THE BASIC MAINTENANCE OF THE DISSERTATION

In Introduction the urgency of a theme of research, a condition of a readiness of a problem of the research, existing contradictions, a problem, the purpose, object and an object of research are proved.

The hypothesis is put forward, problems are concretised, the teoretiko-methodological base of work reveals and methods, investigation phases, scientific novelty, the theoretical and practical importance of work are characterised; the substantive provisions which are taken out on protection are formulated; data on approbation of results of research and the published works are resulted.

Chapter 1 «Theoretical bases of integration processes in system of an average of the general and average vocational training» consists of three paragraphs.

Now integration of an average of the general and average vocational training defines possibility of improvement of quality of training for conformity of preparation of graduates to requirements of the modern enterprises to experts. In research leading concepts are defined and specified: «pedagogical integration», «integration into training» and «social partnership in formation».

The idea of continuous formation has extended on all educational levels and has extended to understanding of interdependence and interosculation of levels, that in turn was the reason of development of theoretical knowledge of pedagogical integration as process of association and continuity of educational levels. Continuous formation solves problems of continuity of the maintenance of an average of the general and average vocational training, interaction development in system «formation - a society - manufacture».

We had been carried out the analysis of theoretical aspects of integration processes in system of an average of the general and average vocational training abroad. The Praktiko-focused training is considered all over the world as the individualised training organised taking into account propensities and abilities trained, having purposeful influence on formation of intellectual both creative potential, and directed on creation of conditions for training according to professional interests and intentions. praktikoyoorientirovannoe training, by a world community recognition, provides the decision of a problem of continuity of an average of the general and average vocational training.

Theoretical bases of social partnership on the average the general and average vocational training are considered. On the basis of the analysis of works of I.N.Gavrilovoj, N.A.Drozdova, E.J.Zakirovoj, S.V.curve, A.V.Leonteva, N.E.Orlihinoj, A.A. The big fish, N.K.Chapaeva we have specified definition of social partnership in formation, having defined it as the interaction directed on achievements of positive qualitative educational effects.

Processes of social and economic modernisation cause the tendency to expansion of sector of the praktiko-focused vocational training (V.I.Blinov, E.JU.Yesenin, O.F.Klink, M.V.Nikitin, A.I.Satdykov, I.S.Sergey, A.A.Faktorovich). We had been allocated essential characteristics of the praktiko-focused formation distinguishing it from other educational paradigms.

The innovative activity focused on mastering by new technologies and methods, allowing constantly to receive, master and use continuously updated information, becomes the basic mechanism of development of the Russian education system. In research set of the indicators defining the innovative educational environment (P.P.Efimov, V.N.Kostin) is presented. The special urgency from this point of view is got by introduction of modular technology in educational process. Training in frameworks modulno-kompetentnostnogo the approach provides working out of modular educational program according to requirements of the professional standard. Realisation of modular educational programs demands absolutely new approach to the organisation of the educational process which distinctive feature is the praktiko-focused educational activity. Constructed on principles modulno-kompetentnostnogo the approach, training process becomes flexible, lichnostno-directed and acts as the guarantor of the qualitative praktiko-focused training.

On the basis of the spent analysis, we had been allocated the basic conditions of integration in formation which have made an element of the substantial block of the is functional-substantial model of integration of an average of the general and average vocational training developed by us in the conditions of social partnership which represents system integrity of five blocks: target, diagnostic, substantial, dejatelnostnogo and otsenochno-productive (a Fig. 1).

The second chapter «Practice of realisation and strategy of development of integration of an average of the general and average vocational training in the conditions of social partnership» consists of three paragraphs. For effective integration of an average of the general and average vocational training in the course of training, on the basis of the Federal law «About formation in the Russian Federation» № 273-FZ from 29.12.2012 and orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (№ 292 from 18.04.2013, № 464 from 14.06.2013), we had been developed Position about the training organisation under the individual curriculum, including on the accelerated training within mastered educational program. The given Position has defined realisation of integration processes, both in substantial, and in remedial plans.

The frame standard professional kompetentsy is the systematised complex of norms, requirements, rules, the educational and personnel technologies allowing the educational organisations and the enterprises to integrate process, results and resources for joint preparation of qualified personnel according to requirements of professional standards, federal state educational standards, technical, technological and personnel selection of the innovative enterprises. The frame standard provides conformity of qualification of graduates to requirements of modern innovative economy on the basis of introduction of is functional-substantial model of integration of an average of the general and average vocational training in the conditions of social partnership, integration of resources of the enterprises and formation.

The results received at carrying out of the ascertaining stage of experiment, have allowed to draw a conclusion on efficiency funktsionalnoyosoderzhatelnoj models of integration of an average of the general and average vocational training in the conditions of social partnership and importance of the praktiko-focused educational activity for formation of tsennostno-semantic perception of the future professional work and, as consequence, - increases of quality indicators of productivity of training.

At a forming stage of experiment we had been spent work on integration of an average of the general and average vocational training in GBPOU «the Moscow state educational complex». The basic priority directions of activity were:

1. An effective utilisation of model of network interaction, base chairs and industrial practice sites. Realisation of the integrated curricula, teamwork with the enterprises - partners in working out and realisation of educational programs.

2. Orientation of average vocational training to standards WorldSkills: introduction new kompetentsy, realised under standards WorldSkills; participation in championships WorldSkills.

3. Realisation of the Motoring map of improvement of professional skill of teachers.

Since 2015 we realise practice of creation of base chairs at the enterprises for the purpose of improvement of quality of the praktiko-focused training. For today in GBPOU «the Moscow state educational complex» six base chairs successfully function. Two chairs are located at the enterprises of the Oboronno-industrial complex of Russia is «the Moscow machine-building enterprise of a name of V.V.Tchernyshev"and"the Research-and-production centre gazoturbostroenija"Salute"). One base chair is created in the field of pharmaceutics at cooperation with company" ”Ń«õįÓ¼ ". The base chair at the enterprise of the world innovative leader in the field of metal working with application of high technologies« DMG MORI »is perspective. In innovative sector of economy: chair« Moscow torgovoyopromyshlennaja chamber. A personnel reserve »and chair« the Technopolis. A personnel reserve ».

It is possible to carry to results of introduction of the is functional-substantial model providing integration of an average of the general and average vocational training in the conditions of social partnership in the Educational complex - orientirovannost educational process on real manufacture, variability of individual educational programs, development of system of an independent estimation of quality of preparation of graduates and considerable growth of qualification of personnel.

Considering, that development professional kompetentsy trained and professional competence of pedagogical shots are the interfaced processes, have developed and realised the Motoring map of improvement of professional skill of teaching staff GBPOU «the Moscow state educational complex». At present in the Educational complex process of improvement of professional skill of pedagogical shots is changed, the teaching structure passes demonstration examinations in standards WorldSkills, intracomplex Championships WorldSkills for teachers and masters of inservice training are spent, the great value in realisation of the effective praktiko-focused process has preceptorship.

The analysis of results of skilled-experimental work at a control stage of experiment has confirmed efficiency of the is functional-substantial model of integration of an average of the general and average vocational training developed by us in the conditions of social partnership. At students of experimental group have been revealed: formation of the responsible relation to the future trade, comprehension of as the future expert, growth of a professional self-estimation (not exceeding norm), testifying to the positive relation to professional work and steady motivation to the further professional self-development. Data of diagrammes visually display qualitative changes of results of sessions and GIA at students of experimental group (a Fig. 2):

Thus, the results received by us at carrying out of experiment, have proved, that the praktiko-focused educational activity realised on base chairs of the Educational complex within the limits of is functional-substantial model of integration of an average of the general and average vocational training in the conditions of social partnership, promotes personal changes in professional consciousness of students, formation of an image of as future professional which are the factor of professional self-development, raise motivation to training. Qualitative changes of indicators of productivity of sessions and GIA, achievements of students in competitions of professional skill visually confirm a role of social partnership in increase of efficiency modern the praktiko-focused educational activity.

We had been developed and introduced in educational process methodical recommendations about integration of an average of the general and average vocational training on the basis of realisation of individual curricula and mechanisms of achievement of qualitative results of training (strengthening of the praktiko-focused component of preparation, its aiming at reception of concrete knowledge and abilities; immersing of trainees in the professional environment at all stages of a trajectory of development of the person in uniform multilevel system of continuous formation; preparation of participants for competitions on kompetentsijam WorldSkills; creation of the individual praktiko-focused educational routes; creation of the sated obrazovatelno-professional environment generating
Various possibilities for trained, variety and continuity of programs; increase of competitiveness of graduates at forming of an educational and professional trajectory) which have added methodology of integration processes in system of an average of the general and average vocational training.

In the Conclusion it is summed up researches, conclusions are formulated.

In a modern situation of deficiency of qualified personnel - experts of an average link, integration of the maintenance of an average of the general and average vocational training in the conditions of social partnership acts as a basis of the praktiko-focused training and formation of multilevel system of preparation of experts for modern hi-tech manufactures. Accordingly, integration development is directed on performance of the state order, development of regional labour markets, formation professional kompetentsy young experts.

Pedagogical integration represents process of association and continuity of components of the maintenance of formation (kognitivnoj competence; sformirovannosti emotionally-valuable relations; creative competence; behavioural competence) and components of system of training (the purpose, problems, forms, methods, tutorials, the teacher, trainees, results of training) on various educational levels. Integration into training is a construction basis praktikoyoorientirovannogo educational process in system of an average of the general and average vocational training. The social partnership in formation represents interaction of social institutes, the enterprises, groups, individuals for achievement of the public consent and achievement of positive qualitative educational effects.

The role of pedagogical integration in construction of educational process consists in formation at trainees of system professional kompetentsy and nadprofessionalnyh the qualities of the person providing readiness of the graduate to the future professional work in the conditions of general globalisation and information. Integration of levels of an average of the general and average vocational training is directed on improvement of quality and optimisation of terms of training. As the basic condition of realisation of the qualitative praktiko-focused training construction of effective system of social partnership of the educational organisation and the hi-tech enterprises acts.

The special urgency is got by introduction of modular technology in educational process. Criteria of an estimation of efficiency of integration of an average of the general and average vocational training in the conditions of social partnership with the enterprises are: 1) sformirovannost the professional

The is functional-substantial model of integration of an average of the general and average vocational training in the conditions of social partnership represents system interrelation of five blocks. Target and otsenochnoyorezultativnyj blocks define the purpose of integration of an average of the general and average vocational training - the qualitative praktiko-focused training as which result the qualified expert prepared for professional work at the hi-tech enterprises acts. In a basis of the diagnostic block we take criteria of an estimation of efficiency of integration. The substantial block opens system of working out of educational programs on the basis of FGOS, standards WorldSkills, requirements of the hi-tech enterprises-partners. Dejatelnostnyj and otsenochno-productive blocks of model represent work in system «the enterprise-partner - trained - teachers».

The results received by us at carrying out of forming experiment, have allowed to draw a conclusion, that the praktiko-focused training realised on base chairs of the Educational complex, promoted qualitative changes in professional consciousness of students, formation of an image of as future professional which were motivating factor of professional self-development, has generated steady motivation to training. Qualitative changes of indicators of productivity of sessions and GIA, achievements of students in competitions of professional skill and championships WorldSkills visually confirm a role of social partnership in increase of efficiency of the modern praktiko-focused formation. The is functional-substantial model of integration of an average of the general and average vocational training developed by us in the conditions of social partnership as bases of multilevel system of preparation of experts for modern hi-tech manufactures during experiment has proved to be true and has proved the efficiency.

The is standard-legal documents developed by us and methodical recommendations about integration of an average of the general and average vocational training on the basis of individual curricula in the organisations of average vocational training taking into account requirements of the enterprises - of employers, and also mechanisms of achievement of qualitative results of training have brought the contribution to methodology of integration processes to system of an average of the general and average vocational training.

The further prospects of research are connected with development of integration of an average of the general and average vocational training in system of social partnership and increase of its efficiency.
