THE BASIC MAINTENANCE OF THE DISSERTATION
In Introduction the urgency of a theme of research, its purpose and problems, object, a subject are proved. Hypotheses are put forward, methodological bases and research methods reveal; scientific novelty, the theoretical and practical importance of work are characterised; the substantive provisions which are taken out on protection are formulated; data on approbation of results of research and the published works are resulted.
In dissertation chapter 1 «Teoretiko-methodological aspects of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment» which consists of three paragraphs, are reflected results of the theoretical analysis, ordering, generalisation of concepts and theories of the Russian and foreign scientists concerning spiritual, moral education, the polycultural educational environment, and also the pedagogical interaction, allowed to formulate sistemoobrazujushchie concepts of research, to define pedagogical features and ways of increase of efficiency of joint activity of teachers and parents in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment; The author's structurally functional model providing possibility purposefully to form at teachers and parents readiness for realisation of pedagogical potential of spiritually-moral education of pupils of younger school age in the conditions of cultural variety of a modern Russian society is characterised.
The expediency of use as a source of specification of essence of interaction of school and a family in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment of conceptual positions of domestic scientists of second half XIX - first half of XX-th century of K.D.Ushinsky, N.O.Lossky, V.S.Soloveva, S.L.franc about spirituality and morals as is proved
Complementary phenomena which give the chance to the person to aspire to a moral ideal to find meaning of the life, being guided on such spiritual categories embodied in religious, including in orthodox texts, as kindly, beauty, true, love, compassion; about formation as the tool of transfer of cultural wealth in moral installations and norms of dialogue.
It is established, that considerable positive potential for the decision of a problem of research are the positions formulated by the Soviet scientists A.S.Makarenko, V.A.Suhomlinskim, I.S.Boldyrevym, B.T.Lihachevym, I.S.Marenko, I.F.Kharlamov, about education at rising generations of socially approved personal qualities on the basis of cultural values; about the important role of a moral ideal in formation of the growing person and society development; about interrelation of formation of moral consciousness, feelings, abilities, skills and behaviour moral standards in structure of the person.
On the basis of the comparative analysis of concepts of modern Russian teachers (S.A.Amonashvili, T.I.Vlasova, L.O.Volodina, A.M.Kondakov, I.A.Kolesnikov, I.V.Metlik, N.P.Shitjakova) it is revealed, that cultural wealth allows the person to realise more deeply importance of an ascension to a moral ideal, to search and find meaning of the life, being guided on these values. The given purpose is reached, including, during training and education of the growing person provided that uchebnoyovospitatelnyj process promotes acquisition and accumulation of spiritual and moral experience taking into account cultural requirements of a family (I.A.Galitsky, A.P.Kolpakova, T.I.Petrakova, O.M.Potapovskaja).
It is shown, that in the XXI-st century, in the conditions of strengthening of cultural variety of the Russian society, spiritually-moral education is treated in domestic pedagogics as pedagogicheski the organised process of mastering and acceptance trained base national values (V.A.Beljaeva, D.A.Bezhevets, L.O.Volodina, A.J.Daniljuk, A.M.Kondakov). Base national values reveal in the dissertation as the basic moral values existing in cultural, family, religious traditions of the multinational people of the Russian Federation which are transferred from generation to generation and provide successful development of the person and a society in modern conditions (A.V.Daniljuk, A.M.Kondakov).
The importance of spiritually-moral education in a domestic education, the XX-th centuries which have changed from 90th years political, social and cultural conditions of a life of Russians, strengthening of cultural variety of the Russian society, global calls of the present have caused necessity of increase of efficiency of interaction of school and a family taking into account the polycultural factor. In this context approaches of the Russian researchers to interaction of school and a family which allow to define its features in the polycultural educational environment are opened. As social partnership of teachers equal in rights and parents in training and education (E.G.Zamolotsky, O.J.Kozhurova, I.A.Homenko, O.A.ShChekina); as determined by the educational situation, communication of subjects of the formation mediated by socially-psychological processes, leading to quantitative and qualitative changes of initial conditions of the given subjects (E.V.Korotayev, M.N.Nedvetskaja, A.A.Ovcharova); as pedagogical system in which frameworks conditions for teamwork improvement of quality on training and education of schoolboys (L.V.Bajborodova Since Kim, M.I.Rozhkov, L.L.Suprunova, N.E.ShChurkova) are created; as joint activity of teachers and parents in which course strategy is defined, are realised means, conditions for formation at parents pedagogical kompetentsy and improvement of quality of formation trained (V.V. Lezina, M.R.Kadieva, L.V.Kartsev, E.J.Maksimenko, A.V.minina) are provided.
The comparative analysis of results of researches of experts in polycultural formation (I.S.Bessarabova, D.Benks, J.Garsia, K.Grant, O.V.Gukalenko, JU.S.Davidov, L.L.Suprunova) and on the educational environment (V.V. Rubtsov, V.I.Slobodchikov, O.G.Trinitatskaja, L.I.Tuktaeva, V.A.Jasvin) has allowed to allocate differential signs of the polycultural educational environment which can become the important resource of increase of efficiency of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys. The polycultural educational environment is characterised in the dissertation as set of cultural, spiritual and material conditions of interaction of subjects of pedagogical process which reflect cultural variety of the Russian society and feature of relations between teachers, by pupils, their parents representing various ethnic and social groups. In the logician of research author's definition of base concept of the dissertation is formulated: pedagogical features of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment which reveals as set of the differential signs characterising joint activity of teachers and parents on maintenance of conditions for development in the maturing person of aspiration to spiritual growth and moral perfection taking into account cultural variety of the Russian society at target, substantial, technological and is productive-estimated levels of this activity.
On the basis of the theoretical positions developed by domestic scientists concerning pedagogical interaction, duhovnoyonravstvennogo education, polycultural formation, a conceptually-terminological number of a problem of research which is presented such kontseptami, as functions of subjects of interaction, pedagogical to the competence of parents, base national values, the polycultural educational environment, readiness of teachers and parents to interaction in spiritually-moral education in polycultural is specified
The educational environment, criterion of readiness of teachers and parents to interaction in spiritually-moral education of schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment, efficiency of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of pupils in the polycultural educational environment, allowed to define a vector of research search. Pedagogical ways of formation at teachers and parents of readiness for joint activity in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment, as set of means and the methods providing the decision of tasks in view are offered. Directed on formation at schoolboys of bases of spiritual and moral culture on the basis of comprehension and the coordination in educational activity of family and base national values of the Russian Federation in frameworks: psihologo-pedagogical education, pedagogical self-education of members of families, psihologo-pedagogical consultation, involving of parents in activity on increase of educational potential of the polycultural educational environment during joint designing with teachers and realisations of problems and interaction directions; working out and use of the interactive technologies allowing subjects of interaction to perceive cultural variety of a society as a source of moral perfection of the person and the tool of strengthening of unity of the Russian nation.
Revealing and specification of theoretical aspects of phenomena «duhovnoyonravstvennoe education», «school and family interaction», «the polycultural educational environment» have allowed to develop strukturnoyofunktsionalnuju model of such interaction in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment which components are structured within the limits of methodological, substantial, technological and otsenochno-productive blocks (Dissertation table 1).
In the methodological block of model basic scientific approaches, the purpose, principles and problems of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys with the account polikulturnosti the Russian society are opened. The named components will be co-ordinated with requirements to results of spiritually-moral development and education of the pupils, formulated in FGOS NOO which provide comprehension by schoolboys ethnic and a national identity, acceptance of values of the multinational Russian people. Model designing was carried out on a basis sistemnoyodejatelnostnogo, cultural urological, aksiologicheskogo, lichnostnoyoorientirovannogo and kompetentnostnogo approaches. Thus as the leader it is selected it is system-dejatelnostnyj the approach, allowing to consider interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment
As a component of the general educational system in which frameworks joint activity of teachers and parents is directed on positive changes of spiritual and moral qualities trained in the course of comprehension and acceptance by subjects of interaction of family and base national values of the Russian Federation.
In model principles according to which interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment is carried out are characterised: it is system-dejatelnostnaja the organisation of joint activity, a humanistic orientation of interaction, a principle of dialogical dialogue, a principle of interrelation of traditions and innovations in joint activity. The support on the given principles allows teachers and parents to realise the importance of the coordination in spiritually-moral education family, including ethnic and religious values, with base national values of the Russian Federation.
In components of the substantial block the tsennostno-semantic basis of the maintenance of joint activity in sphere of spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys within the limits of such base national values of the people of the Russian Federation, as the person, family, the Native land, art, work, the nature, cultural and spiritual traditions which allow to bring up socially approved personal qualities is opened: kindness, responsiveness, compassion, unselfishness, a call of duty, honesty, a collectivism, cooperation, respect for the family, respect for other cultures and their carriers, etc. In the maintenance of interaction of school and a family are included pedagogicheski the interpreted knowledge, abilities, skills, values and relations which are defined in standard documents on formation and provide the decision of problems duhovnoyonravstvennogo education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment. Necessary knowledge, abilities, skills, values and relations accustom teachers and parents to frameworks psihologoyopedagogicheskogo educations, pedagogical self-education, consultation in the decision of daily educational problems, involving of parents in practical activities on increase of educational potential of the polycultural educational environment.
In the technological block of model the choice of interactive pedagogical technologies which give the chance to teachers and parents to form readiness for the productive decision of problems of spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment is proved. Depending on specificity of interaction three types of pedagogical technologies are recommended: technologies of pedagogical support, technology of joint activity, remote technologies. During research it is established, that considerable pedagogical potential in the logician of a problem of research possess: technology of joint design activity, the joint analysis of a problem situation, interactive dialogue,
Pedagogical support in role game, in collective creative business, in educational activity in the conditions of a family, and also remote technologies of self-education and consultation of parents.
In the otsenochno-productive block of model criteria of efficiency of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of children taking into account the polycultural factor are defined, each of which is characterised on the basis of corresponding indicators and structured at high, average and low levels.
In the second chapter «Empirical research of efficiency of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment» are opened structure, the maintenance and the organisation of an experimental part of research within the limits of the developed model: initial level of readiness of teachers and parents to the joint decision of problems of spiritually-moral education of pupils in the polycultural educational environment is revealed and characterised; are established and tipologizirovany difficulties which arise at subjects of interaction during the decision of educational problems; mechanisms of their overcoming are offered; pedagogical ways of increase of efficiency of joint activity of teachers and parents in this direction of education taking into account the polycultural factor are approved; results of experimental work under the decision of a problem of research in the conditions of the polycultural Russian state are described.
On the basis of the spent analysis of scientific sources, and also results of ascertaining experiment criteria and indicators of effective interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of children within the limits of author's model are systematised, added, generalised. Readiness of teachers and parents for productive interaction in the polycultural educational environment was defined in the experimental educational organisations on a basis kognitivnogo, motivatsionnoyotsennostnogo, communicatively-dejatelnostnogo criteria. Kriterialnymi as characteristics of an investigated phenomenon corresponding indicators which are structured within the limits of high, average and low levels have acted.

At an ascertaining stage of experiment during use of methods of questioning, supervision, conversations, the analysis of cards of a self-estimation and an expert estimation, studying of the school documentation (by A.J.Daniljuka, A.A.Loginovoj, I.V.Metlika, O.M.Potapovskoj's techniques) it is established, that readiness of teachers and parents for teamwork in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment both in control, and in experimental groups was, basically, at average and low levels. Average value of indicators of readiness of teachers on kognitivnomu to criterion made: 41 %, on motivatsionno-valuable - 48 %, on kommunikativnoyodejatelnostnomu - 44 %; readiness of parents - accordingly: 13 %, 44 %, 13 %.
For maintenance of efficiency of interaction of school and a family in the given direction of educational activity in the polycultural educational environment, as degrees of conformity to expected results, on
Forming stage of experiment in experimental group the developed and scientifically proved pedagogical ways of interaction of teachers and parents on the basis of the coordination of family and base national values of the Russian Federation have been approved. Parental committees and teachers of initial classes spend work under the analysis sotsiokulturnoj situations of development of children at school and in families, on studying of cultural requirements of families in a context ethnic and konfessionalnoj identity, and also on an exchange of experience of family education and cultural wealth by which parents are guided. Functions of subjects of interaction in spiritually-moral education taking into account the polycultural factor that has allowed to expand representations of teachers and parents of experimental classes about the possibilities and reserves in spiritually-moral education of children in a context of cultural traditions and the values which have developed in families have been specified.
On the basis of the Program of interaction of school developed by the author and families in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment were carried out joint designing and realisation of problems, maintenances, technologies of interaction within the limits of psihologo-pedagogical education, pedagogical self-education, psihologo-pedagogical consultation during the coordination of family and base national values of the Russian Federation, involving of parents in practical activities in the polycultural educational environment. The work maintenance in the given directions has been aimed at formation at parents pedagogical kompetentsy, allowing to create conditions for achievement by children of such personal results formulated in FGOS NOO, as possession of bases of the Russian civil identity, comprehension ethnic and a national identity, mastering of base values of the Russian Federation.
During forming experiment it is confirmed, that effective technologies of development by teachers and parents of the maintenance of joint activity on the basis of the coordination of cultural requirements of a family and base national values are: joint design activity, role game, collective creative business, interactive dialogue, the analysis of a problem situation, pedagogical support of parents in educational activity, remote technologies of self-education and the consultation, which application has given the chance to teachers and parents more full to realise cultural variety of the Russian society as a source of moral development and spiritual perfection of the person, and also as the tool of strengthening of unity of the Russian nation.
The special attention has been given mastering by parents by methods of rendering to children of the help at training course studying «Bases of religious cultures and secular ethics» (ORKSE). Parents were involved in preparation of methodical materials and carrying out of out-of-class and out-of-school actions for spiritually-moral education in the polycultural
To the educational environment; using recommendations of teachers, were helped children with performance of homeworks on ORKSE, directed on their development kognitivnoj, tsennostno-semantic, communicatively-dejatelnostnoj by spheres; participated in monitoring and a reflexion of efficiency of the planned measures.
Within the limits of forming experiment the organizational-pedagogical conditions allowing teachers and parents are verified to solve problems of spiritually-moral education of children in the polycultural educational environment, basic of which steels: carrying out of teamwork on the basis of developed strukturnoyofunktsionalnoj models; creation of atmosphere of mutual trust and cooperation; sformirovannost at parents pedagogical kompetentsy, allowing to consider cultural variety of the Russian society in educational activity; a coordination of requirements of teachers and parents in the decision of problems of spiritually-moral education at school and in a family; methodical maintenance of interaction; complex use of traditional and innovative forms and methods of education within the limits of interactive technologies; Increase of educational potential of the polycultural educational environment on the basis of involving of parents in realisation of the Program of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education in the polycultural educational environment in initial classes.
The comparative analysis of results of research at a control stage of the experiment, spent in 2018, has allowed to establish positive dynamics in formation at teachers and parents of experimental group of readiness for joint activity in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment on kognitivnomu, motivatsionno-valuable and kommunikativnoyodejatelnostnomu to criteria (table 2, table 3).

On kognitivnomu to criterion indicators of high level of representations and knowledge of teachers of experimental group of ways of interaction with parents in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment have increased from 36 % to 61 %; by motivatsionno-valuable criterion - from 24 % to 60 %; on communicatively-dejatelnostnomu - from 32 % to 50 %; in control group the given indicators remained without essential changes.
At parents of experimental group positive dynamics in readiness for joint activity with teachers in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment which was expressed in increase of level of knowledge and representations on a research problem, in level increase motivatsiii in aspiration to use the acquired knowledge for achievement of high results in education at children of ability to successful ability to live in the multicultural world, in ability to organise and carry out joint with teachers and children of action in sphere of spiritually-moral education in the polycultural educational environment also is revealed; to apply a reflexion at an estimation of efficiency of interaction with teachers in spiritually-moral education taking into account the polycultural factor. At parents of control group of essential changes in levels of readiness for interaction with teachers in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment it has not been revealed.

In experimental group positive dynamics in expansion and strengthening of tsennostno-semantic sphere of younger schoolboys was observed also, in formation at them readiness to estimate and meaningly to build the relation to, to other people, to a family, to Fatherland on the basis of family and base national values of the Russian Federation and socially approved ethical standards (Dissertation table 16).
The received results allow to consider proved issledovayotelskie problems and confirmed the put forward hypotheses.
The pedagogical ways of increase of efficiency of teamwork of teachers approved within the limits of structurally functional model and parents in spiritually-moral education of schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment can become reference points for interaction of subjects of pedagogical process in other educational organisations, and also assist in a scientific substantiation of teamwork of teachers with the cultural, public, religious organisations.
In the dissertation Conclusion the basic are summed up researches and the general conclusions are formulated:
1. The theoretical analysis, ordering and generalisation of the positions formulated in works of domestic scientists, in the state documents on formation concerning spirituality, moral education, interaction of school and a family in pedagogical process, the polycultural educational environment, have allowed to develop, prove and approve model of interaction of school and a family in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment in which pedagogical features of interaction as set of the differential signs characterising joint activity of teachers and parents on maintenance of conditions for development in the maturing person of aspiration to spiritual growth and moral perfection taking into account cultural variety of the Russian society at target, substantial, technological and is productive-estimated levels of this activity are presented.
2. The basis of the scientific device of research is made by following concepts: pedagogical features of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of pupils, the polycultural educational environment, pedagogical ways of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment, readiness of teachers and parents for joint activity in spiritually-moral education in the polycultural educational environment, criterion of readiness of teachers and parents to interaction in spiritually-moral education in the conditions of cultural variety of the Russian society, efficiency of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of pupils in the polycultural educational environment.
3. The author's structurally functional model allows
To carry out joint activity of teachers and parents in duhovnoyonravstvennom education in the polycultural educational environment, purposefully and in system on the basis of modern methodological approaches within the limits of the coordination of cultural requirements of a family and base national values, the significant Russian Federations for citizens.
4. Realisation of scientifically proved pedagogical ways of increase of efficiency of teamwork of school and a family taking into account the polycultural factor has provided readiness of teachers and parents of experimental group for the decision of problems of spiritually-moral education in the polycultural educational environment, and also positive dynamics in spiritual development and moral formation of pupils.
5. The pedagogical conditions which have allowed teachers and parents successfully to solve problems of spiritually-moral education, are defined and verified taking into account requirements FGOS NOO to personal results of pupils of an elementary school in the conditions of the polycultural Russian state.
6. The developed methodical materials and kriterialnoyodiagnostichesky toolkit have given the chance to define and show correctly efficiency of interaction of school and a family in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment within the limits of the offered model.
The received results allow to consider proved research problems and the put forward hypotheses.
Research prospects consist in the further scientific judgement and a theoretical substantiation of the problems connected with interaction of teachers and parents in spiritually-moral education of pupils in the polycultural educational environment in averages and the senior classes of a comprehensive school, with working out of ways of such interaction in additional education establishments, with preparation of the future teachers for joint activity with parents on formation at trained bases of spiritual and moral culture in the conditions of Russian polyethnic and polikonfessionalnogo the states.
