Efficiency of formation of creative competence of the teacher nayochalnoj schools in self-educational activity is defined by us at the analysis and comparison of results of ascertaining and forming stages of experiment, preliminary, intermediate and total diagnostics.

Before to pass to the experiment description, we will consider some aspekyoty, connected with diagnostics as she demands sensibleness and posledovayotelnosti in development and application in educational process.

Diagnostics covers set of problems which arise in the course of formation of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in samoobyorazovatelnoj activity. Diagnostics problems in our research javyoljajutsja:

1) revealing of level of an orientation of the person of the teacher of an elementary school on creativity in professional work;

2) revealing of level of readiness of the teacher of an elementary school to the organisation of creative activity at a lesson;

3) definition of level verbal kreativnosti teachers initial shkoyoly;

4) the analysis of change of diagnosed indicators.

Diagnostics is carried out consistently: data gathering on which basis conclusions about a problem condition become, processing and comparison danyonyh diagnostics on the beginning of experiment and its termination, the analysis and interpreyotatsija data. Not less an important point is forecasting which allows to expect results of formation of creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in self-educational activity.

Research of process of formation of creative competence

That diagnostics became the real fact of management and predyostavljala certain system of pedagogical activity, we have divided it into following stages:

1. Statement and specification of a problem of research.

3. Material gathering.

4. Data processing.

5. Interpretation of results and development of recommendations.

The basic quality indicators of the information concern: obekyotivnost - the received results should reflect a real state of affairs; validnost - errors of measurements should guarantee values istinyonyh indicators with comprehensible accuracy; completeness - information sources should block a possible field of reception of results or it is correct reprezentirovat it; sufficiency - the information volume should sootvetstvoyovat to requirements of the researcher and to be sufficient for the analysis of a situation of development, acceptance of this or that decision; structure - informayotsija, received of various sources concerning one object, dolzhyona to be structured and systematised [29, with. 41].

Proceeding from the above-stated, follows, that the basic characteristics of our research are: a continuity, scientific character, prognosticheskaja an orientation, pedagogical expediency, integrity and preemstvenyonost.

Corresponding to the given characteristics, diagnostics acts as proyotsess continuous obektivizatsii the most various aspects of activity, nayopravlennoj on creation of non-standard teaching and educational process in educational institution.

We define diagnostics as an ode from monitoring forms on gathering, peyorerabotke, to storage and distribution of the information on efficiency foryomirovanija creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in samoobrayozovatelnoj activity.

Let's pass to the description of an experimental part of our work.

Procedure of gathering of the information included initial and itogoyovuju diagnostics.

Initial and total diagnostics have been directed on opredeleyonie initial and total results according to allocated with us in paragraph 1.3 of the present research by criteria and indicators. DiagnoYOstika teachers of the elementary school, directed on level revealing sformi - rovannosti creative competence of the teacher of an elementary school in samoobrayozovatelnoj activity, were spent by us throughout 2010-2011 uchebyonogo year, 2011-2012, 2012-2013.

The quantitative structure of teachers of an elementary school control and ekspeyorimentalnoj groups has made 68 persons: 34 teachers - control group, 34 teachers - experimental group. Control and experimental groups included teachers of elementary school MBOU SOSH № 94 it. Of General LiYozjukova A.I, MBOU SOSH №1, Grammar schools № 2 of Voronezh.
