The analysis of theoretical positions of an investigated problem, definition of its condition in the pedagogical theory and practice, construction of pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, working out of pedagogical conditions of its successful realisation and carrying out of an ascertaining stage of experimental work have allowed to pass to a reformative investigation phase.

At the given stage approbation developed by us above-stated pedagogical model and a complex of pedagogical conditions was carried out.

Present level of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned at all does not cancel necessity of its development for a course proforientatsionnoj work in an educational colony. Moreover, high and average its levels are a basis for readiness expansion through acquisition of knowledge and the abilities necessary for realisation of personal professional plans of minors, condemned to imprisonment.

The reformative stage of experiment has been devoted approbation and introduction of the developed pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment.

The given stage of experimental work is directed on the decision of following problems:

1) introduction in teaching and educational process of an educational colony of pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, and pedagogical conditions of its successful realisation;

2) the account and fixing of changes in a condition of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment;

3) definition of dynamics of level sformirovannosti readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, participating in experiment.

For the decision of the named problems we will consider, how realisation of pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, and the pedagogical conditions allocated with us is carried out: methodical maintenance of process of vocational guidance

Minors condemned (the complex program of vocational guidance "Keys"); use of potential of internal organizational ВК environment.

Research was carried out in 2010 - 2011 on the basis of FKU «Kostroma educational colony UFSIN of Russia on Kostroma area». 35 persons have taken part In experimental work. For experiment carrying out 2 groups - control (17 people) and experimental (18 people) have been generated.

Readiness for the professional self-determination, allocated with us. Results of ascertaining experiment have allowed to draw a conclusion on uniformity of a condition of readiness for professional self-determination of minors of the condemned experimental and control groups. They are approximately in an equal parity as in a cut of levels, and components of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned.

Groups were formed without age, educational, social characteristics

Minors in connection with objective impossibility to organise specific experimental work in separate special groups.

Condition of the organisation of experimental group was preservation of all elements of experiment (defined by pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, and a complex of experimental conditions). In control group it is incomplete:

- There is no variety of subjects of vocational guidance,

Involved in realisation of the complex program "Keys",

- Traditional pedagogical methods of influence on condemned, developments not quite answering to a modern condition proforientatsionnoj and a pedagogical science and the experts which have been not adapted under possibilities of minors condemned and not stimulating their interest to a choice of a trade are used;

- The potential of internal organizational ВК environment is involved partially.

By other criteria of group are practically equivalent. Vocational guidance of minors condemned in them is carried out according to the uniform purpose accepted by all experts, involved in carrying out of employment under the complex program of vocational guidance "Keys" developed by us; it is regulated by uniform administrative structures; its course is reflexed by all subjects.

The reformative stage of experiment assumes modelling of the pedagogical conditions raising productivity of activity of an educational colony on formation of readiness for professional self-determination of minors, condemned to imprisonment, at the expense of use of special pedagogical means.

Revealing pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, we were guided V.I.Andreeva's asserting by position, that «pedagogical conditions are circumstances of process of training and education which grow out of purposeful selection, designing and application of elements of the maintenance, methods, and also organizational forms of training for achievement of the didactic purposes» [5, 314].

The experimental conditions providing productivity of activity of an educational colony on formation of readiness for professional self-determination of minors, condemned to imprisonment, have acted:

1) methodical maintenance of process of vocational guidance of minors condemned (the complex program of vocational guidance "Keys");

2) use of potential of the internal organizational environment of an educational colony;

Realisation of the pedagogical conditions developed by us will allow, from our point of view, not only to provide qualitative formation of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned in the conditions of an educational colony, but also promotes their preparation for a life on freedom. However the given conclusion demands a strict scientific substantiation, that we and will carry out further.

Let's notice also, that realisation of pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of minors,
Condemned to imprisonment, and pedagogical conditions of its successful realisation passed with our direct participation that has given the chance to receive as much as possible full and a trustworthy information.

Let's characterise further each of the presented pedagogical conditions.

1. Methodical maintenance of process of vocational guidance of minors condemned (the complex program of vocational guidance of minors condemned "Keys").

The offered program "Keys" is intended for use in teaching and educational process of an educational colony. She allows to create conditions for a choice of a trade and a profile of a further education and vocational training by minors condemned. It is focused on formation of their representations about bases of a choice of a trade, maintenance with the information necessary for it, and also on development in them of skills tselepolaganija and vocational training and future planning.

The name "Keys" is chosen not casually, it allows to interest minors condemned by work at an independent choice of a trade. The name immerses them in especial game space, thus a key is considered as the tool, allowing to open while unknown doors (questions, situations, etc.). Such idea, on the one hand, makes active minors, inviting to solve serious vital questions, and with another - designates the basic target mission of the program (to give "key" to success in a life through fulfilment of a correct choice of a trade).

The purpose of realisation of the program - assistance to professional self-determination of minors condemned with a view of them resotsializatsii at the expense of activization of their personal resources.

Problems:

- Expansion of representations of minors condemned about the world of modern professional work and others necessary for a correct choice of a trade conditions;

- Development of ability of minors condemned to adaptation in new social and economic realities.

The program can be realised at the discretion of experts at various stages of serving of punishment by minors condemned: in quarantine, at the basic stage, during preparation condemned to clearing.

Let's result the thematic plan of the course developed by us (tab. 2.4).

For carrying out of employment we had been developed the complete set of methodical grants. It includes: a writing-book on a printing basis for minors condemned and a methodical management for the trainer (the employee of an educational colony who is carrying out formation of readiness for professional self-determination).

Developed for condemned the methodical grant is based on idea of a writing-book on a printing basis [22]. The methodical management for the trainer urged to help to organise employment and contains necessary theoretical materials and methodical recommendations about carrying out of employment of the program.

The writing-book for minors represents the grant to a printing basis for work directly on containing in it
Preparations. On a printing basis it is considered to be advantage of working writing-books that at the expense of the compressed statement on pages of the grant of the necessary information and the blank forms for performance of tasks they allow to increase essentially volume of practical activities trained and to diversify the maintenance and forms of their work during employment [115]. It is especially important in the conditions of an educational colony. As writing-book filling the tasks of various type offered in the program serve.

In the block «What keys happen?» With use of various forms of work - discussions, conversations, work employment are presented to writing-books, treningovyh exercises, role games. Block exercises allow to generate at the minor representation about the world of trades and the valid relation to not prestigious socially necessary work, to reveal degree of its knowledge in the given area and a professional orientation, help it to realise own professional preferences, to strengthen a self-trust, clear up interest to a trade choice, stimulate comprehension of necessity of reception of vocational training, acquaint with various ways of achievement of success in a trade.

In the block «Why it is necessary to have the keys» employment, organizuemye with use of role games, treningovyh exercises, work in writing-books, conversations are included. Block exercises allow participants to understand features of the realised choice of a trade in practice, promote stimulation of reflexions about significant in human life. Within the limits of the block work with valuable orientations of minors (and their correction), revealing of possible contradictions in a trade choice, actualisation in consciousness of pupils of necessity of judgement of work of different experts is provided.

The block «How to try a correct key» provides active work of minors of the typical condemned under the analysis
Errors in a choice of a trade and to selection of ways of protection against them, acquaintance with the various factors influencing a choice of a trade, comprehension of own possibilities influencing a choice of a trade.

The block «Doors and keys» provides participation of minors condemned in thematic role games. Offered exercises allow them to fulfil skills of self-presentation, to diagnose possible difficulties of employment, to generate an information field for own professional choice, promote development of skills tselepolaganija and planning.

In the block «How to make the key?» Individual tasks (including treningovye exercises) which are directed on increase of readiness of the priorities condemned to allocation in planning of the professional prospects, on acquisition of experience of self-presentation are included, and also promote creation of conditions for the analysis them to own life.

Block tasks «Design of a key» assume participation of minors in card group games, conversations, treningovyh exercises, performance of individual works, creation of collages. Block exercises allow to check up sformirovannost personal professional plans of minors, to realise the intermediate stages and conditions of achievement of the professional purposes, to raise individual level of comprehension of possible obstacles in a way to the professional purposes, to familiarise with various algorithms of decision-making (including by creation of a visual image) to study the scheme of personal professional prospect to generate representation about interrelation of realisation of dream and actions of the person to structure an internal picture of the world of the teenager to promote formation of readiness for correlation of the possibilities with the vital purposes to create the strategic plan of a life for the next 5 years.

The cycle of employment under the offered program is calculated at 46 o'clock. Duration of its realisation can be corrected responsible for
Carrying out of employment by the employee of an educational colony taking into account level sformirovannosti readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned, involved in the program.

Condition of productivity of realisation of the program is a number of the requirements shown to activity of the employee, the leader carrying out a role. The employee should have vocational training. It is preferable, that employment were spent by the employee of group of social protection condemned together with employees of psychological laboratory and department on educational work with the condemned. Attraction to carrying out of employment of teachers of school, masters of the industrial practice workshops, passed specialised (for realisation of the given program) preparation is admissible and is desirable. Requirements to the person of the employee who is to leaders are basic also. Authoritative ways of influence on minors, a categoriality otsenivanija their activity and the control of mastering of a material under the program are inadmissible.

Productivity of the program depends also on character of activity conducting - the account of specific principles of the vocational guidance designated by us in pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of minors, condemned to imprisonment (section 1.3 see.), it is necessary.

As employment assume acquaintance of minors condemned with necessary theoretical data and form practical skills of decision-making, self-presentation, planning, it is recommended to spend them with primary use of active forms of work (work in steams, groups, microgroups, business games, etc.).

Each substantial block of the program "Keys" is presented by exercises (game, diagnostic, etc.) and written tasks (Appendices 3 see, 4). Tests and tasks are picked up taking into account psihologo-pedagogical features of minors condemned (described in section 1.1.). They allow the employee of the educational

To colony-leader, having built in system of valuable reference points of minors to modify it, and also to generate trades of representation necessary for a choice and ability. We will characterise further the exercises included in the program.

The exercises focused on performance of tasks in a writing-book, provide following kinds of works of minors:

- Individual answers to questions with the subsequent discussion in group (exercise "Choice"), allowing to correct positions of the condemned;

- Estimation and the description of the information with use of the algorithms, facilitating the minor work with the task (exercise «Control lists»);

- Ranging of the offered positions, with the subsequent discussion (exercise «That such vital success»);

- Written statement of opinion on any question (exercise «What keys will be necessary for you on a course of life?»);

- Introspection on the basis of the offered questions;

- Performance of graphic exercises and work with tables;

- Performance of test tasks.

Organizuja work on employment under the program in group, as a rule, the trainer puts to participants a specific target. So, in exercise «5 steps» is a development of stages of achievement of the allocated purpose. For performance of the task the group is divided into small groups. Following the results of work one of participants represents results of activity of the group, participants of other groups set specifying questions.

As special type of exercises analysis of concrete examples, the analysis written (exercise "Questionnaire" of blue collars ») or oral event (exercises« My vital priorities "," I all can ») with the subsequent discussion or performance of the individual task acts,
That allows to stimulate reflexions of minors about significant in human life, to find out their actual relation to work.

The program provides use of various kinds of the games allowing the minor to practise application of separate skills or abilities. They allow to understand in effect installations, values and interests of participants:

- Games-competitions («Auction of values»);

- Blank games («Terrible Court 99»);

- Games-discussions («Wages of workers»);

- Role games ("Selection committee", «the Personnel question»).

Study of questions in the game form raises interest of minors to considered problems.

A variety of kinds of activity during work under the program is promoted by inclusion in it of the exercises assuming discussion of parables, visualisation («Four desires»), and also application treningovyh the elements, allowing to develop communicative abilities of minors («polovinka to polovinke»).

Besides, the writing-book contains the description of exercises for carrying out of a separate practical training - for example, the exercises promoting comprehension by minors of own possibilities, essential at a trade choice (exercise of "the Technician of the self-description»), and the exercises, allowing to get the minor experience self-presentations ("Announcement").

It is necessary to notice, that the program is generated from the exercises considering features of social development of minors condemned and their psihologo-pedagogical feature. So, exercise "Island" allows to correct the valuable relation of minors to work and to convince them of necessity of the given sphere of a life, forming the valid relation to not prestigious, but to socially necessary work. This game at the same time influences on
Informative interests of teenagers, allows to correlate it the possibilities with trade requirements that promotes formation of an adequate self-estimation. It gives the chance to minors to take part in activity attractive to them.

Exercise «5 steps» allows to raise readiness of minors for allocation of vital priorities, planning of the professional prospects (exercise considers such feature of minors as planning of the far prospects and near future ignoring). Exercise «the Plan of my future» suggests condemned to create the strategic plan for the next 5 years, being guided by the offered algorithm that facilitates work on a problem and allows to consider various vital factors which in other situation could be ignored.

Exercise «My line of a life» creates conditions for the analysis minors of own life. It is necessary to do it under the guidance of the expert since presence of criminal career does not allow condemned to find independently decision of problems of the development not criminal way. Besides, construction of the professional future is not realised by them as significant.

The methodical management for the employee is prepared to help qualitatively to organise vocational guidance of minors condemned in an educational colony. It contains methodical recommendations about carrying out of employment and the necessary theoretical materials, allowing to raise degree of knowledge of the leader in questions of vocational guidance condemned and the organisations of the internal environment of the educational colony promoting successful formation of readiness of minors condemned to professional self-determination (the Appendix 3).

For realisation of the program of experiment in experimental group on the basis of diagnostics selection of exercises with the account has been carried out
The revealed requirements, psihologo-pedagogical features and specificity of social development of minors. In control group all employment offered in the program that was labour-consuming enough have been realised.

Employment in experimental group were spent weekly, in control group - when pupils were free from study and work.

At an initial stage the complex program of vocational guidance "Keys" provides use of game methods and specific developing methods, that, in our opinion, allows to develop and support interest of minors condemned to a problem of a choice of a trade. For this reason only the part of employment was spent with use of working writing-books on a printing basis.

2. Use of internal organizational potential of an educational colony. Describing further resource possibilities of an experimental correctional facility, we characterise a necessary minimum of the conditions providing success of the organisation of vocational guidance of minors condemned.

Employment of experimental group under the program were spent in the educational class of school equipped with special means (multimedia, etc.), that is especially important with the account psihologoyopedagogicheskih features of minors condemned. Employment of control group were spent in club of an educational colony, with use of resources available there (the laptop, not mobile furniture, etc.), that as a whole has allowed to execute tasks in view.

Employment of the fifth and sixth blocks in experimental group have been provided by additional means since the offered exercises provided construction condemned the personal professional plan and independent work in a writing-book. Means were used for maintenance of presentation of the instructive
Parts of employment. In control group of employment were spent without technical support, during performance by minors of tasks the employee rendered the timely individual help.

In an educational colony the modern library base is generated, which constantly replenishes (including - the specialised literature on vocational guidance subjects), become a selection of the literature and articles by days of professional holidays, that also promotes development of knowledge of teenagers in the field of trades.

In establishment the specialised premise for carrying out of group employment with the condemned is not equipped. Suitable premises are available at the disposal of psychological laboratory (treningovyj a hall), at school (educational classes). It is represented, that optimum material resources VK would promote increase of productivity of vocational guidance of minors condemned.

In the course of carrying out of employment in experimental group the special attention addressed for work condemned in a writing-book (quality of performance of tasks, the control of cogitative activity). Condemned control group also it was offered to carry out of the task in a writing-book, but their sufficient control it was not carried out, at the same time the leader answered the questions arising at minors.

For carrying out of employment within the limits of the second block of the program "Keys" in experimental group the employee of the Center of employment of the population of of Kostroma has been invited, (that has expanded a spectrum of subjects of vocational guidance of minors). Besides, time of carrying out of experimental approbation of the program "Keys" in experimental group managed to be combined on a visit in an educational colony of the president of fund of the help to the persons who are serving time in correctional facilities "Care" which during carrying out of an author's seminar «My Horizons» has paid special attention to questions of necessity of reception of a trade. At
Carrying out of employment of the third and fourth blocks of the program as the spectrum of subjects of vocational guidance and applied forms of work extended.

Students KGU have been involved in carrying out of employment in experimental group of N.A.Nekrasov, trained on a speciality «Social pedagogics». Students in the game form helped minors to understand questions of strategy of a choice of a trade, used a photo-and video data, worked with everyone condemned individually in its working writing-book that has essentially raised interest of minors to a problem of a choice of a trade.

In control group of employment under the program "Keys" were spent by the employees responsible for this direction of activity (experts of group of social protection condemned) with use of traditional forms of work (lectures, conversations), tasks for the independent work, carried out in writing-books that did not allow to carry away minors were offered also and did not consider their specific features.

In an educational colony work of circles which promote a trade choice the condemned is organised. In a mug "Journalist" the condemned prepare materials for wall newspapers in premises of groups. The musical circle allows to be trained in game on a guitar. In club "Gardener" of minors involve in gardening of premises and territory VK, to cultivation of vegetables on a skilled site of school. The circle of amateur performances and a drama school function also.

With a view of vocational guidance of minors condemned an educational colony actively co-operates with the organisations of various patterns of ownership. The leading place among them occupies the Center of employment of the population which employees monthly conduct lessons with condemned, acquaint with trades which are claimed on a regional labour market. The centre of the social help to a family and children of of Kostroma spends similar work within the limits of the support program
The minors preparing for clearing, "Step". In program structure there are blocks "Formations« and the "Employment", aimed including on the decision of problems of vocational guidance. postpenitentsiarnyj the program stage assumes participation in work with minors of a wide range of subjects (experts of Committee in affairs of youth of Kostroma area, experts in social work of municipalities, educational institutions, etc.).

The committee on affairs of youth of Kostroma area realises the program "INKAD" for vocational guidance of various categories of teenagers and youth, including minors condemned.

At an educational colony the parental committee and the Board of guardians operate. With the assistance of members of parental committee meetings of the various trades condemned with representatives will be organised, questions of vocational training of minors both in punishment serving, and after clearing from an educational colony are solved. Representatives of the Board of guardians of direct participation in carrying out of employment with the condemned do not accept, but render material and technical support of the given direction of activity of establishment (replenishment of library by the literature on vocational guidance subjects, updating of material base of professional school, etc.) . Employees of Management of formation of Administration of of Kostroma (the head of department of formation is a member of the Board of guardians) personally supervise questions of continuation of vocational training by the minors released from an educational colony (as many teenagers are released from an educational colony in the middle of the academic year, not having finished training).

Active work on development of interests condemned, their motivations to self-improvement, reception of necessary professional skills by them is spent by the president of fund of the help to the persons who are serving time in correctional facilities "Care". On employment, organizuemyh
Representatives of fund, teenagers address to heroes of works of art («Pjatnadtsatiletny the captain» Z.Vern, «the Person whom V.Gjugo, etc. laughs») which, having a certain professional knowledge and experience, could cope with own vital difficulties.

Thus, the description of realisation of pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness spent by us to professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, has allowed to draw following conclusions:

- The ascertaining stage of experiment has found out in interrogated minors condemned level sformirovannosti readiness for the professional self-determination, insufficient for a successful choice of a trade, but sufficient for the further enrichment in the conditions of realisation of teaching and educational process of an educational colony;

- The reformative stage of experiment assumes approbation of pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, and a complex of pedagogical conditions of its successful realisation. As experimental conditions have acted: methodical maintenance of process of vocational guidance of minors condemned (the complex program of vocational guidance of the minors condemned to imprisonment "Keys"); use of potential of the internal organizational environment of an educational colony;

- The complex program of vocational guidance of minors developed by us condemned the "Keys", promoting a successful choice of a trade minors condemned for the account of activization of their personal resources, includes 6 blocks specific under the maintenance;

- Employment under the program are spent with use of a complex of the tasks which have been picked up taking into account psihologo-pedagogical features and
Specificity of social development of minors condemned, defining their vocational guidance, combined in the working writing-book, differing under forms of work of teenagers and character of received educational results.

Realisation of the pedagogical conditions developed by us will allow, from our point of view, not only to provide qualitative change of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned in an educational colony, but also to promote them resotsializatsii. However the given conclusion demands a strict scientific substantiation, that we and will carry out further.
