication exists in sizes, i.e. purposeful work of teachers on involving of parents in activity on increase of educational potential of the polycultural educational environment promoted increase of interest of fathers and mothers to interaction with the school, to fuller comprehension of necessity of the coordination of cultural family values by them with base national values of the Russian Federation for the future successful personal and professional life of children, to formation pedagogical kompetentsy, necessary for rendering to children of the help in
Dialogue with carriers of different cultures.

Results of research at a control stage of the experiment spent by experts in 2018, have allowed to reveal levels of readiness at teachers and parents of experimental schools to interaction in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment in frameworks kognitivnogo, motivatsionno-valuable and communicatively-dejatelnostnogo criteria which are presented in table 15 (on with. 168) and table 16 (on with. 169).

As has shown the comparative analysis, levels of readiness of teachers of experimental group to interaction with parents were expressed in aspiration to consider in interaction with parents sotsiokulturnye features and interests of a family; in ability to carry out interaction with parents in spiritually-moral education of children within the limits of leading directions of the maintenance of joint activity taking into account the polycultural factor; in ability to use interactive technologies in formation at parents pedagogical kompetentsy for comprehension
Cultural variety of a society in moral development and spiritual perfection of the person; in ability to carry out monitoring and a reflexion at an estimation of efficiency of interaction with parents in the decision of problems of spiritually-moral education in the conditions of cultural variety of the Russian society.

Levels of readiness of parents of experimental group to interaction with teachers were expressed in ability to use the knowledge received during psihologo-pedagogical education and self-education, in joint activity with teachers in sphere duhovnoyonravstvennogo education of children in the polycultural educational environment; in ability to solve a problem of spiritually-moral education in a family on the basis of the requirements formulated in standard documents on formation, taking into account the polycultural factor; in ability to plan and organise out-of-class actions in sphere of spiritually-moral education for increase of educational potential of the polycultural educational environment; in ability to carry out monitoring and a reflexion
At an estimation of efficiency of interaction with teachers in the decision of problems of spiritually-moral education of children in the polycultural educational environment.

The comparative analysis of results of readiness of teachers of experimental schools to interaction with parents and parents to interaction with teachers in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment confirms positive dynamics in formation pedagogical kompetentsy at subjects of interaction of experimental group on kognitivnomu, motivatsionno-valuable and communicatively-dejatelnostnomu to criteria. At teachers and parents of control group of essential changes in levels sformirovannosti readiness for interaction with parents in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment it has not been revealed.

Considering, that interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education is directed on increase of level of spiritual culture and moral good breeding of the child, at a control stage of experiment activity of experts has been directed on revealing of influence of this kind of interaction on changes in spiritually-moral sphere of the person of the child. For the decision of this problem the same techniques, as at an ascertaining stage of experiment were used. Psychological features of younger teenagers and the requirement of the Basic educational program of an elementary education for the fourth class were thus considered. Besides, A.A.Loginovoj's techniques were applied to the task in view decision «that I know about myself?» (A technique of an estimation of the spiritual and moral qualities), «Why I so arrive» (a technique of a moral choice), and also a technique «My knowledge of the state symbols» [Loginov, 2016. With. 8-15; 29-30].

The maintenance of a card of a self-estimation of level of spiritual culture and moral good breeding trained which was used at an ascertaining stage of experiment taking into account their age, knowledge and the abilities received during development of educational discipline «Bases of religious cultures and secular ethics» is specified. We have suggested fourth-graders to fill the Card of a self-estimation of level of spiritual culture and moral good breeding in the polycultural educational environment, and to teachers - to state an expert estimation of answers of younger schoolboys. Results of answers of fourth-graders and teachers are presented in the Diagnostic card of an estimation of level of moral good breeding of pupils in table 17 (on with. 172-173).

The comparative analysis of results of a self-estimation of fourth-graders of experimental schools and the estimations exposed by teachers, has shown essential differences in level of spiritual culture and moral good breeding of schoolboys of experimental and control groups. So, on an indicator «My relation to» 86 % of fourth-graders of experimental group have given an appreciation to the knowledge of cultural wealth of orthodox culture and 90 % of pupils have expressed readiness to behave according to Orthodoxy ethical standards, to follow in behaviour to base national values of the Russian Federation, respecting norms of other religions. In control group of such pupils there were 72 % and 73 % accordingly. On an indicator «I consider, that all people of Russia should live amicably» 75 % of fourth-graders of experimental group have given the affirmative answer, and in control group of such pupils there were 65 %. On an indicator «I respect the senior members of a family (parents, grandmothers and grandfathers), I care about younger (brothers, sisters), I help on the house» 96 % of fourth-graders of experimental group have answered the given question "yes" whereas in control group of such pupils there were 75 %.

The data received by teachers, have revealed essential positive dynamics in level of spiritual culture and moral good breeding of fourth-graders of experimental group taking into account the polycultural factor and have confirmed our assumption that one of the important factors in distinctions of results of education in control and experimental groups is regular work of pedagogical collective on increase of efficiency of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment.

Thus, results of the carried out research give the basis to believe, that the model of interaction of school developed by us and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys is an effective remedy of formation at the growing person of spiritual culture and moral good breeding in the conditions of cultural variety of the Russian society.
