In chapter 1 of dissertational research we had been considered theoretical aspects of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment.

The carried out theoretical analysis has allowed to present the developed characteristic of object and an object of research and to put forward the assumption demanding experimental check: formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, will be productive, if:

- The pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, representing the maintenance and the vocational guidance organisation as special direction of pedagogical activity of an educational colony and a condition of readiness of the minor condemned to professional self-determination is developed and introduced in teaching and educational process of an educational colony;

- The complex program of vocational guidance of minors condemned, generated of raznourovnevyh the tasks considering educational level, social development of minors condemned, readiness providing them for professional self-determination in imprisonment and requirement of realisation for work in postpenitentsiarnyj the period is developed and is realised;

- The internal organizational potential of an educational colony (is standard-legal maintenance of activity, organizational work of employees and used materialnoyotehnicheskuju base) is used.

For check of the put forward assumption we have considered necessary to spend experimental work on formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, in an educational colony. Problems and stages of experimental work were us a definite purpose.

The purpose of experimental work - experimental check of a complex of the pedagogical conditions promoting formation of readiness for professional self-determination of minors, condemned to imprisonment.

For achievement of an object in view we put and solved following problems of experimental work:

1) to develop diagnostic toolkit for level definition sformirovannosti readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, and also for condition studying penitentsiarnoj practice of vocational guidance of minors condemned in an educational colony;

2) to define stages of experimental work;

3) to develop criteria and levels sformirovannosti readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment;

4) to define experimental base of research;

5) to introduce in teaching and educational process of an educational colony and experimental by to check up pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, and pedagogical conditions of success of its realisation;

6) to process the obtained data by the theoretical analysis and with application of methods of mathematical statistics;

7) to generalise and analyse results of research.

Requirements to carrying out of experimental work, and also its purpose and problems have predetermined presence of three stages of its realisation - ascertaining, reformative and analitiko-generalising. The ascertaining stage carries out diagnostic and organizational functions, the reformative stage carries out mainly the influence function, the analitiko-generalising stage is final and carries out analytical function.

At each stage of experimental work the problems which were intermediate on a way of achievement of a research objective were formulated. Problems of realisation of each stage of experimental work are presented in table 2.1.

Experimental work was carried out within seven years - from April, 2009 till March, 2017

2009 - 2011 - the analysis of conditions of the organisation of vocational guidance of minors in an educational colony; working out of criteria, indicators, levels sformirovannosti readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned, and also tools of diagnostics of its condition; a choice of an experimental platform.

2011 - 2012 - the analysis penitentsiarnoj practice of vocational guidance of minors condemned in an educational colony; working out and realisation of the program of forming experiment; carrying out ascertaining and end of experiment forming stages.

2012 - 2017 - generalisation of results of research, nauchnoyometodicheskoe introduction support in penitentsiarnuju practice of the complex program of vocational guidance of minors condemned "Keys".

At an ascertaining investigation phase for definition of initial level sformirovannosti readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, criteria (it is information-kognitivnyj, emotional, motivational, sensibleness of the personal professional plan) which are reflected in the pedagogical model of formation of readiness constructed by us to professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment have been developed. The allocated criteria and levels are described in section 1.3. Our research.

Each of criteria has three levels sformirovannosti (low, average, high) which value can be reflected both quantitatively, and is qualitative. The allocated criteria allow to estimate the changes occurring in the course of realisation of pedagogical model developed by us and a complex of pedagogical conditions. Each criterion reveals by means of necessary empirical indicators. Accordingly, we reveal three levels sformirovannosti readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment.

The technique of measurement of level of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, - a questionnaire (it is placed in the Appendix 1), the representing tool of a multifactorial estimation of productivity of vocational guidance of minors condemned in an educational colony has specially been developed. It consists of 38 questions assuming both revealing of positions of respondents, and performance of some practical tasks by them, allowing to be convinced available necessary knowledge and abilities.

Questionnaire questions are divided into 4 groups (according to the four-componental structure of readiness offered by us to professional self-determination of minors condemned). InformatsionnoYOkognitivnyj a component of readiness for professional self-determination
Condemned answers to 13 questions (№ 1-5, 7-9, 11-15) allow to reveal minors. The motivational component is cleared up by answers to questions № 10, 16, 19, 28, 29. The emotional component is characterised by answers to questions № 17, 18, 20-22, 30. The considerable part of a questionnaire is devoted revealing of quality of the personal professional plan of the minor is 13 questions (№ 23-27, 31-38).

The unequal quantity of questions in questionnaire blocks speaks that for revealing of the emotional relation and motivation of a choice of a trade minors condemned need to use the special diagnostic techniques applied by psychologists of an educational colony. Problems of the given research included only finding-out of presence of the named components in structure of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned and an estimation of their condition. Besides, we consider, that pedagogical means it is essential to influence their formation there is no possibility, and it enters, more likely, into professional problems of psychologists, on what modern researchers [1] specify. To the greatest degree we diagnose knowledge and professional plans of minors condemned as the most defining a successful professional choice.

In a questionnaire questions of two types are presented: opened both closed. First and fourth its parts include the questions-tasks estimating knowledge and plans of the minor (these are questions № 1-5, 15, 37). For definition of level of readiness for professional self-determination of the condemned processing of the received answers is carried out. For right answers on questions of the closed type and correct performance of the tasks offered in open questions, it is appropriated on 1 point. Definition of level of readiness for professional self-determination comes to the end with mean score calculation.

Let's characterise types of scales which were used for diagnostics.

For level measurement sformirovannosti informatsionnoyokognitivnogo a component (Ki) questions as the general character, directed were used, for example, on revealing of knowledge of the trades condemned about the world, characteristics of trades of various spheres, and the questions connected with features of reception of various trades, knowledge condemned in questions of a demand and prestigiousness of trades, etc. we Will result further examples of such questions: «the Information on possibilities of reception of a trade can be found...», «your way, trades differ from each other.», questions of the second category: «What trades are most popular / are necessary in a city, where do you live?», whether «there are large operating enterprises in your city (settlement)? The second type of questions allowed to estimate the relation to work as to value. For example, it was offered to finish the offer «Work is...». The ascertaining stage of experiment has been aimed on:

1) level diagnostics sformirovannosti readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment;

2) condition studying penitentsiarnoj practice of vocational guidance of minors condemned in an educational colony.

Results of the research carried out by us allow to say that are represented by the most generated informatsionnoyokognitivnyj and emotional components of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned. Positions of respondents from different educational colonies in this sense are close. We will describe them further.

150 minors have taken part in an ascertaining stage of experiment condemned. The reasons of the revealed problems since groups of respondents essentially differed from each other, testing the various social influences connected with a place of a disposition and conditions of functioning of an educational colony, quantitative and qualitative characteristics of a contingent condemned, etc.

It is information-kognitivnaja a component of readiness for professional self-determination, by results of the research carried out by us, is present at more than 60 % interrogated, the corresponding criterion is on an average level sformirovannosti. It is possible to recognise, that respondents basically are informed in the questions necessary for a choice of a trade, and also are guided in search of sources of reception of this information. The supply with information of a professional choice, in our opinion, is expressed in special knowledge of the person of the professional world and sources of the necessary information, its awareness on requirement for professionals in concrete region.

As a whole, interrogated show the general knowledge of the professional world. From 60 trades offered in a questionnaire are not chosen as acquaintances only 4. Defining quantity of existing trades, respondents are at a loss in its exact name, but recognise a variety and dimensions of the professional world. Allocation of all distinctive features of trades for the overwhelming majority of respondents became an impracticable problem, only 6 % interrogated partially have coped with this task. Correlate concrete trades with professional work sphere could truly only on 3 % interrogated in each research group.

Carrying out a choice of sources of the information preferable to about trades, respondents on importance degree have specified: dialogue with parents, teachers, friends. Thus they are ready to find the corresponding information and in some other way: more than 40 % interrogated address to employees VK, from 33 to 63 % (in different groups
Interrogated) will come on Internet sites of educational institutions. Traditional sources of the information (collections for arriving and special proforientatsionnye services) at interrogated are less popular (them 20 % of respondents have chosen).

Considering stay in an educational colony as the factor of a choice of the trade, the interrogated minors have specified, that organizuemye in it study at school and professional school, work on manufacture, reading of books and viewing of films can help to choose it a trade, (on it have informed 37 % interrogated). It is necessary to notice, that the specified kinds of employment before condemnation by minors were ignored. Conversations with relatives as an element of a life of the educational colony, promoting a trade choice, are designated only 13 % of respondents though parents and are named by them the important participant of their choice of a trade.

97 % of the interrogated minors correctly list the enterprises working in region (basically, the large factories requiring qualified experts) and a trade which, in their opinion, here are claimed. It is interesting, that practically same trades are listed by them and, answering a question on what trades would seize. Such behaviour condemned, in our opinion, can be qualified as original psychological protection - «I

I have/receive a trade which is necessary, means, I am ready to clearing, and at me all will be good ». In definition of prestigious trades these bases for minors condemned too are significant.

Positively it is necessary to estimate, that only 20 % of respondents in various groups did not show interest to the profile educational institutions working in a native city. 60 % of respondents know about presence of such educational institution. The overwhelming majority of respondents is assured, that a trade to choose it is necessary - so consider 95 % of minor various groups. Thus in each group of the interrogated there are the persons who were not reflecting on it, - on 1-2 person (in groups № 4,5,6,7) and 4 - in group №3. Such position speaks the independence of minors revealed by us: the overwhelming majority of respondents hopes in a life only for itself (to 86 %). To the aid relatives 48 %, to the aid count experts - on 3-4 persons in all investigated groups. The belief in possibility of rendering assistance from the state (and corresponding structures) also is insignificant (opinion of 20 % of respondents).

To 80 % of respondents count in a life exclusively on itself. It forces to undertake something for achievement of personal successes (from 60 to 90 % interrogated in various groups specify in it). The given answers can be interpreted as acceptance by minors of some responsibility for the life. Thus, unfortunately, only 10 of 150 interrogated (6 %) are ready to give the developed answer about in what the advantage of a choice of a trade consists. The following is named: «I give a labour», I "benefit", «I help a country raising», «I develop production», other These data allow to assert, that all the same the majority of minors make a trade choice aimlessly, coming under to influence of administration of an educational colony, connecting it with clearing possibility. They perceive labour activity as very simple employment allowing, not putting any efforts to reach something significant and important.

The motivation of respondents is defined also by their intentions to continue training after clearing. Formation end is not considered by the majority condemned (53 %) as the optimum vital plan. eksternat in the environment of the condemned it is unpopular the same as also training at evening school (only on 1-2 person in each interrogated group have specified in its possibility for itself). Only condemned groups №5 and 7 agree to study in such conditions.

Let's notice, that orientation of respondents to vocational training reception - such is opinion from 26 to 60 % of the interrogated various groups is appreciable. 63 % of respondents already prepared for receipt in an educational institution. Mastering by a trade on a workplace is comprehensible far not to all respondents: in group №1 - 36 %, group №4 - 30 %, in group №6 - 31 %. Prospects of high school training nerealistichny for interrogated (only in group №7 such variant is chosen 30 % of respondents). Thus 20 % interrogated each group did not reflect till now on prospects of training after clearing.

The motivation of the interrogated minors on qualitative performance of work is original also: it, first of all, contacts a question of a payment of the expert is an opinion of 70 % of respondents, personal appeal of work thus too is significant (on what have specified 45 % of the interrogated various groups).

Leaning against feature of the emotional relation of minors to business by a principle «it is pleasant - it is not pleasant», we consider an emotional component of their readiness for professional self-determination by one of defining and significant. As often enough incorrect preferences or a choice of socially not approved model of behaviour become the reason of fulfilment of crimes minors. The given element of readiness for professional self-determination at respondents is on an average level sformirovannosti.

The interrogated minors perceive work as «earning money means» (86 %), «the effort directed on achievement of something» (53 %), «everything, that demands efforts, diligence and care» (30 %). The least popular answers of a steel «that is made» (9 %) and «absolutely not necessary thing» (6 % of respondents).

Nevertheless, the majority minor condemned (86 %) agree that everything, that surrounds the person, someone is made, that testifies to true perception them of the validity. Is logical (in this connection) duty of everyone to work (including - and minors). Interrogated wish to work (such is a position 86%респондентов) and 95 % from them estimate it as the necessary business.

Thus interrogated consider, that the working person should be guided in the activity by a praise (59 %) or qualitative performance of a problem (34 %). We will notice, that the external estimation of work for respondents all the same is not so significant - fear of reproaches from the party motivates only 26 % interrogated of groups №1, 3, 4, 5, 6. The basic motive of qualitative work of minors condemned is shown by it from the employer the trust (66 %). But can influence and another (as loss of degree of the importance): preservation about itself of good opinion (40 %), will lock to work badly (38 %), desire to cause pride for parents (25 %), work payment (7 %). At the same time, do not show diligence in work and inform on it of 14 % of respondents (on 1-3 person in the interrogated groups).

The emotional relation to work, in our opinion, is expressed and in, whether there is for the minor condemned a preferred trade, - at 33 % of respondents it is. Unfortunately, the share interrogated, not reflecting about it, - from 7 to 40 % (the opinion is most extended in groups №3 and 5) is rather high. Appeal of a trade is defined by respondents a number of characteristics. These are practically equivalent - «allowing to prove» (57 % of respondents),
«Providing material welfare» (43 %), «not straining force and mentality» (43 %), «giving a recognition» (33 %).

The most problem component of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned is sensibleness of the personal professional plan. Its definiteness develops, in our opinion, of requirements put forward by the teenager to itself and a preferred trade, and also experience of some labour activity and preparation for profile training.

Own readiness for a choice of a trade of 81 % interrogated is estimated positively, however practically in each group there are the persons stating uncertainty in this question (from 3 to 8 persons). It proves necessity of carrying out for an educational colony of the vocational guidance, called to unite the emotional relation of the minor condemned to labour activity and its knowledge in this area for the realised construction of the professional future by it.

That fact is interesting, that to 90 % of minors did not think of how they should conduct themselves and what to be to reach something in the chosen trade. It, possibly, also serves as the reason of their uncertainty in own readiness to make a choice.

Are put forward by respondents and some requirements to chosen trades (it can be regarded as attempt of a choice of a trade). The future work, according to the majority interrogated (from 36 to 60 % in different interrogated groups), should be paid well, thus its social utility is not so significant. Characterising advantages of the trades selected them, minors name possibility of increase of the income (54 %), development of their abilities (50 %), possibility to benefit people (30 %), prestigiousness of a trade (25 %). It actually answers criteria attractive, instead of a selected trade, since disorder of the chosen trades named respondents
It is great - from the handyman to the banker and the jeweller. Working trades prevail: the mechanic, the welder, the carpenter, the mason, the electrician, the house painter (variety of these trades does not show conformity to the above-named criteria).

Construction of the personal professional plan is helped in many respects by experience of carried out labour activity (professional and not professional). More than half interrogated (from 46 to 80 % in various groups) have an operational experience by a trade, for example, in such professional spheres as sewing business, building, kommunalnoyobytovoe an economy, service of cars, express activity, etc. we Will notice, that the interrogated do not specify, where experience has been got, it is rather probable, that it has occurred in punishment serving.

Duties carried out on the house are considered by us as the factor facilitating construction of the professional plan: the minor is able to do something, has got used to work, understands the importance of the actions. Under the certificate of the interrogated minors, the majority of them (on the average - 60 %) had duties on the house. Thus their performance was an element of family way (53 %), it was pleasant to them (41 %), allowed to live normally (63 %), were supervised by adults (40 %).

It is important to note the dependence of a professional choice of respondents revealed by us: on the opinion in a choice, 20 % plan to lean against a position close - 27 %, the advantage of a professional advice in the given area is felt by 40 % of respondents. Nevertheless, in professional self-determination the interrogated show certain activity: from 63 to 100 % in different groups interrogated prepare for receipt in an educational institution so, understand, that without special vocational training to take place in a trade it is impossible. However it is necessary to notice, that only 6 of 150 interrogated (accordingly 4 %) declare that know about features of training in the professional direction chosen by them.

Thus, the research carried out by us has revealed, that high level of readiness for professional self-determination 25 % interrogated show, average - 44 %, low - 31 %. Distribution on levels of readiness for professional self-determination of minors condemned in concrete groups interrogated is presented in table 2.3.

From table 2.3 materials it is visible, that the situation in groups interrogated № 5 and 7 is least safe. In positions of respondents we connect so appreciable differences with distinctions penitentsiarnyh the conditions created in various educational colonies, and with influence of region of their disposition.

The minors condemned to imprisonment. Research was spent by revealing of organizational conditions, mechanisms and actual problems of the given activity in the conditions of an educational colony.

Specially developed questionnaire (it is placed in the Appendix 2), including 20 questions became diagnostics tool. Questions entering into it can be divided into 5 lexical sets conditionally: the vocational guidance place in the general structure of activity of an educational colony was defined by questions № 1, 5, 6; its organisation and tools
Were characterised by answers to questions № 2-4, 10, 17-20; interaction of experts in vocational guidance was found out by questions № 7-9; problems and directions of perfection of the given kind penitentsiarnoj experts reflect answers to questions №11-16. The special research importance for us was represented by the questions characterising the relation of employees to necessity and expediency of realisation of vocational guidance of minors condemned as a special direction of pedagogical activity of an educational colony and comprehension of specificity of its organisation (№ 1,12,20).

24 experts have taken part in interrogation from 16 educational colonies FSIN of Russia. Employees of groups of social protection have been included in group of respondents condemned to which the duty on preparation for minors by a life on freedom and their vocational guidance (is assigned on what was specified in sections 1.1.и 1.3 ours

Respondents represented non-uniform enough group. Among them higher education of a various profile have the majority (69,5 %): legal - 17 %, pedagogical - 30 %, economic - 8 %, technical - 4 %, agricultural - 4 %, socially-pedagogical - 4 %. The average vocational education of a technical profile 26 % of the respondents have, not finished higher education - 4 %. The experience of work as the majority of the interrogated employees (48 %) makes till 5 years, at 35 % - till 1 year, at 13 % - from 5 till 10 years, at 4 % - more than 10 years.

According to respondents, in the general structure of professional work of group of social protection condemned vocational guidance takes basically the sixth or seventh positions from seven offered (only two interrogated named its priority of the division).

To the successful organisation of vocational guidance of minors condemned in an educational colony, according to interrogated, promote:

- Registration of stands of the specified subjects (on what 86 % specify);

- profinformatsionnye and aktivizatsionnye employment under the separate program (69 %);

- Specialised proforientatsionnye employment at School of preparation condemned to clearing (73 %);

- The invitation of experts of interested services (the Centers of employment of the population, the Centers of vocational guidance, etc.) (69 %).

Unfortunately, the quantity of such actions is low now. Their productivity ogranichenna also depends on that, how much they are informative and interesting to minors, whether the material is well and visually stated, whether they stir up informative activity and self-knowledge of minors, whether their carrying out, etc. is timely

Thus actual for vocational guidance, according to experts, problems of employees of an educational colony should become:

- Directory work (education on questions, actual for a trade choice) - 87 %;

- Diagnostic activity (the help in comprehension of personal features and possibilities) - 57 %;

- Morally-emotional support of the minor who is carrying out a choice of a trade, - 61 %;

- The help to the minor in decision-making on a choice of the future sphere of professional work - 16 %.

The given offers of experts are doubtful, as average napolnjaemost an educational colony makes 60 persons [83] (thus each pupil requires the help), and staff of group of social protection of the condemned includes 1-2 employees. Thus vocational guidance realisation - not a unique direction of their activity.

Attraction to work of various subjects could become possible means of improvement of quality of vocational guidance. Such interaction in modern conditions will be organised: the interrogated assert, that for assistance to a trade choice in 47 % cases they co-operate with employees of other divisions of an educational colony. As subjects of interaction are named professional school - 17 %, school - 8,6 %, psychological laboratory - 8,6 %, department of educational work with by condemned managements of territorial body FSIN of Russia, department of household and economic maintenance correctional facility (on 4 % interrogated).

The recognition of its insufficient importance a management and employees of an educational colony can be the possible reason of absence of interaction in the given direction. Besides, it is far not all regions possess the developed network proforientatsionnyh services. Public organisations and private services of the given profile not everywhere work. Answers of the interrogated experts testify to it also: interaction is established with employees of services of employment of the population (91 %), public organisations (78 %), representatives of professional educational institutions (61 %), experts of services (centres) of vocational guidance of youth (34 %), personnel services of the enterprises (22 %), private businessmen (9 %).

It was found out, that as the reasons of absence of interaction of 13 % of experts named unwillingness to co-operate with employees of an educational colony, and 9 % - unwillingness to contact to the condemned. Interfere with cooperation: inconsistency of actions of services in vocational guidance carrying out (absence of co-ordinating divisions); absence in region of the organisations which are carrying out vocational guidance of minors; the limited personnel resource; disinterest of services; high congestion of employees in the basic direction of activity (the given opinions have stated on 4 % of respondents).
As complicating factors act commercial character of activity of a number proforientatsionnyh services, selectivity of some public organisations in a choice of business partners, unavailability of the personnel to interaction (absence of necessary knowledge, experience, abilities). Unfortunately, the given problems are not discussed and do not dare employees of an educational colony. It would be possible in case of introduction of the special control over quality of the organisation of vocational guidance of minors in an educational colony.

The vocational guidance control in an educational colony, according to 69 % of respondents, presides FSIN Russia. By supervising subjects also are named department of educational work with by condemned territorial body FSIN of Russia (43,5 %), the deputy chief on shots and educational work of an educational colony (13 %). In 4 % of cases the control becomes isolated on the expert in social work of an educational colony, that, in our opinion, it is impossible to recognise optimum. A designation so different by possibilities and powers of subjects of the control and absence of unanimity in their transfer say that the accurate monitoring system of vocational guidance in criminally-executive system for today is not generated, the standard data testifying to presence of such work in an educational colony are traced only.

Among other factors complicating realisation of problems of vocational guidance of minors condemned, respondents in 74 % of cases mark weak involving in work of parents and representatives of interested services; 65 % - uncertainty of the purposes of activity on support of a choice of a trade by minors condemned at state level; on 61 % - absence proforientatsionnyh the techniques adapted for use in an educational colony, and the insufficient time, taken away to experts on the vocational guidance organisation, 56 % - weak interaction proforientologicheskoj
Sciences with penitentsiarnoj practice, 47 % - insufficient substantial filling of this direction of work.

According to interrogated, quality of vocational guidance

Minors condemned could raise: inclusion in funktsional separate experts of responsibility for realisation of the given work (or allocation of the separate employee, authorised to carry out vocational guidance) - opinion of 96 % of respondents; realisation proforientatsionnyh programs, presence of necessary and sufficient methodical workings out (on 87 %); creation of system of vocational guidance - 61 %; an establishment of the control from management VK (UFSIN) behind realisation of the given direction of activity and its special financing - on 4 % of respondents.

We consider transfer and comprehension of the given measures by experts as one of means of perfection of vocational guidance in an educational colony. Competent structurization of its problems and qualitative methodical maintenance, undoubtedly, will help to build in the long term system proforientatsionnoj works with minors condemned to imprisonment.

To optimisation of vocational guidance of minors condemned can promote and working out of specialised methodical grants and introduction in wide penitentsiarnuju practice of positive foreign and domestic experience. Research has allowed to reveal awareness of experts on examples of foreign experience of vocational guidance in correctional facilities for minors. And though 69 % of experts are not familiar with it, 30 % - know about similar activity of establishments of Switzerland. Opinions of experts on possibility of application of foreign experience in area of vocational guidance of minors of the groups of social protection of the condemned condemned in activity were divided: on 43,4 %-support its expediency and do not agree with it.

52 % of respondents are familiar with domestic practice of vocational guidance of minors condemned and are ready to apply it in an educational colony of 56 %. No Same quantity of experts have at the disposal of the special methodical materials, allowing to form readiness of minors condemned to professional self-determination so, require their working out.

According to experts, methodical maintenance of vocational guidance of minors should consider: psychophysiological features spetskontingenta - 91 %; a variety of forms and methods, limitation of possibilities of departure for limits of an educational colony and necessity of realisation of vocational guidance for unity with teaching and educational process of an educational colony (on 86,9 %); possible absence of communication of the minor condemned with region of a disposition of an educational colony (and region in which it is released) - 78,2 %; differentiation and a coordination of professional duties on vocational guidance between employees of various divisions of an educational colony and a real personnel situation in criminally-executive system (presence of the experts who are not possessing special proforientologicheskimi knowledge) - on 69,5 %; negative life experience minor condemned - 65 %.

Thus, the carried out research testifies to variety of problems in the organisation of vocational guidance of the minors condemned to imprisonment. We have conditionally united them in three groups: substantial, organizational, performing. We will list them more low.

Substantial problems: refusal of experts to solve a vocational guidance problem by own strength; absence of the techniques adapted for conditions of an educational colony.

Organizational problems: absence of fixedness of functions of vocational guidance in official duties of the concrete employee of an educational colony; absence of interaction and the control
Vocational guidance by a management; absence of interest of a society, unwillingness to co-operate with representatives of an educational colony; introduction possibility in activity of establishment of foreign experience.

Performing problems:

- Employees prefer to realise the functions connected with preparation condemned to choice of a trade. They create a necessary information, emotional basis of a choice, however registration of the definitive decision in professional self-determination leave for the minor though understand, that sufficient independence for this purpose it (especially, in the conditions of an educational colony) does not possess;

- Absence of the qualified personnel, capable to carry out vocational guidance in an educational colony. Its carrying out at nonprofessional level can not only not promote resotsializatsii condemned, but also to cause their other social problems that causes necessity of working out optimum for correctional facility of methodical maintenance and specialised preparation of employees for its use in vocational guidance of minors condemned.

Thus, results of interrogations have shown an urgency of a problem and the social order to establishments of criminally-executive system on vocational guidance of the minors condemned to imprisonment, pedagogical means.

The research of a condition carried out by us sformirovannosti readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, and problems of the organisation of their vocational guidance in an educational colony allows to assert, that:

- It is information-kognitivnyj also emotional components of readiness for professional self-determination are at interrogated on an average level, the motivational component is presented on the high
Level, the most problematic is the component of sensibleness of the personal professional plan;

- High level sformirovannosti 25 % interrogated show to readiness for professional self-determination, average - 44 %, low - 31 % that causes necessity of purposeful work of an educational colony in the field of vocational guidance of the minors condemned to imprisonment;

- Employees of educational colonies participating in research do not consider vocational guidance by a defining direction of pedagogical activity correctional facility, considerable conditions of maintenance of its productivity they name informativnost, ability of employees to interest minors, presentation of actions;

- Improvement of quality of vocational guidance of minors condemned, according to the interrogated employees, is possible by means of introduction of modern programs and methods, attraction to its carrying out of various subjects, optimisation of its control from a management of territorial body FSIN of Russia.

Results of diagnostics, in turn, testify to expediency of carrying out of experimental work on introduction in teaching and educational process of an educational colony of pedagogical model of formation of readiness for professional self-determination of the minors condemned to imprisonment, and pedagogical conditions of its successful realisation. Features of the organisation of experimental work are presented in following section of our research.
