THE CONCLUSION

In the modern Russian state interaction of school and a family represents the important resource of increase of efficiency of spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys since it is aimed at integration of efforts of teachers and parents on rendering to the growing person of the help in spiritual and moral formation.

The requirement for such help amplifies because since 2012 in the fourth classes of the Russian schools in the maintenance of an elementary education as a federal component the educational discipline Bases of religious cultures and secular ethics (ORKSE) which purpose consists in formation at younger schoolboys of requirement to the realised moral behaviour based on knowledge and respect of cultural and religious traditions of the multinational people of Russia, and also to dialogue with representatives of other cultures and outlooks is entered.

Children of younger school age are most susceptible to judgement of cultural wealth, ethical standards and behaviour rules. The big influence on formation of tsennostno-semantic sphere of the child renders authority of parents that defines importance of a theoretical substantiation and experimental approbation of pedagogical features of interaction of school and a family in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of pupils of initial classes during this period. In modern Russia the importance of interaction of teachers and parents of younger schoolboys increases in the polycultural educational environment since at the Russian schools in the conditions of strengthening of cultural variety of a society children which families are guided by various moral and religious values are trained, belong to various social groups. As has shown the carried out research, revealing and a theoretical substantiation of pedagogical features of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment allow to raise efficiency of ways of teamwork of teachers and parents in this important direction of educational activity.

During research we have come to conclusion, that pedagogical features of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment are defined by the traditions which have developed in the Russian society of spiritual and moral education of rising generations, multinational structure of the Russian state, intensive processes of globalisation and information in the world community. The important factors which have caused specificity of joint educational work of school and a family in the XXI-st century, are also a demand in domestic pedagogics of concepts of scientists about spiritual development and moral education of the growing person, about the polycultural educational environment as a resource of increase of efficiency of interaction of modern teachers and parents in the decision of educational problems.

In this context activity of teachers and parents in sphere of spiritually-moral education becomes simultaneously the tool of cultural identification, socialisation of the person of the growing person and the factor of strengthening of unity of the Russian nation on the basis of the base national values which have developed during centuries-old joint residing and cooperation of the people of Russia.

The theoretical analysis and generalisation of the positions formulated in works of domestic and foreign scientists, in the state documents on formation concerning spirituality, moral education, interaction of school and a family in pedagogical process, the polycultural educational environment, have allowed to open pedagogical features of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment as set of the differential signs characterising joint activity of teachers and parents on maintenance of conditions for development in the maturing person of aspiration to spiritual growth and moral perfection taking into account cultural variety of the Russian society on target, substantial, technological and rezultativnoyootsenochnom levels of this activity.

In the methodological block of model pedagogical features of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment are characterised in frameworks is system-dejatelnostnogo, cultural urological, aksiologicheskogo, lichnostno-focused and kompetentnostnogo approaches, at level of the purpose, principles, problems of joint activity. Thus as the leader it is selected it is system-dejatelnostnyj the approach, allowing to consider interaction of school and a family in duhovnoyonravstvennom education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment as a component of the general educational system in which interaction is directed on positive changes of spiritual and moral qualities trained in the course of comprehension and acceptance by its subjects of base national values of the Russian Federation.

The conclusion that necessary knowledge, abilities, skills, values and relations most effectively accustom teachers and parents during dialogue and interaction within the limits of psihologo-pedagogical education, pedagogical self-education, consultation of parents to the decision of daily educational problems, and also involving of parents in practical activities on increase of educational potential of the polycultural educational environment is drawn.

To the productive decision of problems of spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys on the basis of the coordination of family and base national values of the Russian Federation, helping subjects of interaction to realise the importance of cultural variety of the Russian society for the future successful personal and professional life of the growing person. During research it is established, that considerable pedagogical potential in the logician of a problem of research possess: technology of joint design activity, the analysis of a problem situation, interactive dialogue, role game, collective creative business, pedagogical support of parents in educational activity, remote technologies of self-education and consultation of parents.

In the otsenochno-productive block of model criteria of efficiency of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of children are formulated, allowing teachers and parents to define readiness for the decision of educational problems taking into account the polycultural factor.

During approbation of model which was carried out within the limits of ascertaining, forming and control stages of pedagogical experiment, it is shown, that efficiency of teamwork of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys in the polycultural educational environment as degree of conformity to expected results reveals in following aspects: in realisation by subjects of interaction of educational functions on the basis of the coordination of family and base national values of the Russian Federation; in positive dynamics of formation at parents pedagogical kompetentsy, allowing to realise ethnic and a national identity as the important means of spiritual growth and moral perfection; in joint designing with teachers and realisations of problems and directions of interaction within the limits of the coordination of cultural requirements of a family and base national values of the Russian
The states; in working out and use of interactive technologies for comprehension by parents of cultural variety of a society as source and means for the future successful personal and professional life of children; in definition of indicators and levels of readiness of teachers and parents to interaction taking into account the polycultural factor, in teamwork monitoring on formation at children of bases of spiritual and moral culture in the polycultural educational environment. Within the limits of experiment it is confirmed, that by leading directions of interaction of school and a family in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys which allow to form at teachers and parents readiness for the joint decision of educational problems in the conditions of the polycultural Russian state, are: Psihologo-pedagogical education, self-education, consultation of parents in the decision of the problems connected with spiritual and moral development of the child, involving of parents in practical activities on increase of educational potential of the polycultural educational environment.

The conclusion that the work maintenance in the given directions should be defined and realised taking into account requirements FGOS NOO to personal results of pupils of an elementary school which include is drawn: formation of bases of the Russian civil identity, feeling of pride of the Native land, the Russian people and history of Russia, comprehension ethnic and a national identity; formation of values of a multinational Russian society; formation of humanistic and democratic valuable orientations. During research it is established, that readiness of teachers and parents for interaction in spiritually-moral education of younger schoolboys taking into account features of such interaction in the polycultural educational environment is provided on the basis of use of such interactive technologies as joint design activity, role game, collective creative business, interactive dialogue, the analysis of a problem situation, pedagogical support of parents in educational activity, remote technologies of self-education and consultation in which traditional both innovative forms and methods of pedagogical education and which application in joint activity of teachers and parents are combined allows them to realise more accurately the important role of cultural variety of a society and school in the future personal and professional life of the growing person.

As a result of research the pedagogical conditions allowing teachers and parents successfully are verified to solve problems duhovnoyonravstvennogo education of children in the polycultural educational environment, basic of which are: realisation of teamwork on the basis of the developed structurally functional model; creation of atmosphere of mutual trust and cooperation; respect for the cultural features which have developed in families and traditions; methodical maintenance of interaction of teachers and parents taking into account cultural requirements of families and base national values; complex use of traditional and innovative forms and methods of education within the limits of interactive technologies of joint activity; increase of educational potential of the polycultural educational environment on the basis of active attraction of parents to realisation of the educational program of educational institution.

Readiness of teachers for interaction with parents was expressed in sformirovannosti pedagogical kompetentsy which provide knowledge of methodological bases and the maintenance of spiritually-moral education in the polycultural educational environment, aspiration to consider in teamwork cultural features and interests of a family; ability to carry out interaction within the limits of leading directions of joint activity on the basis of the coordination of family and base national values of the Russian Federation; ability to use interactive technologies in formation at parents pedagogical kompetentsy taking into account the polycultural factor; ability to carry out monitoring and a reflexion at an estimation of efficiency of interaction with parents in the decision of problems of spiritually-moral education in the polycultural educational environment.

Readiness of parents for interaction with teachers was showed in sformirovannosti pedagogical kompetentsy which provide ability to use the knowledge received during psihologo-pedagogical education, self-education, consultation, in joint activity with teachers on spiritually-moral education of children on the basis of the coordination of family and base national values of the Russian Federation; ability to solve a problem of spiritually-moral education in a family taking into account the requirements formulated in standard documents on formation in the polycultural Russian state; desire to co-operate with teachers in the decision of problems of spiritually-moral education in the polycultural educational environment; ability to organise and carry out out-of-class actions in sphere of spiritually-moral education with a support on family traditions and base national values of the Russian Federation; Ability to carry out monitoring and a reflexion at an estimation of efficiency of interaction with teachers in the decision of problems duhovnoyonravstvennogo education of children in the polycultural educational environment.

The formulated positions and the received results allow
To consider proved research problems and the put forward hypotheses, to draw a conclusion that the research problem is solved.

Research prospects consist in the further scientific judgement and a theoretical substantiation of the problems connected with interaction of teachers and parents in spiritually-moral education of pupils in the polycultural educational environment in averages and the senior classes of a comprehensive school, with working out of ways of such interaction in additional education establishments, with preparation of the future teachers for joint activity with parents on formation at trained bases of spiritual and moral culture in the conditions of Russian polyethnic and polikonfessionalnogo the states.
