In the present research one of possible ways of the permission of the contradiction in activity of criminally-executive system - between necessity of work of an educational colony on formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, with use of the effective pedagogical means meeting modern requirements, and developed penitentsiarnoj practice in the field of vocational guidance is considered.

Comparison of scientific approaches has allowed to define, that the self-determination essence makes formation by the person of the vital positions taking into account own interests and social conditions. Professional self-determination expresses the relation of the person to the is professional-labour sphere, a way of self-realisation preferred by it.

For maintenance of successful professional self-determination in structure of pedagogical activity the special element - vocational guidance is realised.

The pedagogical originality of vocational guidance of an educational colony is represented in the given research on the basis of the elements inherent in any pedagogical process, - target, organizational, methodical, productive.

The vocational guidance purpose in an educational colony, according to positions of domestic and international standard legal certificates, is defined by us as rendering assistance by the minor condemned in a choice of a trade and their assistance resotsializatsii.

The subject-objective the vocational guidance organisation in an educational colony as we have established, represents interaction between the condemned (released) and specially prepared employees of profile divisions and services (experts on
To social work, psychologists, teachers, other). Formation of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned is defined by features of their socialisation in the conditions of imprisonment and isolation from a society, and also characteristics of their psihologo-pedagogical and social development. Specificity of psihologo-pedagogical and social development of minors condemned, in our opinion, is defined by their following base characteristics: actually development of mental functions and valuable orientations, features sotsializirovannosti, behaviour and construction of mutual relations with microsociety.

The further research has allowed to develop pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, in an educational colony. Its pedagogical basis was made by N.S.Prjazhnikova, E.J.Prjazhnikovoj, S.N.Chistjakovoj's approaches to understanding of essence of vocational guidance and problems of its subjects; N.S.Prjazhnikova, E.N.Pastushkovoj's opinion on principles and vocational guidance functions; N.V.Afanasevoj, G.N.Rezapkinoj, N.S.Prjazhnikova's workings out on carrying out and tracing of results of vocational guidance; ideas A.K.Lukinoj, V.R.Schmidt about specificity of the organisation of vocational guidance of the minors who have entered the conflict to the law.

The structure of the model of formation of readiness developed by us to professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, in an educational colony is made by three blocks: target, is substantial-organizational and diagnostic.

The target block of model characterises target orientation of activity of an educational colony on vocational guidance of minors condemned. In the is substantial-organizational block of model the theoretical bases (set of approaches), principles of realisation the maintenance, and also significant organizational features of the given kind of pedagogical activity of an educational colony are designated. The diagnostic block of model contains the methods, allowing to trace results of work on formation of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned; criteria and its levels sformirovannosti as result of their vocational guidance; result of introduction and realisation of offered model.

Readiness for professional self-determination

The minors condemned to imprisonment, it is considered by us as result of vocational guidance in an educational colony. For this reason the characteristic of the criteria corresponding to them of indicators and levels sformirovannosti to readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned became a logic result of theoretical research. It is information-kognitivnyj criterion reflects knowledge of the minor condemned in questions, significant for realisation of a choice of a trade. The emotional criterion is shown in estimations and valuable orientations of the minor condemned in the field of work and professional work. The motivational criterion consists available certain strong-willed efforts of the minor condemned in achievement of the is professional-focused purposes put to it. Definition of the given characteristics allows the author of dissertation to develop a technique of diagnostics of level sformirovannosti readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, and on this basis to plan their vocational guidance in the conditions of an educational colony.

Experimental work was spent to two stages: ascertaining and reformative. Results of ascertaining experiment testify to presence at minors of the condemned level of readiness for the professional self-determination, a choice of a trade insufficient for qualitative realisation, but sufficient for its further enrichment in the conditions of teaching and educational process of an educational colony.

It is information-kognitivnaja a component of readiness for professional self-determination is present at more than 60 % interrogated, and the corresponding criterion is on an average level sformirovannosti.

The motivational component of readiness for professional self-determination of the interrogated distinguishes high level. The overwhelming majority of respondents (95 % of the interrogated minors) is assured, that a trade to choose it is necessary.

The emotional component of readiness for professional self-determination at respondents is also on an average level. Interrogated wish to work and estimate it as the necessary business.

The most problem component of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned is sensibleness of the personal professional plan. To 90 % of the minors participating in experiment, did not think of how they should conduct themselves and what to be to reach something in the selected trade. It, possibly, also serves as the reason of the uncertainty stated by interrogated minors.

Carried out in frameworks of research interrogation of operating employees of groups of social protection of the condemned educational colonies testifies to variety of difficulties in the organisation of vocational guidance of minors condemned. The found out problems have been conditionally united by the author of dissertation in three groups: substantial, organizational, performing.

The reformative stage of experiment consisted in creation of a complex of the pedagogical conditions raising productivity of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of minors, condemned to imprisonment.

The pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, in VK the minors condemned to imprisonment, represents the maintenance and the vocational guidance organisation as special direction of pedagogical activity of the educational colony, based on special interaction of subjects uchebnoyovospitatelnogo process of an educational colony and minor condemned and providing formation of its readiness for professional self-determination. The given model acts as the methodological basis of student teaching in the field of vocational guidance condemned in an educational colony.

The complex program of vocational guidance of the minors condemned to imprisonment, is generated taking into account features of educational level and social development of minors condemned. Its maintenance (blocks and the exercises included in them and tasks) is combined thus that minors participating in it condemned could acquire trades of knowledge necessary for a choice realises value of work for the person and a society to become interested in diagnostics of own propensities and abilities, to make a plan of action on mastering by the chosen trade. All it promotes formation of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned.

As experimental base of research has acted FKU Kostroma educational colony UFSIN of Russia on Kostroma area.

35 persons have taken part in experimental work: two groups - control (17 people) and experimental (18 people). Results of ascertaining experiment allow to assert, that experimental and control group from the point of view of level sformirovannosti readiness for professional self-determination of minors are homogeneous. All three levels are presented to them sformirovannosti to readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned. They are approximately in an equal parity both in a cut of levels, and in a cut of components.

Realisation of the revealed pedagogical conditions has allowed to reach positive tendencies in change of a situation in an experimental educational colony to what positive dynamics of the indicators characterising readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned both in experimental, and in control groups testifies. For an estimation of reliability of the received results methods of mathematical statistics (criterion of f-angular transformation of Fisher) were used.

Readiness for professional self-determination

Minors condemned (in the substantial plan) has considerably increased in experimental group (from 39 % - in the beginning of experiment to 66 % - in the end), unlike control (from 53 % to 64 %).

The received value of criterion of Fisher (1, 707) is in a zone of statistically authentic significant distinctions for μ≤ 0,05. The revealed distinctions integrativnogo an indicator are statistically authentic, that allows to consider results of experimental work.

In the qualitative plan (i.e. it is substantial) all elements of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned have changed. More essential transformations have occurred in is information-kognitivnom a component and a component of sensibleness of the personal professional plan.
