THE CONCLUSION

In a modern situation of deficiency of qualified personnel - experts of an average link, integration of the maintenance of an average of the general and average vocational training in the conditions of social partnership acts as a basis of the praktiko-focused training and formation of multilevel system of preparation of experts for modern hi-tech manufactures.

Accordingly, integration development is directed on performance of the state order, development of regional labour markets, formation professional kompetentsy young experts.

The carried out research has allowed us to draw following conclusions::

1. Pedagogical integration represents process of association and continuity of components of the maintenance of formation (kognitivnoj competence; sformirovannosti emotionally-valuable relations; creative competence; behavioural competence) and components of system of training (the purpose, problems, forms, methods, tutorials, the teacher, trainees, results of training) on various educational levels. Integration into training is a construction basis praktikoyoorientirovannogo educational process in system of an average of the general and average vocational training. The social partnership in formation represents interaction of social institutes, the enterprises, groups, the individuals, being in the major way of achievement of the public consent and achievement of positive qualitative educational effects.

2. The role of pedagogical integration in construction of educational process consists in formation at trainees of system of the professional
kompetentsy and nadprofessionalnyh the qualities of the person providing readiness of the graduate to the future professional work in the conditions of general globalisation and information.

Directly connected with a principle of a continuity of the organisation of educational activity, the continuity in formation becomes the base of continuous formation and provides «integration of the maintenance, forms, methods, ways of knowledge of system of an average of the general and average vocational training that formation - a society - manufacture» »[13 leads to a new vector of development of relations in system«, with. 13].

«Integration of levels of an average of the general and average vocational training is directed on improvement of quality of vocational training and optimisation of terms of training. High requirements to vocational training of experts do especially actual a problem of integration of the professional educational organisations and the enterprises of hi-tech industries.

In the conditions of modernisation of system of average vocational training, orientation to standards WorldSkills at realisation of the praktiko-focused training state policy problems in an education sphere allow to solve designing of continuous educational routes and to form personnel potential for manufacture development. Thus as the basic condition of realisation of the qualitative praktiko-focused training construction of effective system of social partnership of the educational organisation and the hi-tech enterprises acts.

Development of system of social partnership allows to form qualitatively professional the competence of the future experts. For the educational organisations the social partnership becomes a condition of realisation of the effective praktiko-focused training. The basic idea of social partnership is mutually advantageous cooperation on the basis of full partnership of the parties that provides forward development of the educational organisation and preparation of qualified personnel. Thus positive sides of social partnership for the educational organisation consist in attraction and an exchange of resources with a view of training improvement of quality, the help in employment of trainees; for the hi-tech enterprises the system of social partnership represents itself as the guarantor of preparation of qualified personnel - the young experts prepared for work on manufacture.

Process of organizational development allows the educational organisation to carry out the social order and to provide to the graduate qualitative and demanded formation. Innovative activity becomes a basis of maintenance of conformity of educational preparation to time requirements as it is focused on mastering by the modern technologies, allowing to remain competitive in conditions
Constantly updated information and technologies. The modern employer wishes to see independent, initiative and the creative specialist, able to create and introduce innovations, to operate a situation and to understand the organizational and administrative moments.

The modular educational programs developed on the basis of the professional standard become the realisation tool modulno - kompetentnostnogo the approach. As a positive side of realisation of modular educational programs in system of average vocational training the special organisation of the educational process the praktiko-focused training in system of social partnership of the educational organisation and the enterprises becomes which basis, capable to prepare shots according to modern requirements of hi-tech manufactures acts.

The basic conditions of development of integration in obrazv vanni are: «application is system-dejatelnostnogo the approach based on integration of educational steps, modernisation of the maintenance of formation; integrity and complementarity of components of educational system; an openness of educational system, development of system of social partnership with the enterprises; possibility of construction of an individual educational trajectory; a priority of the person at realisation of multilevel and multistage preparation of experts; an urgency of educational programs, conformity to modern requirements and standards» [17, с.54].

6. Criteria itsmiki effiktivnosti integranii an average of the general and average vocational training in the conditions of social partnership with the enterprises are:

- sformirovannost professional consciousness at students (defines motivation development to training, understanding of as future professional);

- Results of sessions and GIA;

- Achievements of trainees in competitions of professional skill and championships WorldSkills;

- Theoretical and practical readiness of teachers for realisation of the praktiko-focused training on the basis of integration of an average of the general and average vocational training in the conditions of social partnership.

The is functional-substantial model of integration of an average of the general and average vocational training in the conditions of social partnership represents system interrelation of five blocks. Target and otsenochnoyorezultativnyj blocks define the purpose of integration of an average of the general and average vocational training - the qualitative praktiko-focused training as which result the qualified expert prepared for professional work at the hi-tech enterprises acts. In a basis of the diagnostic block we take criteria of an estimation of efficiency of integration. The substantial block opens system of working out of educational programs on the basis of Federal state educational standards, standards WorldSkills, requirements of the hi-tech enterprises-partners. Dejatelnostnyj and otsenochnoyorezultativnyj model blocks represent work in system «the enterprise - the partner - trained - teachers».

8. The results received by us at carrying out of forming experiment, have allowed to draw a conclusion, that the praktiko-focused training realised on base chairs of the Educational complex, promoted qualitative changes in professional consciousness
Students, to formation of an image of as future professional which were motivating factor of professional self-development, has generated steady motivation to training. Qualitative changes of indicators of productivity of sessions and GIA, achievements of students in competitions of professional skill and championships WorldSkills visually confirm a role of social partnership in increase of efficiency of the modern praktiko-focused formation. The is functional-substantial model of integration of an average of the general and average vocational training developed by us in the conditions of social partnership as bases of multilevel system of preparation of experts for modern hi-tech manufactures during experiment has proved to be true and has proved the efficiency.

9. Developed by us: is functional-substantial model of integration of an average of the general and average vocational training in the conditions of social partnership, «methodical recommendations about integration of the general and vocational training on the basis of individual curricula in the organisations of average vocational training taking into account requirements of employers of branch» [117] and mechanisms of achievement of qualitative results of training (strengthening praktikoyoorientirovannoj making preparation, its aiming at reception of concrete knowledge and abilities; immersing of trainees in the professional environment at all stages of a trajectory of development of the person in uniform multilevel system of continuous formation; preparation of participants for competitions on kompetentsijam WorldSkills; creation individual praktikoyoorientirovannyh educational routes; Creation of the sated obrazovatelno-professional environment generating various possibilities for trained, variety and continuity of programs;
Increase of competitiveness of graduates at forming of an educational and professional trajectory) have brought the contribution to methodology of integration processes to system of an average of the general and average vocational training.

As a result we notice, that in the course of achievement of the purpose we had been solved all tasks in view, the research hypothesis has proved to be true.
